• Halit Bayram (6/5): Déception - C’était notre troisième séjour à l’hôtel Khayam Garden, mais cette fois-ci une vraie déception. Dès l’arrivée, le vigile nous a retenus à l’entrée sans laisser passer la voiture avant de vérifier la réservation, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. Le pire fut que notre réservation faite via Hotels.com n’apparaissait pas dans le système. L’hôtel a trouvé une solution provisoire, mais commencer les vacances avec un tel stress est inacceptable. La première journée a été perdue entre ce problème et une chambre imprégnée d’odeur d’humidité. La restauration est en nette régression : plats répétitifs, peu de variété, qualité en baisse par rapport aux années précédentes. Seuls l’aquaparc et les piscines étaient satisfaisants. Dans l’ensemble, le service ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. Le “tout inclus” ou la pension complète n’ont aucun intérêt ; nous avons mangé deux fois à l’extérieur. À l’avenir, si nous revenons, ce sera pour un séjour court de 3-4 jours maximum, certainement pas pour de longues vacances.
• Sarra (10/5): Une perle à Nabeul - Très bel hôtel ! Service, propreté et cadre à la hauteur des quatre étoiles. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension. Les repas sont assez variés et adaptés à tous les goûts, pour petits et grands. Le buffet à volonté change chaque jour. Le personnel est très avenant, gentil et professionnel. Nous reviendrons, incha’Allah.
• ahmed (2/5): - I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel.

• Rayan (4/5): Avoid this hotel - A very boring stay , we reserved for 4 nights but we decided to break the reservation at the third day and leave the hotel bc of the disappointment we had from their breakfast and dinner buffet , was really awful ,everyday the same food , no variety at all , tasteless and some food are not well cooked .. there is no kids food except hard chicken nuggets not suitable for kids , also the beach is completely rocky , there is no where to swim , if you are looking for sandy beach this is not the right place .also the location of the hotel doesn’t sound to be around a touristic strip , so there were no big plans that we could do outside the hotel.
• Nizar (4/5): - This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. The beach in front of it is rocky and not for swimming. The pools are not that big. The food is very average and always the meat cooked on the spot is half cooked. The waiters there are very annoying, when you ask them for something they make you feel embarrassed, and the funny thing they are dividing the restaurant into territories and they only serve their territory and if you ask a waiter he will say I don't serve that area ask another waiter. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and I don't recommend it.

Ensuite la qualité et la diversité du self service est appréciable. Enfin le calme est bien agréable, on n'est pas dérangé par les animations.

• Shosh (2/5): - Front desk staff were rude, dishonest and unprofessional. I was refused a refund for my last night of stay after I was told by the front desk manager that I would receive a refund for the last night when I checked out, as long as I left when I expected, which I did. My flight was reschedule to leave a day earlier and I had no choice in the matter and there was no professional courtesy given by any party involved. Terrible way of doing business! Hospitality staff were wonderful and unforgettable! I tipped everyone very well before leaving. The heated indoor pool was great! The beach is not swim-worthy despite the images see. You would need to travel down the beach to an off property location for a safe swimming area. I have found this to be the case as well with another hotel in Hammamet. Rooms are misleading! Don't expect to see what you see here in these images. Food was amazing! With all of these great aspects, I still would not recommend this hotel to anyone base on how apathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful the front desk manager was and other front desk staff! My stay at the hotel in February 2020. Despite all efforts, to this day I have not been refunded!

