• Matthias (5/5): Gute Lage aber stark in die Jahre gekommen mit schlechtem Bad und enorm schlechter Schalldämmung zur Straße. - Die Lage ist gut und direkt am Meer. - alles ist ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen - Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe: Mini klein, Abluft zu schwach, kein Fenster, wenn man duscht gerät alles unter Wasser - Fernseher funktioniert nicht (HDMI-Kabel von Fernseher zu Receiver fehlt) - man kann die Fenster im Schlafzimmer mit der Jalousie nur einigermaßen abdunkeln, viel schlimmer ist aber, dass die Fenster quasi keinen Schall dämmen, was den Schlaf enorm stört. Oropax sind Pflicht hier

È la prima volta che mi capita da quando prenoto con booking e credo che dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio della struttura e non trovarselo a prenotazione avvenuts

• Dale (5/5): Just ok, has the basics, significant wear and tear - Had the basics, lots of hot water and showers were good, quiet at night, grocery store near by , nice views Condition was quite poor - lots of wear and tear and more than expected. Nice patio deck with nice views , but no chairs to sit in other than a wood picnic table. Washer and dryer was difficult to figure out (maybe cause it’s foreign to us to be fair). Overall not bad, but we had higher expectations based on the web site.

• Peter (8/5): Lots of room to spread out, walking distance to main city centre. - The apartment was a great size for three people. The beds were really comfortable. It was a bit tired eg some faulty window latches and faulty light switches.

Needs a few more kitchen utensils to - The apartment was spacious and clean and the location was great There were almost no kitchen utensils, not even a can opener. The apartment sleeps 4 and there were only 6 plates and the same for cutlery. With only 2 dishwasher tablets I has to wash plates by hand
• Natasha (6/5): Great location and sea view - Fantastic location, free parking, wonderful sea view. Everything that is required was there. Mattress in one of the rooms was old, bathrooms needed upgrading, lower windows were blown so couldn’t see out. In general everything was fine but probably the whole apartment needs a freshen up.
• Daniel (7/5): Nice stay with a view. - Large apartment with lots of room. All the toiletries needed were provided and the washer/dryer worked well. Nice view and balcony. Parking was free and very easy. The windows didn't seal properly and were very drafty. The heat didn't work properly and when I emailed the staff about this they never got back to me. The weather was mild, but if it had been cold the apartment wouldn't have been liveable with no heat.

• David (3/5): Did not like the apt setup - View of the ocean Too many to list. Weird apt with an angle access door and angle bathroom which was hard to move in. Number 18 should be avoided at all costs. The hot heater makes noice all night and the street noise comes right into the apt. The balcony door did not latch and opened with wind . The floor coming into the apt was loose and the angle of the apt was build on an angle..end unit

Directly in front of us was the water and sand and directly under us was the ice cream shop!! I would 100% come back again for another family trip!!

We loved having a full kitchen and access to wash clothes midway through our holiday. Parking was difficult to find on property and even worse on the parking area across the street. The sofa is terribly uncomfortable so it was not easy to relax at the end of our long days.

• Enrique (10/5): Wonderful views by the sea in Galway - Amazing views, nice roomy spaces, well equipped. It was one step away from the beach front. The beds were comfortable, and everything was nice. Parking was easy. The pedestrian traffic light made an intermittent noise until late at night, which was annoying, but not a big issue.

The window latches in living room area is about to fall off. The panels in main bathroom are broken damaged and aesthetically very unpleasant. The outside terrace furniture is uncomfortable rusted and done. The apartment is in big need of an over haul of paint damage repair and modernisation.

Location: On bustling, noisy main road. Nothing like the pictures. Cannot open windows as it is too noisy. Sleep difficult. The building is 'tacky'. Badly managed external areas, operated without direct human input. Apartment is clean, but clinical, dated and noisy with geyser pump water piping noisy and operating 24/7.

