- Mishrahahahagah (2/5): Worst experience ever seemed - I arrived in Bali from Delhi after a long journey of more than 14 hours. Upon arrival, I checked into your hotel expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, I am very disappointed with the condition of the room provided to me.
The issues I experienced are as follows:
Room key was not working properly
Room was dusty and not cleaned properly
kettle had visible stains
Chair in the room was torn
Water was dripping from the air conditioner
Pillow covers were stained
Toilet door is swollen not closing properly
I informed the hotel staff, and the manager showed me three alternative rooms. Unfortunately, all of them were in similar condition, and in one room I even found hair on the bed.
As I was extremely tired after my long journey, my wife and I had no choice but to stay in the same room for the night. However, this experience has been very disappointing, and it is not what we expected.
I came here to enjoy my honeymoon but the current situation has caused inconvenience.

- ahnafatifs (10/5): Best place just the housekeeping needs to get better - We stayed for 4 nights, everything was perfect just beside the housekeeping team. In 4 days not a single time our bedsheets were changed nor the table tops were cleaned properly.
With out that - FNB, FO staff behaviour and everything was perfect.
To mention, I’m working as the housekeeping supervisor of Intercontinental Adelaide, I expect better from the housekeeping team.

The construction ment the breakfast area was moved, location was awful. Our air con leaked on the floor. The staff were lovely and kind. The rooms are run down, the gym floor was completely uneven and dangerous, only 1 aircon worked and with the heat, it was difficult to use. Unfortunately it is outdated.

- Shakti (3/5): At best a 2 star hotel. - The hotel is close to eateries and a mall. The breakfast spread was not great and it wasn’t replenished often enough. Some stations weren’t even manned! We booked two Deluxe King rooms (6127 and 6128 on the 6th floor). The bed was comfortable. Other than that, nothing was good. The rooms had cracked mirrors, leaky air conditioning that didn’t quite work, cracked tiles in the bathroom, missing doors in the cupboard and evidence of water seepage in walls and ceiling. In general the entire property was Ill maintained.
It was quite surprising to us that Ramada hotels could be so run down and ill maintained.
Finally the hotel staff while polite, seemed a bit clueless when it came to handling issue (I saw more than one guest walk up to them complaining that the air conditioning in their rooms aren’t working and that the front desk was not responding to their calls)

- Maryywl (8/5): Good hotel, nice staff - We spent almost a week at the hotel at the end of July 2024. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bedding is adequate. Very pleasant hotel staff who try to be helpful.
Breakfasts are adequate, a large selection of local dishes, modest cheeses and cold cuts for a European tourist. Not very good tea (but this is common in Bali). In the evenings, you can eat tasty and inexpensively at the hotel, the staff takes orders even 20 minutes before closing. Everyone is very willing to help.
Its only downside is the bathrooms - they are well equipped with cosmetics and other things, the towels are soft and clean but unfortunately the walls and doors in the bathroom could use a good and thorough cleaning.
The hotel was a starting point for us to explore Bali and it worked very well. Next to the hotel there are shops, a currency exchange.

It's an old building, so I had some expectations, but the damp floors, dented wallpaper, and red-colored towels show how little the owners invest in the facilities. Particularly disappointing was that we asked for extra towels, but the edges of the towels that came in were separated. It was a misconception that they gave us that on purpose. There were a lot of hygienic concerns to use with children. We booked it for sleeping only, but the night was very difficult.

The air con leaked allot, we only noticed after it had been leaking in my friend’s bag and everything was wet.
Something disappeared (please make sure you put your belongings in the safe)
And we woke up with a bird in our room, even though the balcony doors had been closed (so we believe there was a hole somewhere along the balcony wall)
Also, when we arrived we were told they’ve upgraded us for free, so I can’t imagine what the other room we had booked looked like
If you ask, why we didn’t ask to move rooms, we were only there for 2 nights

Location though is really good, plenty food and shops around.
Krishna shop only across the road and plenty well known nice restaurant also close by. Not much soundproof.
The noodle station server need more train of how to make noodle al dente (during my stay they were soggy)
Each room should have 2 keycards as a minimum International hotel standard and no need deposit (actually this is first time I experienced that I had to put deposit to add the 2nd keycard).

There were couple of staff willing to try to band-aid our issue with this poorly maintained and falsely advertised hotel. SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE.
The rooms look nothing like as advertised - we were unfortunate to have missed the negative reviews by others - we experienced the same thing as others did during their stay. We switched rooms 3 times at midnight (after we landed) to barely any improvement:
- VERY poorly maintained rooms and building,
- Rooms were filled with mosquitoes, corridors and lobby had lots of mosquitoes also
- Balcony doors cant shut properly (plenty of road and vehicle noise from outside)
- The corridors and rooms constantly smelled like sewage
- Wardrobe had a whole missing door (which causes the light inside it to constantly stay on)
- Mold in plenty of places, air-con was leaking
- Bathroom was dirty and drainage was terrible (even after asking staff to come and unclog the drain)
- No handwash in the bathroom (even unavailable upon request)
- Some issue with the water supply, water was murky and felt oily/like baking soda was added?
We really wanted to leave but they refused to refund us ANY of our fees.
So not worth the price paid - never going to another 'Wyndham' hotel again.
Please go elsewhere and spare yourself a headache!
- Shari (4/5): Disappointing, the only positive were the wonderful staff. - The staff were very friendly and most helpful when approached. The breakfast was VERY overpriced at $17 each person. It was also very Indian-centric which did not appeal to us. The meat was also cold and could have done with being left on a higher setting.
The airconditioner was broken and did not cool the room properly (room 7212), the lighting in the small bathroom was too dark, there was no half price option for a long checkout (had to pay for a whole extra night).
The biggest and worst feature is NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS REQUESTED. This was absolutely terrible! You cannot leave guests with one roll of toilet paper for one week irrespective of how budget your hotel is. We would not stay here again.

- racqc (6/5): Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement - My husband and I joined a package tour from September 9-12, 2013 to Bali, Indonesia. We were booked at the Ramada by Wyndham, Sunset street.
The hotel is right beside a Circle K convenience store and very near a Restaurant they call Warung.
Our room was at the 5th floor. The bed was large and very comfortable. The aircon was working perfectly. The bathroom highly needs improvement. There were yellow stains on the toilet bowl cover. Shower area has molds around.
We stayed for 3 nights but the room was never cleaned even once. Soap, toilet paper, coffee and cream was never replenished. We have to call the reception to request for toilet paper.
Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Staff were kind, helpful and courteous.

- Madison (1/5): Not worth paying an expectations let down - Staff were lovely, location is good From what is offered online images don’t match the pictures and expectation of a Wyndham property. Room had mould, shower certain broken and dirty. Stuck in a dungeon style room in the back corner, breakfasts not worth the money and pool area had no cushions on chairs.
- SinbadSam (8/5): Good stay for business project - I had to stay here for a project that was very close by. Generally I prefer to stay in Ubud, Uluwatu or Canggu but for Seminyak this is good for a short stay.
The staff at the front desk were excellent in particular Mita and Aditya who displayed excellent service and diligence. The front office manager, Ayu is also very friendly, diligent and professional.
This is an older hotel so the rooms are big but, its not a modern hotel. Having said that it is acceptable for a stay in the area. You will need a bike/car to get to the main areas in Legian, Kuta however it is close by the Trans Studio Mall and walking distance to a couple of restaurants/coffee shops but nothing in the immediate area, you will need to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the busy parts.
The facilities are good but it is the staff at the front desk that make this place great. Breakfast has many choices but not my style so I didn't go to breakfast much although it was included as a Diamond member.
