- Georgjna (10/5): Great affordable spot near Sedona - It was an affordable great location. Sedona is expensive and we were very happy to find a nice place in our budget. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance and access to several trailheads as well. They have a great shared access balcony to enjoy the sunsets and stargazing. The clerk was very helpful with information about the area and recommendations. The hallways could be a little noisy but fortunately we had courteous neighbors. We had to unplug the lamp to have a plug for my phone.

There were lots of nice touches in the room (heater in the bathroom, moveable reading light, dish soap for the sink). We were very happy and hope to be back again.

The location is walkable to Bell rock trails which was a great activity in the evening. The receptionist was super helpful too in informing us on the things to do, where to eat, etc. A bit far from the main area of Sedona.

Nice staff gave us very helpful information of local restaurants, trails, etc.. The bathroom faucet is a bit annoying. I understand that they’re trying to save water. However, have to push the faucet all the time to get the water is a bit too much.
- PHILIP (1/5): WARNING!!!! MAJOR LOUD CONSTRUCTION JUST STARTED!!! - WITHOUT THE LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR THIS PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME! Being woken up early, and the continual pounding was horrible. At 7:15 A.M. on Saturday they started. Music, sawing, etc.. Music stopped briefly. Then restarted at 7:30 with continual banging / hammering. Really loud and right outside my window. Great room and hotel facility. But not if you like to sleep in on the weekends. (I can't imagine how early the loud noises start during the week!)

- Lucas (10/5): Perfeita - Eu fiz uma viagem de 15 dias passando por LA - Sedona - Willians - Page - Las Vegas de todos os hotéis e cassinos que fiquei esse foi disparado o melhor, melhor em atendimento, melhor em carinho com o visitante, melhor e quarto o quarto estava simplesmente fantástico, limpo, cheiroso, muito bonito, chuveiro e cama perfeito, o único arrependimento que tenho é ter ficado pouco tempo nessa cidade e hotel, pois de todas foi a mais bonita e acolhedora. Recomento muito esse hotel experiência incrível. Só tem uma coisa que não gostei e foi por culpa minha, ter pego apenas 1 diárias, eu deveria ter ficar uns 3 dias no mínimo lá, é um lugar perfeito para casal que gosta de trilha e caminhadas sossegadas.

Definitely had smell of disinfectant when opening door to hall and room. Bed was made nicely. The fact the room gave me sinus congestion. Mold peeling paint over shower head. Walls stained possible mold around room wall bases. Dust buildup in the wood cracks of the headboard over the bed. No coffee in room or in general in the lobby would have been fine. Furniture appears from outdated thrift store finds. Blinds would only go up and down. Couldn't open them. Area outside the room is common area.

- Fay (8/5): - So close to Bell Rock and surrounding hikes. I enjoyed having the extra space of the king suite. It’s a property that allows pets — great for the pet parents, I know — but the carpet in my bedroom had several pee stains on the carpet.

Our room upstairs had a kitchenette and small living room which made it very comfortable for a couple of days. This is not a new or fancy property but we found that all the more charming. Great view from the rooftop seating area. The lady that checked us shared a lot of information about the area as well as a map. It’s located at the back of a strip mall type parking lot and not very well marked. Easy access once we figured out where it was.

I'd recommend the early morning vortex tour to get acquainted with this historic town... Who would know who or what Sedona was named? The tour will explain it to you Traffic in the afternoon is bothersome. Maybe plan to walk around then .

- Maureen (9/5): Would definitely book here again - A wonderful location. Walking distance to Bell Rock trail head. Quiet and tucked away from uptown. Staff was super friendly. Great value. The only thing was that our room was hot and there seemed to be set parameters on the thermostat.
