- Goodfellow (10/5): Home away from home no matter the circumstance. - I flew in from Seattle to deal with a family emergency that was very difficult and stressful. Candlewood Suites allowed me to feel a lot more grounded and comfortable as if I was dealing with the situation in the comfort of my own home. The entire staff was very accommodating and patient. This was the longest stay I have had in one hotel at one time. I don't think I would have felt quite as comfortable and any other hotel for that amount of time, especially dealing with what I was dealing with . I am very grateful to them and that everything was resolved and improved before my departure. Thank you Maybe a indoor pool or hot tub for relaxation.

Did what it was supposed to do and was quiet. If in the area again, this is where I will stay. There was nothing that was unpleasant.

I went to the front desk and asked if they could put me in another room and they immediately found me a room. The room still had a slight order of the cleaner, but it wasn’t so overwhelming. I would suggest stop using scented cleaner like Fabuloso, it is bad for your lungs, and the majority of Americans do not like the smell. Otherwise, the hotel was very quiet and fair priced.

We had a dog with us and were worried about the accommodations for her, but they were fantastic as well! The room was very nice and comfortable, and clean! Guests banging around and speaking loudly in the hallway at 5 AM, which we understand is always a risk when staying in a hotel.

No housekeeping, Phones didn't work. Hallway was dirty. No breakfast. Shower was serious waste of water with more water coming out of the faucet than the shower head. My card was charged before I even got there. I hate that. It makes me not trust them. Even though they had already charged me I still had to checkout at the desk, which there days is backwards.
