• Edison (8/5): - It was clean, the staff was nice The room had windows only to the hallway, and the lights didn't turn off at night, so it was bright and hard to fall asleep. One morning there was some issue with water. It stopped running while we were brushing our teeth 😅. But after it was okay.

We had to vecate to airport by 7.30. a.m . The unattended situation and rough behavior of gents on attended dates apart from non water dates also were not satisfactory which reduced the rating.

• SOO HWA (10/5): - Clean, safed and comfortable room. The bidet hose should replace with a flexible softer type. Have a little renovation noise.
• Sanchez (3/5): Les photos ne représentent pas la réalité des chambres qui mériteraient des travaux de rénovation. - Le staff était très gentil et serviable, il y avait un service de spa ainsi que de lessive. Les chambres étaient petites et elles sentaient l’humidité, le plafond était moisi. Les draps n’étaient pas propres, on a dû dormir dans nos propres draps. Dans la salle de bain, l’eau s’écoule mal et vient stagner à l’entrée de la porte, ce qui fait qu’il y avait constamment une flaque à la sortie de la douche.

• Lionel (9/5): Parfait séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé. Lily a été adorable et m’a beaucoup aidé du début à la fin. Elle était t - L’emplacement, le personnel qui se met en 4 pour t’assurer le meilleur séjour possible. Lily m’a aidé pour tous mes déplacement de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et de l’hôtel vers le bus avec un grans sourire et beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Merci. Aussi l’insonorisation sur la rue est excellente ! Double vitrage x2. Equipement légèrement vétustes, fils qui pendent. Mais ça presque partie du charme.

• TOKUDA (4/5): - 旧市街の中心地に位置し周辺の観光地は全て徒歩で完結でき便利です。また、スタッフの方が非常に丁寧に対応してください気持ちが良かったです。 全体的に設備が古い。壁が薄く夜中でも廊下や隣部屋の音が聞こえしばらく寝付けなかった。また、シャワーはお湯が出なかった点も残念でした。寝るだけと割り切れるならオススメです。

The interior looked a bit old and there were signs of tear and wear. Staff were kind but their English was not very good. Room was facing the street and was quite noisy but that is common in Hanoi.

• Phuong (9/5): - Khách sạn gần hồ hoàn kiếm, đi bộ một chút là đến nơi. Nhân viên khách sạn nhiệt tình, bạn Lily rất thân thiện. Mình chọn phòng gia đình 30m2 ở trên cùng nên rất thoáng. Phòng đơn đôi phòng sẽ không có của sổ sẽ bí. Vòi nước ở bồn rửa tay trong nhà tắm bị lệch, lúc rửa tay nước sẽ văng ra ngoài gây ướt sàn hơi bất tiện. Tắm buổi tối thường hay hết nước nóng.

• Amke (1/5): Not worth it - Although the staff was friendly when we said we didn't want to stay with them after seeing the room and it's close to Old Town, it's simply not worth it. The bad outweighed the good by lenghts. Bugs on the bed, limescale in the shower, windows facing into the hallway where people walk, tiny bed, tiny room, tv looked like it was gonna fall if you even looked at it funny, holes in the ceiling, windows into the hallway were covered with curtains that were visibly stained, entry hall litereally had a letter missing from the hotel name, ...

• Patricia Gabrielle (8/5): Clean, decent rooms, great location - Great location; We were by the heart of Old Quarter and nearby St. Joseph's church. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room itself was decent, clean, with enough room for 4 pax (2 queen beds). Our bathroom had a bidet which was a must-have. We had a decent view of the street below us (3rd floor IIRC). Lighting was good inside the room as there were 2 windows (1 small, 1 big). They gave us free water, snacks, and a change of toilet paper every day. A clothing iron was available upon request. Staff were English-speaking and nice. They let us stay in their lobby while we waited for our bus from Hanoi-Sapa even after we've checked out already. Street noises could be heard from the outside especially during the night. This didn't bother us at much and the noises weren't that loud, just something to note for those who might be more sensitive to noise. The price they billed us was slightly higher than what was stated in Booking.com, likely due to conversion changes. Just a note if you're paying directly via credit card: You will need to shoulder the transaction fee (I believe it was 3% or 5%).

• Natálie (2/5): - Nápomocný personál. Dostali jsme pokoj hned v přízemí. Pokoj vubec neodpovídá fotografiím. Jedna se v podstatě o sklepní prostor bez okna. Vybaveni je velmi staré, ve zdech jdou díry, koupelna je rovněž ve špatném stavu. Je opravdu s podivem, že hotel tento pokoj vůbec dává hostům. Je zde velmi špatný vzduch a hluk z recepce. Každé spláchnutí v horním pokoji je opravdu nahlas slyšet. Věřím, že jiné pokoje jsou v pořádku. Je teď škoda, že si hotel takto kazí reputaci.
