- Chrysoula (10/5): - Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου είναι η φοβερή τοποθεσία του, ακριβώς στην κεντρική πλατεία της Κρακοβίας, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πανεύκολες. Το δωμάτιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν καθαροί και προσεγμένοι. Είχε κωδικούς στην κεντρική είσοδο για ασφάλεια. Το πρωινό καλό με βασικες επιλογές. Το προσωπικό φιλικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να σου δώσει πληροφορίες. Γενικά, πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κρακοβία!

La parte dolce si limita a croissant, pane e marmellata. Per le bevande c'è una macchinetta. Noi avevamo una camera tripla al secondo piano e il pavimento in legno era rumoroso calpestandolo: questo implica svegliare tutta la camera nel caso si debba andare al bagno di notte. Purtroppo anche il pavimento della camera accanto lo era, quindi sentivamo i passi dei vicini come se fossero nella nostra camera
- Christian (3/5): Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. - Zentrale Lage. Die Möblierung des Zimmers war einfach, alt und abgenutzt. Der Duschvorhang war schmutzig. Trotz mehrfacher Bitten wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. Sowohl an einem Abend als auch an einem Morgen stand kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen usw. zur Verfügung. In den Nächten Freitag/Samstag und Samstag/Sonntag war bis 4 Uhr sehr laute Discomusik zu hören, weshalb man nicht schlafen konnte. Schließlich war beim Frühstück zeitweise nicht ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.

Nie widziałam rodzin z dziećmi, raczej sami obcokrajowcy. Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadanie można wykupić jeśli ma się taką ochotę. Aczkolwiek w pokoju był aneks kuchenny.

- Sylvain (5/5): - Chambre au calme, bien située au niveau du centre historique Nous avions cru comprendre que le petit déjeuner était de 7h à 10h, ce qui est raisonnable comme horaires pour un hébergement touristique. Notre train étant à 8h, nous l'avions donc pris avec la réservation. Mais il semblerait que le petit déjeuner ne soit servi qu'à partir de 8h. Trois personnes étant présentes à 7h30 du matin, nous avons quand même tenté d'avoir à minima une viennoiserie ou quelque chose du genre pour la manger sur le chemin, ce qui nous a été refusé. Et petit déjeuner non remboursé. Décevant pour un hébergement touristique.

- debbiemarks2025 (10/5): Family stay - Just back from an amazing few days staying at this hotel 2 adults 2 young teenagers, we had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, the apartment was spotless and catered for all our needs. Also perfect location literally beside the square, so close to everything. It was toasty warm which was lovely seeing the weather was bitter cold outside so that was nice. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, couldn't do enough to help with whatever you needed or asked, from helping book tours to our taxi to the airport even food recommendations nothing was too much. If you're thinking of booking id 100% recommend for a safe, clean, welcoming environment 10/10. Already looking into booking our next visit and of course we shall be staying here! Also at bottom of street opposite side a little pizza place think the name was corner pizza OMG 10/10 very reasonably priced and honestly the best pizza ive ever had! We usually ended our night by getting a few pizzas and taking them to the hotel.. so good!!

- 738stevet (8/5): Nice hotel, great location - My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel as part of a pre xmas break in Krakow. Around 30 mins from Krakow airport (or a £9 taxi ride), it is an ideal location. Close enough to the main square (three minute walk) but also detached enough to escape the hustle and bustle as well. The staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, our room was located on the other-side of a small enclosed court yard, with entry from the main street accessible only with a key code. Our room was spacious, with a small kitchen area, a small table and chairs plus a sofa and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The bed was comfy and spacious, and the room was toasty warm… a welcome escape from the Polish winter. I would heartedly recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty sure we will be back.
- samanthatG1215XL (10/5): Great central hotel - We stayed in an apartment room with mezzanine, there was a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. The room was very warm which was good for the winter conditions outside. The breakfast was a buffet selection, which was continually topped up when guests took their food. The warm food changed slightly each day which was good for a small trip. The staff were lovely and very helpful! There are a lot of stairs if you are on the top floor but this didn’t bother us as we had small bags. The property is very secure with a code to get in the main door and another code to get up the stairs. There isn’t designated luggage storage but our bags were next to reception with has someone there all the time. They allowed us to check in at 12 as the room was ready which was very handy. The hotel is just round the corner from the main square! Lovely hotel, would highly recommend.

- miniman91 (10/5): Perfectly located to explore Krakow. - Perfectly located for the main sights. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but why would you want one with Krakow on your doorstep? We found the room comfortable and quiet. The hot water in the shower didn’t last long but we worked out how to get the best out of it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Use it as a base for enjoying a fantastic city.
