• Freels (9/5): It was fine. - The staff was wonderful. Everything was clean. The desk chair dumped my husband on the floor twice. The wheels were sticking or something. The bed was not the most comfortable bed.

• Artifacts Antiques (9/5): Econo Lodge is a great value. - Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Walk-in shower was nice (handicapped room). Close proximity to restaurants (Pastini is directly across the street. We walked). A small shopping center is also directly across the street if needed. We stayed at this facility for less than 14 hours as we were in town for a day-long conference at OSU so we found nothing to criticize. We were looking for a clean, safe bargain room given our short stay and found that at Econo Lodge.

• Meghan (3/5): Disappointed - The staff went above and beyond for us! There was much confusion with our reservations! Ok yes we were there for a college graduation, however I do not appreciate them jacking up the price and squeezing every last dime out of us!! They are essentially a motel 6 and were charging 300.00 a night! Some nights even more.

• Barbara (10/5): - Very nice staff, and clean, comfortable bed and room. Not fancy, but had everything I needed including a hot shower, a desk, fridge and microwave. There was a vending machine and free brochures on travel destinations nearby. It was a 2 minute walk to Ross and Trader Joes and other stores in shopping center next to the motel.

• Marlene E. (10/5): - We love this hotel! It's quiet, affordable, and the night manager, Patrick, is awesome! We have stayed here several times and he is always sweet and helpful. The property is an econo lodge (it's not the Hilton), HOWEVER, the rooms have been recently renovated and the furnishings are nice. The first time we stayed here it was kind of by accident. We had attempted to rent a room at a different hotel and my 87 year old grandmother was treated so rudely we walked out. Econo lodge was right next door and we were both exhaust, so we figured why not. Patrick welcomed us with a friendly smile and did everthing in his power to get us into a comfy room fast! He even gave us travel tips for the next leg of our journey. Econo lodge near university has become a regular stop for us and we will stay here whenever we come to town!

• Susan (8/5): - The room was clean. The floor by the door was squeaky and the bathtub creaked as well. I'm not sure if the noise disturbed the guests in the room below us. We always found a parking space when we returned at night so that was good. The location was convenient and close to eating places and shopping.

The cold water under the bathroom sink had been turned off. My husband turned it back on and then it was full of black sandy looking stuff. They gave us some bottles of water to make up for it.

The only negative was some homeless that were sometimes loud in the mornings and I ended up with him stuck in my wheels hand I only parked in the hotel parking lot). But all-in-all, I would recommend staying here.
