- Bernadette-Marea (10/5): - Overall Satisfied
- Harald (9/5): - Beautiful views over the town.
Very close and easy walk to harbour, bus stops, town centre, gardens and walking tracks.
- Sukh (5/5): -
- Anna (10/5): - Great location and brilliant view!

- corey (5/5): - Parking provided. I get it it’s Queenstown, but for what we paid, found the accommodations very basic. Spider webs were pretty common, felt a little better eye on cleaning would have been helpful.
- Lonae (8/5): We had a comfortable stay at Caples court - Great location, 2 minute walk into town. Carpark available. Comfortable bed The shower wasn’t the greatest, missing the shelf inside but worked fine
- Jay (9/5): Great location. Clean. - Convenient location to downtown. Very walkable. Enjoyed having the balcony A little dated but clean. Parking was appreciated but very tight lot under the building
- Desiree (8/5): Would stay again - Good handy location, easy walk to CBD. Comfortable beds and clean. Good off street parking. Friendly house keeping staff who topped us up with what we needed during our stay. No much, little pricey for what it is compared to other towns. The couch wasn't super comfortable and wouldn't want to use it as a fold out bed for an adult.
- Rhia (7/5): - The location is great. A 5 minute walk from town. Very comfortable unit. Bathroom a little on the small side.
- Paul (4/5): Diffently do NOT get room 6. - Location was good although up a big hill. Our front door and kitchen window was level with next room Kitchen and all the smells came into our apartment so had to keep doors and windows closed. ALSO NOT ABLE TO USE BALCONY for same reason. Fridge smelt bad of FISH and totally iced up so we had to thaw it before we could use it. The Kitchen floor was filfy. Some replacement towels were scratchy and soiled. The windows need cleaning as wipe marks all over.
- Patricia (5/5): Overly priced, small room, less privacy. Nice view from only room #1,2,3 . - Was overly priced, small room, bathroom was weirdly positioned ( less space in toilet). Water pressure in the shower was very low. But the view of QT from top room was amazing (only room # 1,2,3). I don’t think you’ll get the similar view from any other rooms. 10 min or less walk to the city centre was very handy.
Basically paid for the view only! Was overly priced, small room, bathroom was weirdly positioned ( less space in toilet). Water pressure in the shower was very low. Less privacy as you can see in others room through the larger glass placement. But the view of QT from top room was amazing (only room # 1,2,3). I don’t think you’ll get the similar view from any other rooms. 10 min or less walk to the city centre was very handy.
Basically paid for the view only!

- Alan (8/5): Good location with everything on your doorstep. - Great location 5 min walk into all the facilities and the town centre.Plenty of room in the apartment and all the cooking equipment was great. No view and at the top of a steep hill, may be difficult for elderly people.
- Sherry (8/5): Great location and comfy beds - Great location, within 5 minutes walk to Queenstown City Center and 2 minutes walk to bus stop to get to Arrowtown. Very comfy beds and extremely clean.
Great (partial) view of Queenstown waterfront. A bit noisy as it's close to the main road.
No oven (we bought pizzas from the supermarket but found out we had no oven), kitchen facilities very basic.
- Maree (7/5): Overall good value for money, in comparison to other accomodation options I looked at. - It was very clean. Tv wasn't set up properly for channels. Needing scrolling thru everytime we wanted to watch anything.
Couldn't get heat pump to turn on. Remote battery problem?
Did tell person in office who said he would look at it but not actioned
- Kylie (7/5): Awesome upgrade!!! The view was 10 out of 10 - The location was great. Our upgraded room was amazing. Unfortunately our first night we didn’t have any hot water so we got upgraded.
- monique (7/5): Very convenient place to stay & price was good for Queenstown - Great location & price Decor & bathroom needs updating
- Pick (8/5): -
- Pipi (7/5): -
- Robert (7/5): -
- sally (7/5): We did enjoy our stay in Queenstown, but comparing prices we could have found somewhere nicer. - No breakfast was provided.
The location was good apart from being on top of a long hill.
The shower was really good. Although the main room looked clean the floors in the room and in the bathroom were very grubby.
- 瑞美 (8/5): 離市中心很近,出門可看到皇后鎮的湖 - 離皇后鎮市中心走路即可到達 電子爐不能使用,一打開就冒煙。
- Alexandra (3/5): Yuck. - The location was brilliant It was not clean. There were socks under the bed from other people who had stayed in the room prior. Hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours - actually very gross. Would have expected way better considering the price. Won’t be staying again.
- Sharon (9/5): - Clean and comfortable Bedroom had limited space. Lots of weird noises during late afternoon.
- Angelika (8/5): -
- Kaye (2/5): Won’t be going back there - Proximity to town Nowhere to wash dishes. I am not going to wash them in the basin where you wash your hands etc. the kettle didn’t fit under the tap to fill with water. Third world conditions
- Richard (8/5): -
- Benedikt (8/5): -
- Julien (6/5): -
- Keri (7/5): Great location but could do with a long overdue upgrade - Location great. Whole apartment very tired and not 100^ clean. Dirt on vinyl flooring in kitchen, bathroom needs mouldy seals replaced. Bed ok but quite hard and pillows old and lumpy.
