Toilet was niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst er zaten echt nog druppels urine op de wc bril en heb het zelf nog met een dettol doekje moeten verwijderen de wc was zo vies dat mijn doekje bleef hangen er wordt zeer slecht schoon gemaakt.

Pour le petit déjeuner, il n’était pas très varié mais suffisant. Laverie proche de l’hôtel. Hôtel propre idéal pour les familles car la piscine est grande et bien placé selon la chambre réservée. Merci au personnel pour ce beau séjour dans cette si belle ville Langkawi 😍 Le petit déjeuner pas très varié.

- Catherine (2/5): Very bad hotel. - Good location close to the beach (15 minute walk). Nice pool. It’s located right next to a mosque, and the 6AM call to prayer is very loud—especially in rooms on the left side of reception (105)—making it difficult to sleep. This should be communicated to guests in advance. The general soundproofing of the rooms is the worst I’ve ever been in. You can clearly hear children screaming five rooms away, every noise in the hotel echoes around the corridor and into the rooms. From 7AM, breakfast smells also drift into the rooms (not a good smell) and there was a noticeable mould smell in the bathroom. We requested a room change, but the same issues persisted. There was also a two-hour water outage with no prior notice, leaving us without running water or toilet use. Additionally, there were biting flies in the room, and the window faced the corridor rather than outside, requiring blinds to stay closed all the time for privacy. Corridor lights remain on overnight, making the room quite bright for sleeping. We were asked to pay extra for the room change, but flat out refused. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

- Mark (4/5): Unsafe bathroom floor & poor management response overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. - The bathroom floor tiles were extremely slippery and created a genuine safety hazard both when dry and when wet. I slipped and only avoided falling by grabbing the shower fixture to break my fall. This could easily have resulted in a serious injury. I reported this to reception and asked for the incident to be recorded in the accident register. On two separate days, different reception staff did not understand what an incident register was. No record was made. The manager was unavailable. No staff member present was willing or authorised to make a decision. The issue only received attention after we indicated we might vacate early. As a temporary safety measure, we had to place towels on the bathroom floor ourselves to reduce the risk. This was very disappointing. Safety concerns should receive immediate attention. Staff should understand basic incident reporting procedures. A duty manager should always be available to make decisions. I hope the property reviews its safety procedures before a guest suffers a serious injury.

Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sind auf speziellen Wünsche eingegangen. Und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder ein nettes Gespräch.🙏🙏🙏 Und der Pool war sein Geld wert, sehr erfrischend und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber und gepflegt.👍👍👍 Hier gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die aber den Aufenthalt nicht berührt haben. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und werde dies auch nächstes Jahr für einen Monat tun.

- Mdobrajs (10/5): - Par šo cenu? Ideāla viesnīca. Viss tīrs un kārtīgs. Brokastīs var izvēlēties kādu no 3 olu veidiem. Augļi, maize, nūdeles, rīsi, kafija tēja, paēst var- badā nevar nomirt. Man nepatīk, ka ļauj smēķēt pie baseina. Tomēr ir bērni vai tādi kuri nesmēķē un vējš pūš arī smaku istabā. Vēl varētu aizliegt lietot alkoholu pie baseina stikla glāzēs un stikla pudelēs- ja saplēstu iespējams nevarētu savākt perfekti stiklus. Tie ir tikai ieteikumi viesnīcai, paldies

- Demi (6/5): Mwha - De kamer was groot en een fijn bed. Elke ochtend om 6 uur gaat de moskee af, dit staat nergens vermeld bij het hotel. Dit geluid gaat zo hard dat je rechtop in je bed zit.

Piscina con 4 lettini, non si può fare nulla, divieti per tutto. Camere senza finestra, non hai neanche la possibilità di stendere il costume bagnato o l asciugamano. Su booking e sul cartello all ingresso dicono di fare servizio di lavanderia a pagamento invece non è vero. Colazione povera e scarsa.

- Jerome Louie (5/5): Decent for the price but could be improved further - The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows was a little bit too hard and stuffed making it slightly uncomfortable. The pool was very nice with a good temperature of the water. We had difficulty sleeping during the last day due to knocking from the staff in the middle of the night accusing that we were making noice which had been complained by a nearby room. We then woke up by the prayer very early which was slightly irritated as we had already been woken up one time. But this matter is understandable due to religious beliefs and cannot be changed. We asked for room cleaning since we are catching up a tour after doming back we saw that there is still a sachet of chips on the room. The breakfast was alright but had mostly just simple options available and the orange juice was a mixed oranges juice with water. This is something I believe is not up to standard for breakfast and should be improved. The staff didn’t feel very approachable and felt like they were just getting by the day with minimum effort regarding the approach for guests.
