From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything was well taken care of and always checked in with a warm smile. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere to start the day. Even when it was busy, they remained efficient and courteous, ensuring every guest felt valued. The rest of the breakfast staff also deserve special recognition. Check in was a breeze. Had to book a room right there and then and it was quick. I forgot who helped me with my luggage. I wished I remember his name but he was really nice too. The room is lovely. Nice amenities. Breakfast was also nice. Good choices was good. Teody at the Continental Breakfast is attentive and would asked if we need something. I like this place overall. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully longer. The team they have from the moment you arrive to when you leave were all nice.

Family friendly and pedestrian friendly neighbourhood during the weekends with nearby bike rental. Hotel is not too crowded. If you want to get more privacy, consider the continent club option. 90ricol (10/5): Rest & Relaxation in the City - We didn’t have to go far or drive out of the city to have a breathing space and slow down to de-stress. At the heart of Ortigas in Pasig City is luxury hotel i.e. Marco Polo Ortigas that offers a reprieve to tune out & have your needed self care. Part of the Flow amenity services at Marco Polo are the 24 hour Gym, Flow Spa and swimming pool. The Flow team headed by Paul runs a tight shift. Kudos to Paul and Jamie, Flow Spa front desk service for their excellent customer service. All the staff we’ve met from the ground floor entrance both Meralco & Sapphire were engaging, courteous, and professional. Not to be miss their signature Flow smoothie at the gym which is a refreshing drink that boost the immune system to combat jet lag and any form of stress. Drink up it’s good for you! We stayed in a standard king room that is properly laid out. The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied up daily. It’s a luxury hotel so I would suggest to book your stay in advance and/or plan your city escape accordingly.

Breakfast at Cucina had a good mix of stuff with a large variety of choices so I could pick different things each morning without getting bored. Dinners were also really solid, everything had tasted fresh and you could tell they used decent ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

It just so happened when we checked in, the demolition operations of the Metrowalk infront of the hotel were ongoing and the noise was really bothersome even at night and the sleeping hrs. We would have appreciated it if we got a notice and heads up on this when we were checking in. On our 2nd day that was when we got the hotel letter..anyway they transferred us to a preferred room far from the mayhem upon our request after our lack of sleep. Other than this, I should say I am VERY well pleased with the place and the service. I booked to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary and ordered a bouquet of flowers by phone ahead. The concierge indeed coordinated with me closely so that the flowers would be at the room as a surprise, my wife was so delighted! With the flowers were complimentary gifts and perks which surprised even myself. 😀 We were treated so well like a King and Queen ( the superb service surprisingly is hotel wide, congrats to the admin). Special mention to sir Jay, Henry, Andre, Arvin, and Teody, mam Aila, Shai, and d ladies at the Spa. The indoor pool and the spa were great! "Service with the extra mile", I saw this here!

mannixe2024 (6/5): Consistency in the implementation of dress code guidelines and shower drainage problems during our stay - We had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, made especially memorable by the warm service at the buffet breakfast. Special recognition to Almar from the breakfast restaurant—he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made our mornings a great start to the day. However, there were a couple of experiences we would like to share for improvement. Upon entering the breakfast restaurant, the receptionist asked our 12 year old daughter to change out of her sleepwear before being allowed to enter. We respected this and our daughter immediately changed. That said, when we entered the restaurant, we noticed several other guests wearing sleepwear. This inconsistency was a bit confusing and uncomfortable, especially for a child, and we hope clearer and more consistently applied guidelines can be observed moving forward. Additionally, the shower drainage in our room was clogged, causing water to pool during use. This affected comfort and is something we hope can be addressed more promptly. Overall, we appreciate the hospitality of the staff, particularly Almar, and we share this feedback in the spirit of helping improve an otherwise enjoyable stay.
sheilao15 (10/5): Exceptional hotel and staff - I'm in the middle of a 17 night stay at the Marco Polo but I wanted to express how amazing the hotel and especially the staff had made this long stay a truly home away from home experience. Although the restaurant on the 24th floor has an amazing buffet breakfast that is included with my stay, I find myself in the upstairs lounge each morning because of the exceptionally warm and friendly atmosphere we receive. The lounge staff are honestly what set it apart for me. Every time I walked into the lounge, I was greeted with genuine smiles from Shaira and a warm welcome, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Eric would have a table ready for my co workers and I, making our morning drinks as soon as we arrived. Manila has so much to offer for dinner options but we've found ourselves spending most of our evenings just eating and having a few cocktails in the lounge instead of going out to eat because of how comfortable the night crew had made us feel. Maica and the team has been super attentive without hovering, always checking in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was offering a drink or just having a friendly chat, their professionalism and kindness stood out every single day. The lounge itself was a great place to relax, but it was the staff who made it feel special. Their energy, care, and attention to detail turned our stay into a memorable experience. I’d absolutely choose this hotel again, largely because of how well I was treated in the lounge. Truly outstanding service! A special thanks to Aila, Teody, Henry and Andre and the chef! Trust me, you spend some time in the lounge and you'll find yourself never leaving the hotel!

From the front desk to the room service, the attention has been top notch. The hospitality industry at home is not what it used to be. The Marco Polo is TH E standard that all others should study. No one exemplifies that any more than the fantastic crew in the continental lounge. I am greeted every morning by Eric, who after the first day, not only knew my name, but my preferences for coffee and breakfast. In the afternoon, the lounge has an Allstar team with Maica leading a team that that brings nothing but excellence! Teody, Shaira, Aila, Andre and Henry. Warm, welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Thank you team Continental Lounge. The Marco Polo is extremely lucky and should be proud to have should fine embassadors. I look forward to my next visit.
