- Classic Cars & Trailers (6/5): - the room very big and comfortable same with bathroom just a super average cheap hotel where to sleep overnight
- Alisauskas (8/5): - Near the main road
Tv old- can't connect to the phone.
Mattress sprung đ.
No sockets near the bed.
- Michal (7/5): JednoduchĂ© a ÄistĂ© ubytovĂĄnĂ. VĂc neÄekat. - Dostatek parkovacĂch mĂst, blĂzko k McDonalds. Postele byly ÄistĂ©. SnĂdanÄ byla velmi velmi skromnĂĄ. Postele nebyly v nejlepĆĄĂm technickĂ©m stavu.
- Julie (3/5): I didnât expect much for the price, all I needed was a bed and a shower and I got neither. - The location. I needed a place about an hour outside of London and this was perfect Felt very run down, and not looked after. There was no sofa bed in the room as advertised nor did the shower work.
- Vilius (3/5): -
- sujeepan (10/5): Well - Best place Good
- Gus (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothing. Noisy as next to road Room smelt of weed and think there is an issue with drugs.
- Lehmitz (7/5): Value for money motel - Fire Alarm at 6:30 AM - can happen, but staff was not present to take care of the guests, nor notified that that it was a mistaken alarm - what it actually was.
- 351rachaelj (6/5): Good basic hotel, shame about the stale smoke smell - On arrival I had a lovely welcome from the receptionist. I was struggling with a heavy bag and he offered to give me a ground floor room so I didn't have to go up the stairs. The room is basic and the smell of stale smoke was strong even with the windows open. Having said that the bed was clean and comfortable. I did have a good sleep even with the hum of the A5. Breakfast was very very basic so I drove 2 minutes up the road to McDonald's. The smell of stale smoke ruined it for me which is a shame as for the money paid the hotel is good.
- Jason de paola (9/5): Hidden gem - Continental breakfast free with the room, no extra fee đ. Free parking, lovely ground for a walk when sunny, restaurant on site and many takeaway delivery services if needed.
- Jason de paola (9/5): Bring back the croissants! - Extra milk in the foyer, fresh along with orange juice too help yourself, especially when you run out for your teas etc also tea, coffee, sugar and hot/cold water available free of charge in r same place. Nice touch! Price could be overpriced some days but I do get competition with other hotels/algorithms and I would update the selection of food available in the vending machine. Although it was reasonably priced.
- Lewis (2/5): - The shower was powerful and hot All 3 beds in the room were awful
- Ubong (9/5): - The room was exceptionally comfy Nothing
- Elina (8/5): - Very comfortable beds, very big bedroom. Breakfast included was excellent value for money.
Overall very cheap and comfortable for the amount we paid which was not a lot last minute as well. Great place for a quick sleepover propably not the best for more than a few nights. Receptionist staff were not rude but not welcoming either. Would not even greet us when we approached the counter.
Could not figure out the shower there was literally no switches on it.
Sofa bed did not have pillows or blankets so had to ask the reception.
- Fouzia (8/5): -
- Liam (1/5): Very bad wouldnât recommend - Nothing unfortunately Blood stain on the pillow no more pillows available apparently
- Sofie (10/5): - Great staff, location, rooms and value for money

- Hilary (6/5): -
- Tarar (10/5): - Staff was so cooperative
- Catherine (10/5): Have stayed a couple of times and would stay again - Clean spacious and easy to get to Water was not very hot but was ok and the mattress sank when laid on it no springs though
- Ojars (10/5): -
- Mckenzie (9/5): -

- David (8/5): A good stay for visiting vicinity. - Good location and large room. Buffet breakfast good and convenient. Early departure time.
- Arnold (10/5): -
- bec3011 (8/5): Basic and easy - The hotel was basic and cheap, on this occasion for us it was just what we needed.
The hotel was clean and the rooms were big.
Bit of trouble using the shower but we managed to get some help and the walls are super thin so could hear a phone ringing in the other room, but honestly would come back as it did the job for us.
- Noel (8/5): - Breast absolutely poor
- Nicola (8/5): -
- Terry (8/5): - Cheep and cheerful. Could do with better mattresses but for the prices and location it was good enough for the 4 of use Location & price
- Jac (10/5): -
- Vincent Brookes (2/5): Hotel night mare - Staff tried to help and were sympathetic We didn't get the disabled room we had booked. A person without a disabled badge parked in the disabled bay and took our room. We were given room 8 which is next to the busy Watling street road.
