- Mark (10/5): Good place to stay - It's a pleasant hotel outside Ulm. We enjoyed a walk along the nearby river. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was good by German standards even though the area for the food was small. Quite a busy road directly outside the hotel. The food at the hotel opposite is nothing special but it has a pleasant beer garden

- Eberhard (10/5): - Schönes rustikales Hotel in der Nähe von Ulm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wichtig für uns war auch, daß der Hund mit zum Frühstück, zwar nicht in den Frühstücksraum, aber in einen separaten kleinen Raum, mitgenommen werden durfte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Communication with hotel personal was good. We had late check-in and they quickly found a solution. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

- Ricardo (8/5): Prima hotel voor tussenstop - Op weg naar vakantie in Oostenrijk een tussenstop nabij ulm, en daar leende dit hotel zich perfect voor. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, stond meteen paraat. Kamers waren in prima staat, schoon en gemoderniseerd. Ontbijt was ook goed, alleen vanwege corona moest je langer wachten, daar een medewerker alles voor je opschept. Verder lagen er genoeg restaurants in de nabijheid, en is er een prima ontsluiting.

Peccato che con la calura di questo 2020 non ci fosse un minimo di condizionamento ma nemmeno una ventilazione. Camera 1 bollente. Il personale veramente molto gentile e la colazione ottima e abbondante. Consigliato.

- Lisa (10/5): Great Hotel! - The hotel was much more than I expected. It was in a beautiful location along the Danube River. The desk clerk gave us instructions how to get to the paths along the river to walk the dog, great scenery. The hotel was clean, spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, great breakfast with a large variety of food for breakfast. There was a restaurant right across the street that served very good food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family

- Bert (10/5): Leuk hotel op doorreis - Wat een leuk hotel! We werden hier zeer hartelijk ontvangen. De kamers waren heel leuk ingericht. We hadden een kamer op de zolderverdieping. Er was wel geen lift (maar dit was voor ons niet echt een probleem) Heerlijke bedden, badkamer was wel wat aan de kleine kant. Hygiëne was in orde. Lekker ontbijt. Zeer leuk hotel op doorreis! In de directe omgeving heb je enkele eetgelegenheden.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Ulm und ist ruhig. Unser Zimmer war gerade neu renoviert und schön gross mit allem Komfort. Es ist ein neuer Wintergarten dazugekommen und Getränke konnten per Selbstbedienung entnommen werden ausserhalb der Servicezeiten.

- Jenny (8/5): En behaglig o lugn atmosfär - Ankomst sen eftermiddag inför program i Köln dagen efter. Efter en dag i Köln kändes skönt att komma tillbaka till en lugn miljö. Trevliga restauranger i området. Enkel och ren rum inledning men hade önskat en mjukare säng. Frukosten var väl enkel, t e x saknades frukter. Tassar under stolarna i matsalen hade minskat störande ljud.

- Verified traveler (8/5): No Complaints For One Night - I was only there one night but I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival, given info on where to get dinner, and help connecting to wifi. Only thing of note was that there were no curtains on any of the windows (not even in the bathroom) so it's possible people could see in (was on the 3rd floor so perhaps not but it was an odd feeling) and there was no way to block the light while sleeping. But I slept fine.

Hotellet var fint och rent. Rummet låg högst upp. Snyggt, rent, bra säng och bra badrum. Frukosten var också bra. Kommer bo hör igen om jag kör förbi

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und als erstes bekam ich ein Begrüssungsgetränk serviert in einer sehr gemütlichen alten holzvertäfelten Stube. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber gut eingerichtet, das Frühstück war für sensationell. Regionale Produkte, große Auswahl , frischer Obstsalat, echte Rühreier nix aus der Tüte, wie überhaupt die Unsitte des klein verpackten aus der Metro auf diesem Büffet nicht zu finden war. Sogar Hafemilch gab es. Wunderbar. Und da alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Warnung nur vor dem Gasthaus gegenüber, es ist kein Gasthaus mit regionaler Küche sondern ein recht mäßiger unfreundlicher Jugoslawe ( Serbe.? Kroate?).
- Ian (10/5): A very pleasant stay at Hotel Garni Am Zehntstadl - A really nice hotel/guest house just a short way from Ulm. The staff were really friendly and helpful, providing a welcome drink on arrival which was a lovely surprise after a long journey. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Will definitely look to stay here again the next time that we're in the area. Oh and there is a hotel across the road which has a great restaurant too.

- Paul (6/5): Sterk verouderd. - Het hotel ligt aan een zeer drukke doorgaande weg. Vlakbij is een stoplicht waardoor je van het telkens optrekkende verkeer kunt “genieten”. Op de site bevindt zich hierover geen info. Weinig comfort zoals airco. Zelfs geen koelkast, in de zomer van 2018 echt wel gewenst. Kamer erg klein. Merano is een prachtige en boeiende stad met een i.d. omgeving.

- David (10/5): Stop over - Stopover on the way to Italy. Friendly welcome and a free beer. Room rustic clean adequate. Meal over the road typical filling German fare. Good breakfast then on our way. Would use again for same purpose

- hj (8/5): Quite location - A very friendly welcome on arrival the room was excellent as was the breakfast. The hotel did not do evening meals so we dined in a greek restaurant which was very good the restaurant was one of only three on the village. The village is very quite and is a 10 minute bus ride into Ulm

- Bethany (8/5): Small but friendly - This hotel lies just south of the cities of Ulm and Neu Ulm, in a neighborhood called Gogglingen. You might require a car if you are staying here, although we saw public buses during commute hours. Parking is free. This is a small operation in a renovated farmhouse/barn complex. The decor is new but in a country style and very tasteful. Unfortunately, the rooms are not air conditioned, but the building is well insulated and the windows open (with screens). We were traveling with one child and were given a room with two twins pushed together (standard German sleeping arrangement for couples) and an additional full bed, which was much better than the sofa beds our son usually is stuck with. Breakfast is free for guests. It is a buffet with many choices of cold items, including pastries, deli meats, yogurt and cereals, fruit, and cheeses. Scrambled eggs (real), bacon (crisp) and breakfast sausage are also provided, along with full coffee service. The front desk is NOT open 24 hours. Check in is after two, but by 6pm on the day we arrived, the desk was already unmanned. If you arrive after hours, you can ring a bell to be admitted. At least one desk attendant speaks English. He was specifically sent to greet us, so if you don't speak German, consider asking for him. Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay, and the staff were quite friendly. Hoatel rooms can be hard to find in this area; we will certainly consider staying here in the future.

- Laurie (10/5): Authentic and welcoming for a stay in Germany - Returned to the Zehntstadl because I had a great stay in May 2015, and the hotel is convenient to my company's German headquarters. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with friendly service. This is a quiet location, with easy parking, and many interesting walks through the surrounding farmlands. Highly recommended!

- Akshay (8/5): Friendly and welcoming staff - Staff is very friendly. They accommodated us for a late night check-in. Room was on the top floor and was a little hot even with the windows open. Staff made us feel welcome though and breakfast was decent too.

- Laurie (8/5): Perfect business trip accomodations - Enjoyed this small hotel in a picturesque location. Lovely breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and exceedingly helpful - my luggage was lost by the airline and the hotel staff took care of getting it delivered and even brought it up to my room while I was at work. Easy walking distance to the Danube River where there are nice trails along the river and through farmland. Look for the stork nest on the nearby fire station.
