- Grace (10/5): een heerlijke plek om op avontuur te gaan in INDIA <3 - Het personeel echt in 1 woord geweldig. We hebben genoten van hun enthousiastme vriendelijkheid en inzet. Wat een prachtige mensen. De kamer was netjes en schoon. het eten was super. Mijn man heeft snel last van buikpijn, maar geen 1x ziek geweest. het eten was heerlijk. Schoon en hygienisch echt een aanrader. Het psersonee met name, Satthya, Muthu, Raggal, Rajah, Madavi, Rubina, Cathrine, Sameema, Ajeesh Deepar en Abijth waren geweldig. Op de laatste dag kregen we een taart (er waren meerdere nederlanders aanwezig in het hotel) en ze deden echt hun best. een buiten zwembad zou fijn geweest zijn.

- Groen (10/5): Hier wil je zijn - • Het personeel is echt top ik ik heb van de koks genoten die elke dag heerlijk hebben gekookt de frontdesk zijn allemaal zo behulpzaam Pujitha🤩 heeft er echt voor gezorgt dat elke dag alles goed was en hielp als dat nodig was. Natuurlijk ook Sathya Muthu Rajah En Madovi hebben ons echt thuis laten voelen.. er waren pannekoeken als we er om vroegen en Friet voor avond eten echt geweldig. Dit werd echt goed verzorgt door Rubina Cathrine Sameema Ajeesh Deedan en Abijith zij zijn echt een super team en ik weet alle namen niet van de roomservice en cleaning guys but it was amazing if i come back definitely in dit hotel. De bedden/ Matrassen waren ook echt super en de kussens beter dan ik thuis heb. Dat ik niet langer kon blijven vanwegen mijn agenda. 😇

Das trifft auch für die Damen und Herren an der Reception zu. Alles war perfekt. Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Vor allem Saameema im Restaurant war herausragend umsorgend. Die Ziimer könnten etwas größer sein.

- Santhanakrishnan (3/5): A bad experience with a Mariott property, made up a bit by some wonderful people of Marriott - The courteousness of the staff, especially Rajendra Prasad and Aman, despite the disappointing experience with the property. What would have been a pathetic experience because of misleading description of the room was saved by the empathetic staff acknowledging the issue and providing us a better room. It is unbecoming of a global, trusted brand like Marriott to use misleading language in describing rooms. 'Superior King Size' was how the room I booked was described in the booking. Neither was it superior nor did it have a king bed. I have never faced such an issue with any of the Marriott properties ever before, and hope never in the future. It was just BAD.

Wifi not available on sunday 11.5.2025 4. Some staffs in the front desk take care of guests Outfit and judge them. While in Frontdesk they told me that I have to pay for lunch and others. I told fine. After having a coffee, they demanded to pay the bill at-once. I told them i shall do it while checkout. They denied it. Then I just hooked my intercom. After that they inform me that I can pay it while checkout. I told fine”No”. Herethen I shall only take food which is given for my pay while booking. Breakfast included in my stay. Otherwise I would never dine here. It seemed that the staff didn’t care 4. No proper feedback in website

No Bell-desk or any one to take our bags to the room although the Man in the Reception was kind enough to help us.

- Rajiv (5/5): stay was pathetic, but the staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Anthony and Ms. Moni. - I made my family stay at this property, who were travelling for 1st time, since the brand MARRIOT allowed me safe bet. I travel all across the world and Marriot has a brand image worldwide, bcoz of which I booked. When my family landed 1st day, thy found it no where near to expectation, the rooms were stinking, the floor carpets has bad smell, after long discussion we realised that it was not original Marriot, but it was Holiday INN. room were smelly, no good infrastructure.