All the mattresses are ruined with coils digging into your body. There is a loud humming sound 24!7.....Noise from room 22 above room 8. They had a party with music blarring out and stamping up and down the room from 09.00 until 3pm Saturday then came back at 01.45 and did more stomping and banging around. No plug sockets by the bed side
- DanHobbs (1/5): Avoid if you like comfort - There is nothing that neither myself nor my girlfriend can think of that was good here Everything! The room wasn't in the best condition, the bed was incredibly soft, so this gave us both backaches when we woke up. The mattress was so springy, it was like a trampoline.
The "continental" breakfast that we paid extra for on the booking was absolutely abysmal!
1st, it was "served" in the reception desk entrance that has 3 tables.
2nd, it was toast, cereal and instant coffee. Not exactly anything the "continent" would like to be associated with.
When I asked about any croissants or pastries that you would normally get, I was told that the company used to have them but didn't want to spend money on the items anymore.

- ahamed (7/5): - Clean At late night little noisy. Basic breakfast. Cereal is not very tasty
- Ăgnes (10/5): - Tidy and comfortable room in a quiet place. The staff was kind and helpful. I can mention one thing only.
I expected a better coffee.
- linda (5/5): - It was clean. Privacy.
Tea and coffee.
Breakfast Location was noisy- next to A5 road.
Shower was not usable.
Bath was too small
- Louise (1/5): Avoid - The shower Was so noisy next to main rd ,
Also wasn't the room id booked , had a horrible smell , was more like a hostel then hotel .
We booked a disabled ground floor room but got a first level floor , to witch was there 5 mins and people complaining that to loud and were banging around.
Bed was rock hard .
Would never stay again
- Young (7/5): Very good and woeth a nighta stay - Budget but with excellent services for what you pay Immediate location doesn't have amenities
- Christian (9/5): Simple, well priced and very comfortable. - Room and location Nothing
- Trevor (8/5): -
- Rachel (10/5): - Friendly staff, big room, nice view across the meadows. Great price. Not far from Luton airport and provide a simple breakfast
- alex (10/5): - All Nothjng
- james (8/5): - Always friendly staff, clean rooms and it's very cheap for a spacious comfortable room
- Petrov (1/5): Awful - It was ok at first. Dig the location, but the hotel policy of tolerating people shouting and slamming doors in the middle of the night, through the whole night was just absurd. Also, fire alarm kicked off 2 days in a row, the first time it did, we evacuated the hotel 3am in the morning. Second time was 1/2 am again, but it was shut manually 1 min after. Still woke the whole place, I mean, u know the sound is unbearable. The thing that pissed me the most, is that no one actually apologised or offer any kind of apology in that matter. Very disappointing The staff sitting on the reception through the night did not at least advised the loud people banging doors and shouting outside next to peopleâs rooms windows in the middle of the night - 1am - 2am - 3am. I mean, they can at least warn them to keep it down.
For 7 nights I didnât get even one night worth of proper sleep.
- Kethyn (7/5): -
- Corcoran (10/5): -
- mohammed (5/5): Average. - Good location. Peaceful. Wet carpet and a funny smell
- Abbie (1/5): An inconvenience rather than a breakaway - Nothing Were given the wrong room to accommodate my family. They switched us to an alternative room and there was no hot water in the room whatsoever terrible service.
- Kevan (8/5): Really good value for money - The staff were very helpful and efficient. The basic breakfast is a nice touch. No hairdryer in room .
- Shah (9/5): - Nice and clean and staff was very friendly Na
- Sally (9/5): Very happy stay whilst navigating a hard point in my life - Great location, great value for money, pet friendly and great friendly staff. Croissants and yoghurts would be a nice touch. The fire alarm going off approx 20 mins and no communication with one male staff on duty.
- Glory (1/5): I will not be going there again - I didnât feel safe and secure I had to leave and the facilities were not satisfactory
- Wade (7/5): - I think the mattress needs replacing as the mattress dips in the middle so not a comfy sleep. Also the pillows are soft there was not the option for harder pillow in the rooms
- ben (9/5): Great value hotel for my short stay. - The property was in a good location for me reasonably priced.
Free breakfast included although itâs only cereal toast and drinks.
My room was clean and comfortable. Nothing!
- Igor (8/5): -
- luke (10/5): Decent and good value for money - Room was nice , guy on front desk was a great laugh Havenât really good anything bad to say on it
- orla (8/5): - Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff Not much really...
- Rodney (9/5): -
- lionel (8/5): -
- Angela (6/5): I didnât expect too much because I paid a fair price but itâs not to much to expect a clean kettle to boil water. - It was very conveyor the purpose of my visit The kettle was disgustingly filthy and it smelt terrible. There was no way anybody could make a drink from it.
It was reported to staff.
