Als je meerdere nachten verblijft, moet je de volgende dag opnieuw verbinding maken voor alle apparaten. Ook worden verschillende internetsites geblokkeerd, zoals Google en Apple, waardoor deze niet bereikbaar zijn en bestanden en foto’s niet worden gesynchroniseerd. Vuile glazen werden niet omgewisseld voor schone glazen.

David (3/5): Failed expectations! - The restaurant, its layout food and staff.The walk in to the restaurant was This was supposed to be a Junior Suite!It was entirely different from the description! There was no separation between the sleeping area and the seating area! Which meant no privacy! One of the key reasons you hire a suite.The sink in the bathroom had an ancient crack which could break any moment, the shower head does not stay on the pole keeps on falling down, the water pressure was pathetic.A dirty smell and stuff coming out of the jets pr water holes All night long the drone of of a generator or an extractor fan was unbearable! The pillows were flat as pancakes.Being a 4 star hotel, could not believe how pathetic the pillows were! The bed was a double, was really too small for 2 people of average size!For a Suite atleast super king size is a must for the price we paid for a one night stay.Tea and coffee facilities were the new style of coffee pods in Italian!No sweetener and the coffee pods were really strong coffee.ok for some! A single sachet of Nescafe was definitely missed!. The view was a narrow balcony window which would only open a little as there was a lock fitted to restrict opening.Being a Suite it was really disappointing not to be able to see the beautiful views.All one could see a parched field with a horse trying to find grass to graze! On the whole an overpriced double room sold as a Suite, badly furnished and nothing special about this place.Give it a miss at those high prices.

Negatives: I was in a booth and the seats were filthy; old crusty food stuck to them. The cutlery was not clean. I swapped mine out twice and I noticed other tables doing the same. B4120BCrobinl (10/5): Fantastic restaurant with exceptional staff - Went to the restaurant for a family meal. The staff were fantastic and a special shout out to Ross who made us feel very welcome. An excellent host. All the staff were very attentive and service was prompt and food was excellent. The restaurant was busy, however, this did not appear to have any issues as we were well looked after by all staff. Definitely recommend going here for dinner

652ivanaf (10/5): Ladies weekend away - Stayed in a lodge for two nights with friends and it was amazing. The loge was clean, spacious and modern and had everything you could need - 2 twin bedrooms, single toilet, a shower room with another toilet and a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a good sitting area to relax and watch tv. There was also a small terrace outside with outdoor chairs available to sit on and enjoy watching the horses go past and it was all very relaxing. Car parking is also available outside the lodges which is great. The Palomino restaurant has a wonderful menu and the food cooked to a high quality. Whilst dining you could watch the ponies in the arena having lessons. The staff in the restaurant were all extremely friendly and work very hard...special mention to Ross who gave us a laugh and a chat whenever he passed by our table. We didn't go into the Hotel but I can only presume it is also of very high standards This is my first time at Ingliston country park and I cannot wait till we return again. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend, I would highly recommend coming here.

Simon (5/5): OK, but would choose somewhere else next time. - It’s a good location, far from the crowds of Glasgow. This isn’t a “nice” as it may seem in the listing. Whilst the “Country Club” is all very grand, the “hotel” is actually a bit of an add-on. You can’t park outside it (except for the anti-social ***s who choose to park overnight in the “drop off” space), and it’s little more than a glorified Travelodge, really. No lounge or bar area, nothing but a room.

suefawcett2017 (2/5): COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE GUESTS - Having parked in the side designated parking area at one of the Lodges, I was loading my car and didn't realise their was an untreated/ungritted area which I stepped onto and just went straight down and ended up with a Grade 2/3 ruptured ankle tendon injury. Having reported in accident book and then speaking with the 'Health and Safety Officer' to suggest they consider treating the area when the temperatures went well below zero and/or extending the rubber to the edge, the response was a disgusing "well we might consider it, although you could have fell on the pavement and the council wouldn't care" - My recommendation, check the poorer reviews by filtering on here and you will find similar. Ruined weekend as I was going to compete in a dance competition, but worse there disgraceful response. I understood under Scottish Law, there is a guest "Duty of Care" and this hotel most certainly completely disregards that fact.