- de Vries (9/5): -
- Kate (7/5): Good location for a short stay. - Great location with parking, comfortable and had everything we needed. Needed more attention to detail with cleaning. The glasses in the cupboard weren’t clean, and we found a hair clip and used dental floss in the bedroom when we checked in.
- Glen (8/5): -
- Glen (8/5): -
- Camille (3/5): -
- Pamela (6/5): - Great location. It was convenient to walk everywhere. The room was clean, shower was great. I didn't like the room I was given, it felt isolated and as I was on my own, I didn't feel safe. I was right down the back of the property, downstairs from the carpark.
- Marita (9/5): - Good location accessible to all amenities Nothing
- Santos (7/5): - It was close to the centre and can easily walk there. It was strange that the hallway door doesn't fully open and it was against the bed.
- Lisa (8/5): - Location Tired
- Rob (8/5): - Great Little hike to town
- David (8/5): - Ideal for one night in great location for the town. All we needed. Nothing
- Brooke (6/5): - Beds were comfy & location is excellent There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom. Definitely needs updating. Worn out sofa & dining chairs
- Chris (4/5): Photos are deceptive, poor quality rooms - Location was good Rooms not made up each day, towels offered to be changed, extra room was tiny, no fan in shower, internet did not work or extremely slow. Paid extra for apartment but additional room was tiny, had to use tap in bathroom but kettle did not fit under tap. Bathroom renovated but the rest very tired. Cups, plates and glasses on stool and no washig up other than bathroom
- David (6/5): Slept well thats it - Bed was great slept very well Not that clean Heat pump not working Tvjust abour to fall off wall We booked a excutive got standard
- Eileen (6/5): - Location was ideal The cleanliness of the ensuite. I did ask reception to give it a decent clean but there was still mildew on show ceiling and round windows with dirty skirting boards. It was a pity because otherwise our stay was good.
- Ken (10/5): Had a very enjoyable stay. - It was a great location to the centre of town. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay could cook a meal if required. Was warm and comfortable N/a
- Linda (10/5): - We were there for the Blossom Festival and it was a perfect apartment and location
- Noralma (6/5): - Clean room although I could smell some cigarette smoking from previous guests. Great location with good access to town and off street parking. Friendly staff. Good for a short stay.
- Alma (10/5): - Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Within 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
- Courtney (8/5): -
- Jasper (5/5): -
- Gavin (8/5): -
- Amy (7/5): - Location was great. No fans unfortunately room whilst fantastically warm wasn't able to circulate the air.
- Tracy (10/5): - Great location
- Agathon (10/5): 3 night stay - We stayed 3 nights recently. The location is convenient, walking distance to town which is great especially with the traffic and parking issues in Queenstown.
Rooms are old and could use a renovation. Due to age, cleanliness can be a challenge but it was as good as it could be. All things considered we were happy with the rooms considering the location and price in comparison
- Trish (8/5): - The room had lovely views and a good location. The room was clean, but the bathroom needed a spring clean with mould in the bathroom and it was dirty in corners and around taps and in the edges of the shower. Als the motel could invest in some decent pillows. It was a good price.
- Christopher (2/5): - Room was nothing like picture on Expedia. Underneath building next to laundry room which was very loud. Parking was very limited. Toilet seat was falling off. Shower had no pressure and very hard to get hot water through. No natural light into room at all. Not what I thought I had booked. Very disappointed.
- Christine (7/5): - Location Outdated TV
Uncomfortable bed
- Kelly (9/5): -
- Danielle (6/5): - Was tidy and good location.
- Liz (8/5): -
- Matthew (10/5): - Great value and location for a family of 4. So convenient to have a kitchenette and refrigerator in the room
- JT (8/5): Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, close to to town and near to restaurants and bars. - Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, close to to town and near to restaurants and bars. N/A
- LU (8/5): -
- Iok Peng (9/5): -
- Karla (5/5): - The room was not advertised saying it had stairs. We had to go down two flights of stairs which wasn't ideal and made it harder to lug your luggage up and down the stairs.
Parking under building is first in first serve basis and its very tight parking. Not that easy to get in and out. You can use next doors car parking but you have to walk a little extra for this.
The internet wasn't good. It kept disconnecting so had to use my own data.
The gardens were messy and needed to have a good weed and clean up.
There were yellow stains in the shower and the ceilings which were off putting.
They don't supply proper dispensaries for shampoo or soap like other motels do. Just soap bars and sachets.
The beds were hard and the rooms were cold even with the wall heaters. They weren't producing much hear. We had to ask for another heater.
I do not think it was value for money. The pictures on the website made the place look bigger but it was quite small. Was quite disappointed with this accomodation. Would not stay there again! Lots of things as mentioned previously.
And you have to go down a steep driveway before you get to the stairs.
Nothing was advertised to say anything like this. I would not have booked here if it was.