Die Promenade war vor der Tür, belebte Umgebung am Tag, nachts ruhig. Großes Appartment, unkomplizierter Check-In und Abreise. Gute Erklärung der wichtigsten Dinge per Gästemappe. Vorab viele nützliche Informationen erhalten. Küche war so ausgestattet, dass man dort gut kochen konnte. Es war keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, dies war jedoch im Inserat beschrieben. Nachfrage wurde per Mail nicht beantwortet. Das Bad hatte angegriffene Silikonfugen.

• orlette (8/5): - Apartment was beautiful and clean, location was amazing We came out to go down in lift and there was excrement all outside the lift down the stairs, I reported it and it was taken care of, who ever done it should be banned from apartments, also the drains in apartment had a terrible smell, we couldn't eat in there so had to eat out which cost us a lot of money

Face à la baie de Galway, et à 25 minutes à pied du centre ville (en allant tranquille) et desservi directement par les bus, Salthill est une zone vivante, avec des magasins, des pubs (le O'Connors à ne pas manquer) et l'appartement est spacieux, équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour et sécurisé. Nous avons pu commencer toutes nos journées par un levé de soleil sur la baie.
• Steve (6/5): Comfortable, but on basis of price and expectations, accommodation a bit disappointing - Location; proximity to local shops, restaurants and facilities, parking on site. Love the balcony and view, but too wet and windy to make full use of it! Very mean, essentially missing, "welcome pack". just a few tea bags and coffee sachets, two dishwasher tabs. No milk, no washing machine tabs. Facilities adequate, but information for appliances (tv, washing machine, oven) was either missing or out of date. Oven controls did not seem to be functioning as expected, obvious existing damage (albeit minor to control knobs) should have been rectified. Emailed management team, but stay too short to consider any action. Lack of personal contact with Management team was frustrating. Cutlery provision was minimum for four people, dishwashing would have been necessary after every meal. No bedside lighting, Had to get out of bed to operate lights, poor design and layout.

• Daniela (9/5): Fab location, amenities and attentive staff - Great location with beautiful views. Free onsite parking was available. Easy to locate and check on from all the information given. Big apartment, exceptionally clean. Attentive staff and quick to respond. The kitchen was kitted out but with the basics. Very minor- There wasn't a bottle opener, but soon rectified after telling staff. They quickly sorted us out with one.

Don’t stay a minute over or else they’ll lock you out. - Location was great, the apartments are really spacious, clean and well equipped. Views are great and didn’t have any issues with noise etc as others stated in their reviews. I would stay here again. Check out guidance was non existent, I was loading my car with kids and when I popped back up to collect the rest of my stuff I found my key was deactivated because it was 10:31 very irritating to have to go find a cleaner to let me back in to remove. Be warned if you stay 1 minute later.

Parking was very convenient and check in process was hassle free. All good. Maybe a little TLC for the apartment would improve
• Jacinta (7/5): - It was in good location, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The smell of the drains were really bad for most of our stay. When I brought it to staff attention, they were quick to resolve the matter. The smell was back the next morning. The sea view was obscure from sittingroom windows because condensation got caught between the double glaze windows.
• Fie Elleskov (8/5): Fint udgangspunkt for turisttur i Galway-området - Rigtig fin beliggenhed lige ved vandet i Salthill. Rigtig god udsigt. Mange restauranter, pubber og indkøbsmuligheder i området. Stor rummelig lejlighed, to store værelser, to badeværelser. Fin stue med udsigt og lille altan. Parkering bag ved ejendommen. Vi så slet ikke personalet, men fik tilsendt stormvarsel fra dem en blæsende dag. Tak for den service. Det fungerede fint med kode tilsendt og selv-tjek ind service, og super at man kan få et nøglekort hver. Vi havde svært ved at få varme i lejligheden, og var der nogle blæsende og kolde dage. I "bogen" stod der var en vejledning til vores type radiatorer, men den kunne vi ikke finde. Så vi frøs lidt aften og morgen i lejligheden. Toiletterne havde svært ved at skylle ordentligt ud. Det havde været fint hvis der havde stået i "bogen" hvor der var indkøb. Der er en lille kiosk stort set under lejligheden, men vi kunne ikke slå andet op, og tænkte første dag der var langt til indkøb, hvilket slet ikke passer, der er supermarkeder tæt på.