H2288XGchrism (4/5): Throughly disappointing. It would be doing well to get a 3 Star hotel. - Hopefully this will serve as a warning to future customers. We booked a one night stay but are probably guilty of making some basic mistakes. Firstly, this review is based solely on the hotel as I cannot comment on the lodges. We booked, believing it to be a five star resort. Thinking that it has a sauna and hot-tub facilities. While it's still unclear even now, it appears the hotel has these facilities but have to be booked in advance, which as of right now is at the current cost of £80. My overall riding thoughts throughout this entire stay: What exactly does this hotel offer that justifies it being five star. They've 2 receptions it transpires, one for lodges and the other for the hotel. After waiting 10 mins to check-in, it was then we were told we went to the wrong reception. If only they had signs. Onto the room. After getting checked in, we thought we'd at least booked a room with jacuzzi bath, but no. It was a standard room, small shower. No easily accessible sockets, or modern amenities like USB charging, a tv thats about 10yrs too old and about 10 inch too small. Even if it was upgraded to a Smart TV the WiFi in the hotel is so poor it wouldn't be sufficient to watch anything decent. The view was disappointing with a stunning look over a boggy paddock. The restaurant/bar, looked lively but appears this is a combination of people eating and taking away. The hotel feels isolated, its a 20 min walk or 5min taxi to Bishopton. Which was the only saving grace for our night. No entertainment in the hotel, supposedly theres some on a Saturday night. The staff albeit very nice are all teenagers or in their early 20's. Which is admirable but also feels a bit dysfunctional at times. The breakfast was okay. As others have reported a standard selection of fry-up versus cereals and toast etc. The coffee machine is awful, and the layout is confusing. Again it begs how its 5 star, I've stayed in bed and breakfasts with more personality than this hotel. Ive no doubt that as a wedding venue this place would be excellent but for a couple on a night away I couldn't wait to leave. At £150 for a night away with nothing to offer, there are far better places to spend your money.
Leen68 (4/5): Memorable for all the wrong reasons! - Booked a 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub for 5 adults for my dad's 80th birthday at a cost of just under £460 for 1 night incl breakfast. . Two guests waited 45mins in the afternoon, on arrival, for soup and coffees and waited longer still after chasing up! We had also reserved a table for 6 in Palominos Restaurant for dinner. The restaurant service was pretty awful, we had to keep asking where our drinks order was, asked 3 times for condiments which turned up pretty much when everyone was done eating. Staff were pleasant/friendly but that's not the same as efficient or competent. We tried to overlook and enjoy the night but the food quality was also very hit and miss. We were incredibly disappointed, given the occasion, that both food and service was so poor so much so I opted to speak with Ross who was Duty Manager at the time. Can I just say HE was the best thing about this entire visit, he took the time to listen and address our concerns all with good humour and banter. Sadly it didn't entirely make up for such a poor impression for our guests and experience for dad's 80th birthday. Breakfast, I believe, was good which was just as well as there was no chance the guests could have cooked for themselves given the dreadful state of the cooker/grill in the lodge itself. Not even 2* standard of cleanliness (see photo attached). Ingliston also "hold" a housekeeping fee of £100 in case of damage ... over and above the £460 for the lodge which is rich really given housekeeping was lacking here! I had expected contact from Ingliston post-stay, as most places do, to ask how things went and gain constructive customer feedback, however, this does not seem to be something they do thus just leaving review here.