- Damien (10/5): Very good, cost effective, amazing location and view - Parking is very easy, reception staff very friendly Breakfast was good but super simple, just bread/ toast, cereals, jam/butter, OJ/water tea coffee. No biscuits/other hot foods
- Julie (7/5): -
- Adam (1/5): For the price I payed im happy but disappointed with breakfast - Location was ideal for my route Breakfast no gluton or dairy free option available
- Norman (7/5): Adequate although breakfast could have done with more imagination! - Ok
- Laura (7/5): Basic but Value from money - Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast poor and mattresses very uncomfortable
- Tanya (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): - Comfortable beds and perfect location for a family get together. Nothing. Everything was great.
- Philip (8/5): - Staff very friendly, nice size room and clean. No full English breakfast
- Guest (10/5): -
- Zoe (6/5): -
- Fran (5/5): You get what you pay for - Lovely staff, rooms and linen clean, cheap.
At the end of the day you get what you pay for if you want cheap and basic, then thats what you have. Ok for 1 night passing through for whatever reason.
Tea, coffee and close to attractions and free parking. Cant complain for what I paid. Road noise you do need ear plugs.
Booking.com Is misleading with the pictures and option of breakfast. Its in the reception and toast etc.no good if u have allergies/food intolerance.
Personally I wouldnt stay here again i would pay the extra and stay somewhere quiter with a proper breakfast option.
- Thomas (8/5): Basic facilities for a fair price - Location good for my needs
- Wayne Bruce Michael Edward Palmer (10/5): - Freindly and very helpfull staff the best indian next door delivered to your room quiet and relaxing Nothing
- MICHAIL (5/5): -
- Heather (8/5): Handy & clean accommodation at a good price. - Clean, basic, good value for money. Shower worked fine. Plenty of loo roll. Clean towels & bedding. Kettle with tea/coffee making facility. Our room was quiet with a rural view. Handy to have simple breakfast facilities included - toast, jam, tea, coffee, cereals. Busy country road screened by hedges so didn't hear traffic once in our room. Brightly lit diner next door but we had already eaten so didn't use that facility. Car park next to accommodation and diner. For the very reasonable price of room and cleanliness I couldn't really complain about anything.
- JOHN (10/5): brilliant - Basic but everything you would want. No frills but exactly what I required. We need more facilities exactly like this!! nothing
- Lynda (8/5): My stay - Location...... Place smells abit damp, and the floor feels abit unstable in bathroom.....
When I started going there breakfast was.........
Croissants
Yoghurt
Fresh fruit
Cereals
Bread for toast........
It's advertised as breakfast included....
This is not a cooked breakfast....
And is now only bread and cereal......
So abit disappointing
- Julie (10/5): Just what we needed. - We had everything we needed, staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent value for money, perfect for a 1 night stop on a long journey.
- Makaria (9/5): -
- Janet (8/5): -
- Nick Leftley (10/5): Convenient, Clean, Comfortable, Excellent Value - Excellent, whole premises was well kept, clean and welcoming. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff efficient and helpful. The breakfast was not full english but perfectly adequate (cereal, orange juice & toast) all well presented. The whole package represented very good value. Convenient location, easy to find (being on the main road) with plenty of parking N/A
- David (9/5): -
- claire (9/5): - Great location Room at the back of hotel lots noise early morning
- Lee (8/5): -
- Jason (9/5): -
- Nebzri (10/5): -
- Godwin (8/5): -
- Rose (8/5): It was convenient, useful for what I needed but I wouldnât want to use the bath/shower again. - Convenient, near to the road, parking was very close by .
It had all the things needed, kettle mugs etc.. The bath was very difficult to get in and out of for someone with poor mobility . For an accessible room a walk in shower would be far better.. the bath needed a few more hand rails to feel safe, I found it very hard to get out of .
The breakfast was very basic, only 3 cereals, a slow toaster that lead to a queue. Otherwise ok!
- Michal (10/5): What a nice, summer holiday nostalgic stay we had. - This is a well looked after, old school British hotel. Brings up all the good memories. Cleanliness is spot on, staff is very friendly, facilities are maintained to a decent level, all in all signs of good management. Also, it's conveniently located just on a side of a road but the noise doesn't seem to be getting in.
The is also a breakfast included which for the price of a night here is a very rare sight. Well definitely stay again when in the area next time.
- Removals (8/5): Good location clean room -
- Calvin (9/5): -
- Charlotte (1/5): Would like my money back - Nothing it was horrible .
Dog wee smell in the room burned up your nose
Stood in dog wee which had been cleaned up and left the floor socking wet and smelling awful . Horrible experience . Everything . It was such a un pleasant smell and we got no sleep because it smelt so bad .
