• michelle (2/5): Do not stay unless you are partying as you will not get any sleep - Easy to access through door codes Had no sleep due to police cars blue light up and down the street , lads staying up all night next door , they spent all night coming and going would not recommend staying here to noisy, studio cold shower in the morning, bathroom soaking wet after using shower , creaky bed

• Emma (10/5): great unique apartment close by to all attractions - the kids were so excited to find we had a ball pit and disco lights in the living room beds super comfy great shower full equity kitchen you could hear the base from the neighbouring bars
• Angela (8/5): Great location , clean and well equipped - Location was perfect , main bed was very comfortable . . The apartment was very clean and well equipped. No noise :) Apart from the couple of small negatives we had a great 2 night stay at the Epic and would book again at the right price . Tea coffee milk and sugar are supplied , also Iron ironing board and hairdryer . The sofa bed was awful , very uncomfortable the mattress was very thin so we could feel the frame underneath. The lighting in the room was very bad . Also we could not get in the main door with the key code . Luckily we got a number for the main door from another guest that was staying for the weekend .

• Grace Summer (7/5): Would recommend really good for the price - Perfect location, big enough apartment. perfect for a quick stay The temperature of the room was set at 30° and the aircon turns off at midnight, so woke up sweating. There’s no front desk so no one to speak to, also the tap water doesn’t go cold so had to buy bottled water.
• Karin (7/5): Leuk voor feestvierders; niet als je wat meer rust zoekt. - Badkamer. Centrale ligging in de stad. Ondanks dat de badkamer e.d. schoon was, kwam de bank en vloer niet schoon over. Was wat groezelig. In het weekend verandert de buurt in een uitgaansplek voor vrijgezellenfeesten, dus veel rumoer. Ook in het appartementencomplex kunnen grote groepen intrekken. Boek dus een ander hotel als je hier niet van houdt. Ik zou dit daarom niet meer boeken.

• Lee (8/5): Great accommodation and location if you can handle the constant noise through the night. - Nice comfortable and roomy apartment in an excellent central location. The noise from other young male guests on our floor in the middle of the night and the early hours. Banging on doors and shouting over and over. I appreciate that it's a party street and it was the day of the Grand National but we won't be returning to Epic for this reason.

• Emma (8/5): A good space but the check in time and lack of storage let it down. - The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Good location for the M&S Bank Arena. The shower was great! The communication before the stay was also great. Standar checkout at 11am was nice. Check in at 3pm is crazy late in the day to be considered an overnight stay especially when there’s nowhere to store luggage before you can get into the room. It’s located around quite a few bars which you could hear until about 1am. Couldn’t get Netflix to work.

Sin querer nos dejamos las llaves dentro y cuando volvimos por la noche vino una chica muy amable para que pudiéramos entrar al apartamento Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido múltiple de todas las noches, de las fiestas de las discotecas que pegan al apartamento.

Shame we didn’t spend much time there. If I was to have one slight negative / something for future guests to be aware of; the bedroom on the lower floor could hear music from the club Levels. Didn’t bother us, but could be an issue for other guests. It was a saturday night stay.

When we arrived the property smelt of smoke and there’s no windows that you can open to let air in. It’s also right on the strip which is good so you don’t have to walk far but you can hear music from the bar next door really really loud feels like your in the night club.

• Sauras (7/5): Apartamento limpio y confortable céntrico en Liverpool. - Estaba localizado muy cerca de zona de ambiente y a unos pasos de zona comercial. El edificio se ve bastante nuevo y espacioso. Cocina y baño muy bien, Estuvimos en invierno y hay humedad en las paredes que dan al exterior, se notaba mucha humedad y frío en esa zona. Cuando estuvimos las luces del salón no funcionaban, tampoco fue muy problemático. Y tuvimos la mala fortuna de que los vecinos estaban haciendo una fiesta durante toda la noche así que no pudimos descansar por el nivel de ruido.

• amy (7/5): Apartment was ok but too loud to actually sleep - The apartment was number 10. Two bedroom sleeps 7 on the top floor (floor 2) there was a lift but stairs not an issue. The apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living/dining area. Small kitchenette. The apartment was done out nicely but a bit scruffy around the edges. Sofa looked old and tired, plug didn’t fit the bath. Some windows didn’t open some didn’t close properly. The noise from the surrounding area (apartments are in same building as a nightclub and bars) was heard until maybe 4am. This should definitely be made clear in the description.

• Lesley (10/5): - Staff were so helpful and offered a complimentary upgrade to save us moving apartments, as we booked an extra nigh after our initial reservation. The Penthouse was amazing! They were prompt at getting back to us whenever we messaged. Nothing.
• Matthew (6/5): - Really good location and good value for money. Floors were not clean and should have been mopped. One of our beds was patched up fixed and when I sat on the bed it sunk. Which resulted in a not so comfortable night's sleep.

• Grace (7/5): - Very spacious for the group of us. Very easy check in and booking system. Was very clean. Everything was perfect and have stayed twice at epic apartments and will continue to stay. The only issue I had with the property is the signal and WiFi in the room. I think it was because of the room we were in as it was far from the entrance. We stayed in room 4 for reference.

• Paul (8/5): An enjoyable stay but would have benefited from even a cold breakfast. - Everything about the room was good, clean, comfortable, good breakfast bar facility, room very spacious. Coffee and tea making facilities. Disco noise from next door from early evening until early hours of the following morning. No breakfast or restaurant but we knew about this.

• Riding (4/5): Good location. apartment was pleasant just a few problems that let it down considering the money we spent. - The location. The apartment was very dark and dull. The widows didn’t have a view and had planks of wood on the other side of the window. Windows didn’t let any light into apartment. The sofa bed was full of mouldy crisps. The towels were marked and slightly mouldy. The heating was turned on full and the apartment was freezing and the showers were Luke warm and didn’t seem to get hot.

• Helen (6/5): Great for adults who want to party - Tidy and comfortable - good value. Great location if you want to up late! It's right by a nightclub with loud music til the early hours. Not great for our teenagers but we went out and joined in!
• Leone (10/5): - We stayed at Epic Liverpool to celebrate my partner’s 21st birthday and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern and exactly as described, with plenty of space and great facilities. The location was ideal — close to everything but still felt comfortable and secure. What really made the stay special was how smooth and stress-free everything was. It was the perfect setting for a milestone birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

• Carol (3/5): Avoid unless you don't want any sleep - The apartment itself was roomy but a bit tired and very dark and gloomy. The beds were very comfortable The thing which made this stay awful was the nouse from the nightclub next door which went on until 4.30 each night. We fully expected some noise due to the location but more people walking by or from large groups in the apartments themselves but that was no issue. We were 4 adults ans 3 children and no one could sleep at all. This apartment is literally only suitable for people planning to stay out until after 4.30am! There was also only one wine glass and lots of things missing. Really sad as I hate to write bad reviews but I would never recommend this apartment to anyone