• Michelle (8/5): Good for price! - Bed wasnt very comfortable and food wasnt the best. But staff were very nice. Wifi very good. Espresso from lobby bar very good. Fridge in room very cold (rare for Tunisia!) Not a fan of double beds that are actually two beds pushed together. Large washroom. Nice balconey and view of water. Indoor pool was the highlight as it was nice and warm for winter.
• ChristopheS. (10/5): - Khayam Garden est bien entretenu, propre et le personnel est disponible, souriant, très agréable. Les talents de l'équipe en cuisine sont notables avec des repas à thèmes et des plats locaux tous les soirs. Le SPA et les massages sont excellents (encore merci pour ce massage en duo très agréable). Attention à l'état de propreté du local "enfants et animations" et à l'état du matériel de la salle de sport.Côté à nuancer : les clients entrent dans la piscine en chaussures de ville... pas forcément très propres, l'hygiène peut en pâtir. c'est à corriger. D'autant que c'est prévu et écrit au règlement. Enfin, la plage est jonchée de déchets en plastique charriés par la mer. C'est dommage et on pourrait même envisager un "ramassage citoyen" sous forme d'une animation. Encore merci à l'équipe d'animation très impliquée et souriante, dynamique. Merci au Directeur de l'hôtel présent, affable, avec un mot gentil pour chaque client. Bravo ! Nous reviendrons j'espère.

• IRINA (10/5): - Отличный отель, очень чистый, номера просторные, ежедневная уборка и смена белья. Еда на уровне. Обслуживание прекрасное. Вся территория отеля большая и просто шикарная. Пляж чистый, с водяными горками.Только не очень комфортный вход и выход из моря - дно очень каменистое. Возможно я вернусь в это прекрасное место.
• Thomas (8/5): - Bel établissement , toutefois les chambres sont vieillissantes mais le travail des femmes de ménages est remarquable . Les piscines et les activités ( tennis , Ping Ping etc ) sont parfaites . Attention toutefois gros point noir impossible de se baigner à la plage de l’hôtel car il y a des cailloux et pierre de grosses tailles dans la mer tout le long . Toutefois il suffit juste de sortir de l’hôtel et de faire 500 mètres et une plage est accessible et parfaite. La piscine intérieur et le spa sont également d’une excellente qualité .

• Kam (8/5): Good hotel for family vacation! - I was happy with this hotel, well situated, nice beach and pool, pool slides, very good entertainment at night. The restaurant and the staff are very good, various dishes for all taste, the food is delicious. The cleanliness of the rooms are good, it is daily looked after, the cleaners are nice and helpfull. There is also coco beach a laid back restaurant Along side the beach which provide entertainment daily with a DJ playing nice music, you have to pay for the food which is very good (Need to book a table), very popular. My only criticism is on my first night my air con wasn’t working, so ask the reception to send maintenance to fix it but it wasn’t prompt, i had to ask again, it eventually got repaired after 2 attempts. All and all, it is a very good hotel, the staff are generally friendly and helpfull, i would go back for sure.

• Sadok (8/5): Very nice hotel close to the beach. - The hotel is very nice. I like the staff, the beach, the security, the facilities and the exceptional sea view from my room. But Some problems should be treated. For example, everybody is allowed to get in the kitchen especially animation team!!!! They are also touching with hand all the offered plates.

• GOT POTENTIAL (8/5): Nice hotel friendly staff shame on room view - Very big and secure hotel Very friendly staff ! Nice food but the room view is awfull! The worst view i have ever had. I ve reported it ! Got promised to get a better view (seaview ) however you can tell its all a ... ! The hotel was empty, actually you can hear your echo everywhere! So why they do not treat their customers with a complementary seaview???
• Andrew (8/5): Right on the beach with a great view - The hotel was great. The pool was nice and the staff were helpful when possible. Some times there might be a communication error but we were never sure if that was a language difference or because they didn't know the answer and didn't want to admit it. The food was great - the breakfast was fantastic. Had omelettes and crepe everyday!! We didn't have the lunch package so walked into town to experience some local food. Back to the resort for supper, which could be a hit or miss. The pools area was nice, lots of places for people to relax and connected to the beach. The slides and adjacent pool were closed for the season but work was being done for the up coming opening. Water was cold (beach and pool) but nothing the hotel could do... just wait until the right season!! Mini-putt golf wasn't enjoyable because it was concrete so there was no friction to slow down the ball. Other activities were fun and walking some of the shows in the evening were entertaining. Remember to try the fancy restaurant, away from the crowds and also something a little different.