- Che (7/5): Fantastic location and staff. - The location is fantastic. It's budget accommodation but does have great views if you have a room with a view and is very close to town. The place could do with a bit of a referb - but it is what it is.
- James (10/5): - I stayed here for a week on a visit to Queenstown for both skiing shopping and adrenaline and activities and leisure and I found its proximity to the town and the easy couple of minute walk into town for Lyft tickets gear hire groceries and entertainment dining and nightlife was great
- Kate (6/5): Pleasant -
- david (8/5): - Really helpful staff ,very good
- Jocelyn (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic A few things in the apartment need updating but all in all a good stay
- Deb (7/5): Great location and view from room. - Location great. Room warm Onsite parking a bonus Sofa bed not comfortable. Needs an extra mattress topper or something like that.
- Alyx (10/5): - We had a great stay at Caples Court. The rooms were basic, but clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The room was nice and warm, which was perfect for the cool winter nights. It's within walking distance to the town, and close to the bus line (super helpful!). I would gladly stay here again :)
- Shakya (5/5): Passable -
- Anderson (10/5): - Everything was perfect
- Rosie (5/5): average - location, comfortable bed, quiet the value for money, paid less & got full kitchenette elsewhere,, heater in bathroom not working, pokey
- Glen (8/5): Perfect for if you want to be close to town - Good location close to town and sunny with good views Only 1 small heater in room to do both the lounge and separate bedroom. Car parking available on site but it's under the units and I had bikes on roof. They run the motels next door as well so was able to park there but couldn't see car and bikes from my motel
- Ted (8/5): Very good -
- Jackson (7/5): Very convenient location but a room that encourages you to spend as little time in as possible - The view of the Skyline is amazing and the proximity to everything in town is great. There’s no sugar coating that it’s a motel. Stained furniture, thin walls, and windows and a door that would not shut properly. While much cheaper than other accommodations in the area, you are sacrificing some things staying here.
- Judy (3/5): Poor - view of queenstown in the distance if sitting outside on the almost broken bench seat. Motel shabby and grubby, needed scrubbing and upgrading, certainly not worth $500.00 a night.
Not like the pictures online.
Spoke to other guests who were also not impressed.
My husband spoke to staff person and said it was not an acceptable standard.
Unfortunately, being Easter and school holidays, there was nothing else available.
- Heather (9/5): Very happy with our stay here. Would stay here again if we got the same room for the same deal - WE got lucky with a great clean upstairs room with a view. The location was excellent, pretty close to town with a bit of a hill to climb. We eventually found the best way to walk home that wasn't so taxing! great that we managed to get a carpark. Limited TV channels ( we couldn't get TV1 and 2 plus Duke and some others from memory) which meant we couldnt watch our fav programmes, Take your notebook or ipad and use the wi fi to watch your fav programmes.
- Sue (6/5): - Property is in an excellent location. Our room was adequate for our needs although it could do with some updating as things were a little scruffy and there was small areas of mould in bathroom. Nice grass area outside room however lawns were not mowed and lots of weeds. Outside table provided was in poor condition.
- Susan (8/5): - Great location and view from room
- Ailsa (3/5): Queenstown beautiful accomodation below average. - The view from room The door catch didn’t work you had to lock door .the fridge froze up milk wine etc. the easy chairs were stained and marked didn’t sit on them. The shower pressure was poor and you couldn’t change height of shower head as it was taped up. Green mould on shower door. Stayed two nights and our room was not serviced ie no fresh towels tea or coffee topped up .overall very disappointed and felt ripped off.
- Christine (8/5): - As it says on the tin - we booked a small, almost windowless room and got exactly that. Site was clean and provided what we needed for a short stay.
- Martin (10/5): Great plav - Excellent stay at a hotel with great location!
- Sean (8/5): - This was a great position in Queenstown. Our unit was a fantastic size but was very dated and had some issues. We did consider coming back for one night but didn't. We a glad we stayed here even though it had some issues.
- Allan (8/5): Very good - Spacious, clean and comfortable property just outside the town centre Nothing
- John (6/5): - Overall it was fine as a room with a bed in it. But the couch in the room had a lot of long black hair on it that showed they could do a better job cleaning between guests. The water in the shower was also temperamental and not reliably warm. Parking under the motel was free and very convenient though.
- Vicki (8/5): Awesome - Staff were friendly. View from my room was beautiful and not too far from the main hub of Queenstown, plenty of space with separate living, bedroom and bathroom. I definitely would stay there again.
- Anne (8/5): The unit had been done up and was very tidy. - Had the same towels for six days.
- Jackie (7/5): Good -
- Graeme (8/5): Very good -
- Christopher (5/5): Okay due to location - Good location nice view Access up stairs with bags is difficult; shower in bath is hazardous for seniors- needs a hand support; tv channel selection poor and TV difficult to turn on and off; taps in vanity and kitchen need tightening
- Lucy (8/5): Very good - Old furniture but still comfortable
Staff friendly
Location was good
