• Carl Gustaf (2/5): Lousy stay - I did not like anything. Bad access to reception when carrying luggade to register. The hetating of the room was set to maximum when we arrived so the room was very hot, we complined but nothing happened. We had to have the balconydoor open the whole night. The water in the bathroom was to hot, could not be adjusted. Very small bathroom. A constructon site just outside the room started their work at approx 07:00 in the morning. No compensattion was offered. Breakfast was serves outside in a tent and was OK.

• Holger (6/5): Netter Aufenthalt mit Einschränkung - Ein untypisches Hotel mit besonderem Charme. Der Herr an der Rezeption hatte bei unserer Ankunft offensichtlich keine Lust. Die Damen beim Frühstück waren da deutlich bemühter und netter. Leider ist ein Teil des Hotels im Bau. Frühstück findet im Zelt statt. Hätte man durchaus vorher kommunizieren können.

• Sandi (7/5): - Cortina d'Ampezzo市街地へのアクセスはよく、買い物やレストランの選択には困らなかったです。お部屋もコンパクトながらも、内装が可愛く、素敵でした。 残念ながら、ホテルのレノベーション中だったため、①駐車スペースが狭く、他の宿泊客と知恵を出し合いながら、停める場所を確保せざるを得なかったこと、②口コミでレストラン併設ならではのおいしい朝食が提供されていることを期待したのですが、朝食会場が屋外の仮設テントだったため、少し期待とは異なりました。

• Anna (2/5): eine Katastrophe - Der Ausblick, wir haben momentan leider nichts gutes zu erzählen. Wir haben uns wirklich auf unseren Urlaub gefreut, aber wir wurden leider bitter enttäuscht. Im Hotel werden gerade Umbauten durchgeführt, um 7 Uhr in der Früh fingen die Arbeiter an zu streiten, so das man merkte, dass das ganze Haus jetzt munter ist. Nach einer Weile haben sie sich entspannt, der Baustellenlärm blieb bestehen. Statt dem netten Frühstücksraum und dem schönen Buffett war ein Zelt vor dem Hotel aufgestellt, man fühlte sich wie in einer Tropfsteinhöhle, die Tische/Teller nass, das Buffet leider nur noch ein Tisch, die warmen Speisen kalt und der Aufschnitt leider bis auf einen Teller Schinken, nicht vorhanden. Es standen „hartgekochte“ Eier dort, eiskalt, fast komplett roh. Unser Frühstück war somit komplett ruiniert, wir fuhren weiter in ein Lebensmittel Geschäft um zu Frühstücken. Wenn die Umbauarbeiten angegeben gewesen wären, hätten wir uns einfach was anderes gesucht, so war es leider wirklich schlecht!

The staff were quite helpful, thanks to them I was able to visit Lago di Sorapis in low season, they asked if the road was open and called me taxis in multiple times. I’m very grateful! -

• Roberto (5/5): Deluso e seppur per una notte poco accogliente. - Molto poco. Mi ha deluso il fatto che non sono stato avvisato di importanti lavori di demolizione interni al piano terreno. Lavori rumorosi che non hanno permesso di rilassarsi e riposare soprattutto nelle ore pomeridiane. Trovare una colazione servita sotto una tenda fatiscente. Ritrovare la auto completamente impolverata. Doccia con acqua bollente impossibile da regolare perché la valvola miscelatrice bloccata.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Place de parking . Avril 2016. Chambre un peu petite mais bien organisée.

• Francesca (9/5): Tutto perfetto da ritornarci, consigliamo - Tutto l’hotel esteticamente (l’interno è stupendo e le camere veramente molto belle e pulite), il personale molto gentile, il paesaggio, la colazione buonissima, un posto dove ritornarci di sicuro! Piccole stupidaggini, ma per il prezzo che si paga ci si aspetta non ci siano. Ad esempio, il parcheggio ha pochi posti per ospitare sia gli ospiti dell’hotel che quelli del ristorante; nella nostra camera era presente una porta finestra a piano strada con solo una tendina in merletto dove si passava per andare in bagno, passando c’era un sensore che accendeva sempre la luce dell’antibagno quindi non c’era privacy non potendo oscurare questa finestra sopratutto la sera o la notte se si andava in bagno. Ripeto sono magari stupidaggini da prendere come suggerimenti per migliorare il servizio visto che comunque è un 3 stelle.

Rezeption erst 20:00 Uhr möglich, trotz Hausgast werden 5 € für Bedienung extra berechnet, der ganze Ort eine einzige Baustelle, Frühstück gegenüber Gourmet am Abend unterstes Level

• Sharon (7/5): A cold stay in winter - The location, staff and style of the hotel was great. In our room there was no ventilation and so condensation built up to the point of puddles of water on the window sills in the bathroom and black mould on the walls of the bedroom area. Also, we had next to no heating in our room or bathroom and it was winter for our stay. The staff told us that the heating came on at 6pm each night. However, this was very hit and miss and our room was very cold most of the time.

• Attila (8/5): Friendly Family-Run Hotel - The location is comfortable, easy to reach, however, a little bit on the outer parts of Cortina. Nevertheless, it's easy to reach, and getting into the town center is just about ten minutes walk. Free private parking in front of the hotel is a real treasure in Cortina, where private parking prices can really get crazy. The building itself, along with the restaurant area and the rooms, is on the traditional side, the amount of decoration might even be a little gimmicky. However, the rooms are comfortable, clean. The staff is courteous, kind. We arrived a bit late due to some hiking taking longer than expected, after a quick phone call we were promptly let in and checked in without any issues. As already mentioned regarding the location, it's a bit further off from the town center. That would not be an issue by itself, but the traffic around there might get a bit crazy, and without sidewalks there the walk to the town center in the evening might be a fun activity. Some extra electric outlets would be great in the rooms - the building is old, so the amount is somewhat limited. Some of the breakfast is self-service, and some of it is served, and that's a little bit weird, it really could all be self-service, I don't really get the reason why someone has to stand there and portion out the scrambled eggs and the cheeses.
