The furniture in the room was "older" and the hallway carpeting could use a refresh but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely, and the hotel was in a very convenient location.

Correspondait à nos attentes. Fenêtres ouvertes : Environnement très bruyant, avec un bruit constant des climatiseurs extérieurs de tous les hôtels environnants ; obligé de garder les fenêtres fermées. Fenêtres fermées : Même au 24è étage on entend les bruits des routes, mauvaise isolation phonique. Parking : dommage d'être obligé de passer par le valet
- Nicole (4/5): Cheap - Location really was the only thing to like. Price is low as a result of all the negatives. Perhaps rooms in the tower part are better??? Room had a fridge and microwave. Right next to the biggest ABC store. Staff were kind and the valets very helpful I stayed in a solo room (325) which is located in the 3 story part of the hotel (note some solo rooms have no windows) I was lucky enough to get a window. Bed is a Murphy bed, management please change for a normal bed and get rid of the cabinet situation. No access to power points from the bed. Windows are not doubled glazed (I was there for May Day and loud music started at 7am on Saturday, car noise is also a major problem). There were fruit flies present in the kitchen and the kettle was dirty so I didn’t use it. A/c HVAC was so noisy and wasn’t adjustable. The place really needs a complete gut!

- Yvonne (10/5): Great 2 night stay - There is nothing negative to say about this property. The staff are genuinely beautiful right from the front door check in to check out. Location is wonderful in the middle of everything so many options for eating - ABC store downstairs, we walked everywhere and did beach walks first thing in the morning. The room is large - we had room 2006 a Koa suite that had the most amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and impeccably clean. We enjoyed it and will return. That I had to leave. We only had a short 2 night stay pre-cruise and it was just not long enough for us. We loved it and will be back.

- treevaug (4/5): Broken A/C, and management lied and refused to fix it or move us to another room. - Stayed in a 1-bed, 2-bath, with living room and kitchen, suite for 7 days. The A/C thermostat did not work in the living room and kitchen area, and the A/C did not cool that room at all. We complained to the manager and asked them to either fix it or move us. They lied to me about what the maintenance person said after he checked it, and then lied to me stating they would fix it while we were out all day. All it probably needed was a new thermostat installed, likely a 15-30 min and $25-$50 fix. They did not fix it, and they would not move us to another room because we only had a few days left there. It was miserably hot and humid the entire 7 days! Also, the only view was of other high-rises around it. Though the room was nice otherwise, I would never stay there again!

I told the manager about that and wanted them to tell me that beforehand so I could pay the additional nights thru booking instead. But that was not the case. So I payed usd 350 more directly thru the hotel.

- Tabitha (5/5): Great location and staff. - The location and the staff were great, the room was ok but there was no thought put into the upgrades on the counter tops. No matter how careful we were the door handles always hit the counter top. The dryer fell off of the wall in the bathroom every time the door to the room was closed. I got a really bad rash from the bedding, I am not sure why but it is awful. There was not enough toilet paper in the room and the trash cans were all hidden.

- Wander02769847734 (10/5): Excellent & Would Absolutely Return!! High Recommend - We stayed for 1 night prior to cruising the Pride of American and then we returned for 3 nights after the cruise. We had the suite and it was quite spacious and accommodated our family of 4. The front desk staff were amazing, greeted ever time we walked by if they werent serving someone. They gave us tips and places to go locally. The hotel was quite and not noisy at night so we all slept well. Everything was very clean and I could not fault a single thing. Chocolates in our room on arrival was a nice surprise. The ABC store below is amazing, has endless choices of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Across the road has coffee at the cafe, then the Yard pub is great for dinner, a great icecream place 3-4 doors down that served acai for breakfast. Its a well positioned hotel with everything close by and walking distance to the shops, waffles & berries, the beach, dukes etc. Highly recommend Imperial, and the bonus is no resort fees!

- MNC (8/5): Excellent emplacement - L'emplacement, au coeur de Waikiki et à proximité de tout. L'équipement du studio. L'accueil du personnel. Je ne recommanderais pas le studio Ohia. Il est à côté de la cage d'ascenseurs et ceux-ci fonctionnent toute la nuit. Le lit(en 140) est un peu étroit et moyennement confortable. Il n'y a même pas une dose de café pour le premier petit déjeuner. Les poubelles sont vidées un jour sur deux et aucun ménage n'est fait, et il n'y a rien pour le faire.

- Sylvia (10/5): Highly recommend this well located resort. - The location is unbeatable. Rooms contain everything you need for your stay - very well appointed. Friendly helpful staff. The spa was excellent - had the best massage in years. There was a flood in the room next to us and a bit of a kerfuffle but they moved us to an equivalent room very quickly. Room cleaning would be nice once or twice a week when you are paying as a hotel guest not a timeshare owner.

