- Mr. (8/5): Our home away from home - Location, location, location... we've stayed in Celyn Hotel, City Mall lots of times before, and will continue to stay there in the future. Strong wifi, free parking, near to shopping mall, cinema, entertainment outlets and eateries. Aircond not so cold, No foot mat for bathroom, please improve on your TV channels.

- Siaw (6/5): Is ok with room for improvements - Can’t beat the location with great convenience, easy access to and fro QE and KPJ hospitals. Stained towels! Felt disgusted and I had no clue it had been washed. Hotel needs to provide brand new ones if washes won’t rid the stains. Air conditioning did not function well, even with 17c setting. Fridge radiated hot heat, suggest it to be switched off if don’t intend to use it.

- Lendah (8/5): Very good - Spacious room. Attach to shopping mall. Has lift although 3 floor only. Has small fridge. Quiet and comfortable stay. No floor mat provided to bathroom. Location of socket so hard to connect. Low end of the wall and behind the heavy table. Literally one has to crawl to reach the socket...😄😄