matthewdQ6304GM (8/5): First visit to Ingliston Country Club. - February overnight with my wife through Myhotelbreak deal. The estate is lovely and well maintained. Dark when we arrived so didn’t see it in all its glory!Hotel check in well organised . Our classic room, although fairly small, was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. View of the paddock/ equestrian area??Welcome bottle of quality red wine awaited us. Extras also enhanced the experience including toiletries and bottled water together with tea, coffee and cookies. Our bed was large, 2 twins joined together and tbh, not very successfully. A bit uneven at the centre! Had booked our evening meal for 7.30 and headed to the bar for drinks about an hour before. Staff member asked us to sit at the bar for these. Unfortunately couldn’t as most of the free area was completely covered in used glasses. Quite apparent that the staff were struggling to cope with how busy the restaurant was and glasses were stacking up. We did however find a table and enjoyed the cocktails there. Expertly made!! Our deal included 2 courses . Choices for the deal were extremely limited tbh! Usually if you chose something else it would itemise a supplement which we would have been happy to pay for. Not in this case. Starters were fine as were the mains, large portions and tasty overall. Problem was we waited an hour from finishing our starters to receiving our mains. Disappointing. Ross , the floor manager, was outstanding at handling our disappointment. He insisted we enjoy some lovely desserts and coffees as way of an apology. He really did put customer satisfaction at the top of his list!!! The buffet breakfast in the morning, both hot and continental was very good with a wide selection. Stand out was the fresh fruits !!! Overall a very good experience and superb value!
483lizziep (10/5): Amazing experience - We received a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast voucher as a wedding present and we could not wait to use it. My husband has quite severe allergies so when booking we mentioned this. On the day of our stay we had the servers in the restaurant all know without us needing to mention again about the allergies. Heather came over to our table and explained for breakfast the next morning my husbands food would be prepared separately to ensure he was able to eat everything and that there was no cross contamination. I can honestly say this has been the best experience in a hotel we have ever had, the attention to detail on something so serious was next to none and it made my husband feel see and not that he had to apologise for his allergies for once. The food at dinner was amazing with all the restaurant staff so kind and attentive, we then ordered some drinks on room service which again was met with staff that were happy to help us. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and my husband had a massive breakfast portion that he really enjoyed too! The room was very clean and well decorated. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you everyone for making it such a relaxing experience 💕
evelynrJ4093VO (6/5): Disappointed - Check in is 4pm and doesn’t leave much time to enjoy the lodge when paying £250 for the night. We had dinner in the restaurant, seated next to two families shouting back and forth to each other and then the chicken stroganoff came, sauce non existent and in a small bowl. Service at the bar was awful, asked for a cocktail menu and didn’t get the correct one, asked again then had to wait ages to then order drinks. The lodge was spotless but the main bedroom stank which we thought smelt like weed. Not impressed and won’t be back.
Chris (4/5): Great location but you can’t help what neighbours you get, especially with thin walls/doors! - Superb location and great views Terrible sleep due to noisy music being played by adjacent room. (14) Reception staff did get them to turn it off but the noise got worse with constant swearing during persistent carnal affairs and this stopped and started all night until 6am. Everyone is allowed the right to enjoy their stay… but not at the expense of other paying customers!
Smudger96 (6/5): Breakfast inedible - First time stay for a group of 6 adults and it will be the last. Breakfast was inedible. Issue raised with the hotel which took approximately 3 weeks to get a response!!
Scenic55801722513 (4/5): Memorable for the wrong reasons. - Booked a 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub for 5 adults for my dad's 80th birthday at a cost of just under £460 for 1 night incl breakfast. . Two guests waited 45mins in the afternoon, on arrival, for soup and coffees and waited longer still after chasing up! We had also reserved a table for 6 in Palominos Restaurant for dinner. The restaurant service was pretty awful, we had to keep asking where our drinks order was, asked 3 times for condiments which turned up pretty much when everyone was done eating. Staff were pleasant/friendly but that's not the same as efficient or competent. We tried to overlook and enjoy the night but the food quality was also very hit and miss. We were incredibly disappointed, given the occasion, that both food and service was so poor so much so I opted to speak with Ross who was Duty Manager at the time. Can I just say HE was the best thing about this entire visit, he took the time to listen and address our concerns all with good humour and banter. Sadly it didn't entirely make up for such a poor impression for our guests and experience for dad's 80th birthday. Breakfast, I believe, was good which was just as well as there was no chance the guests could have cooked for themselves given the dreadful state of the cooker/grill in the lodge itself. Not even 2* standard of cleanliness (see photo attached). Ingliston also "hold" a housekeeping fee of £100 in case of damage ... over and above the £460 for the lodge which is rich really given housekeeping was lacking here! I had expected contact from Ingliston post-stay, as most places do, to ask how things went and gain constructive customer feedback, however, this does not seem to be something they do thus just leaving review here.

Q5409WPhelenr (10/5): Great hotel well serviced good food , clean, lovely staff, and all round very happy with the hotel, lovely and surroundings and - Was a great time spent there twice in Dec 25 and again Jan 26.really enjoyed it, love going there.relaxing would always go back as not that far to travel to, and love the country side there and alfresco will come out at the summer to, and stay few days I think, and good prices threw My hotel .com...my nephews daughter does the horse riding every week it was but every two or three weeks now and has did this for over a year now , nice to see through the big windows in the restraunt and she them riding their horses going round and round it is lovely , and lovely horses it is lovely to see, I just really enjoy out there at the hotel ,and like where it is situated just love it , and not to far a travel to get there from my home either which is great.really enjoy being there.
Maps39233405765 (2/5): Customer service nonexistent - Took my wife on her birthday for an overnight stay, food was average pub grub, over priced, location is nice, rooms basic and dated, complained about the party in the next room, it was ignored by the staff, eventually left at 7.30pm couldn't take the racket anymore, phoned the manager (Helen) the next day, 4 time's, after 3 days no return call, emailed director ( Samantha), she just dismissed my complaint as a liar, customer service nonexistent . The place has went down hill!!!

Derek (9/5): Great hidden gem close to Bishopton - The lodge was lovely and comfortable. Very quiet area and interesting seeing the horses being taken out for a walk in the morning. Palmeras restaurant was a major surprise. Food and service excellent. Furniture in the lodge good, but not as comfortable as the lodge feels.