Good location, with an ABC store and a Denny's right there, and short walk to beach and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- TAKASHI (10/5): とても快適でとても良かったです。 - 清掃やベットメイキングが入らないので枕チップがなく、気が楽でした。コインランドリーもたくさんあるし、大家族で行くならかなり良いです。シーツやタオル等は全て各自で取りに行くのですが、時間外でも嫌な顔もしないで交換してくれます。部屋から少しだけ海も見えます。ウォーターサーバー？！飲料水サーバーがあるので水を買わなくても大丈夫でした。 清掃とベットメイキングがない事が書いてなかったので最初は困りました。予約のページに記入していただけると助かります。 それと少し古さはあります。その代わりかなりお安い！！ プールに飲料水サーバーがあるのですが、8:00オープンで鍵がないと入れないので、朝一で水を入れたかったら間に合いません。 それとワイキキビーチには遠いです。前までは隙間から行けたみたいですが、今は遠回りしないと行けなくなったみたいです。アウトリガー側からのビーチは近いです。

- Erin (8/5): Great economical choice in Waikiki. - Close to the main drag and the Cirque de Soleil show we were there to see. Nice to have a room with a substantial Murphy bed in the living room. From the balcony we could see a bit of the fireworks. One-way streets around the hotel make it problematic to get out of when there's something going on (in this case, a holiday parade). The bathroom was tiny, so for four people it was a squeeze. Pulling into the parking area was a bit confusing.

- 305kareny (8/5): An almost-perfect location - It has an excellent location in the heart of Waikiki, at the north end of the Royal Hawaiian Centre near the high-end shops and the beach, hence quite good value for money for the location. We stayed in the Banyan suite, which had a spacious living area and a separate but small bedroom. The bathroom was very compact. There was a good-sized kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as plates, bowls and cutlery (but no stovetop). Although the Banyan room had balconies, it was on the 6th floor and the view of the beach was obstructed by neighbouring buildings. ABC Stores just outside the lobby was huge and very convenient for groceries (including fresh fruits, snacks and souvenirs, similar to other ABC stores). Overall, ABC Stores together with the kitchenette in the Banyan suite made it easy to prepare own meals instead of eating out, but unfortunately, we had limited time during our stay to do so. The location of ABC Stores downstairs was so convenient that we found it easy to duck downstairs for late-night snacks. ABC Stores downstairs also had pineapple Dole soft-serve ice cream. Denny’s restaurant was also conveniently located on the other side of the hotel lobby. Just a tip: the rooftop pool closes at 10pm and was not open for views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks. We guessed that most people watched the midnight fireworks from the beach, which is quite a short walk away, from the 26th-floor Owners Lounge or from their balconies if their room was high enough to have an unobstructed view.

- Karen Kah Leng (8/5): A fabulously-located hotel - It has an excellent location at the north end of the Royal Hawaiian Centre, with ABC Stores and Denny's restaurant conveniently located just below, next to the lobby. The kitchenette is useful and well equipped with a sink, microwave, fridge and cutlery. The living and dining area is spacious. We arrived early for check-in due to our early flight and were offered a room on the sixth floor (not high enough to offer nice beach views, as they were obscured by surrounding buildings). We accepted this room as we wanted an earlier check-in time. The bathroom was small and compact. The hallway outside our room was weirdly freezing, with the air-conditioning set too high.

- Donna Maree (5/5): Will stay elsewhere - Convenient location in Waikiki I did arrive early at 12.30pm so left to do some shopping 😄and when I got back at 3pm for check in I did not receive my studio until 4.30…the ladies at reception ignored me whilst I waited in your foyer and they had their personal life conversations and I had to keep asking if room was available when they could clearly see me waiting. The Air-conditioning barely worked and the fan was like from the 1970’s…was ok for one night before I met up with friends to stay at Halekaluni but won’t stay there in future.

Very busy hotel but also nice and quiet. Staff were very lovely. I couldn’t really say what we didn’t like, maybe furniture a little outdated but this was definitely not a concern for us as we liked the style.

- James (8/5): Good for what we needed, a place to stay while seeing Oahu. - Located near Waikiki Beach, walkable, while you do not have an unobstructed view of the beach even on higher floors, you do see through the buildings right off the beach. You will pay $30 for parking your car daily (recommended) and it takes very little time for the valet to park and get it for you when needed. Right next to a convenience mart in the same building, and Denny's as well if you don't want to over think supplies and meals. The Suite we occupied had a kitchen and fridge, two bathrooms, living room kitchen fold up bed, two balconies, tight quarters -we were there for one night-had 4 people. 4 people, were there one night, it was fine as a stop, would not recommend as a terminal location.
