They have 3 buildings and 2 pools. You can change the building, because they will upgraded you if possible and enjoy both pools.

I would stay again. - The location is very good, the staff are all very nice & very helpful they are all young students sometimes the language barrier was a bit difficult when i was trying to explain my problems, regarding the rooms i was told wen i arrived i had been upgraded to a bigger better room with a balcony that sounded wonderful but i soon found out it was in another building there is 3 different buildings here my room was too far away & up 2 big flight of steep steps the room was lovely but i also had what seemed like local kids running about from the pool making the steps very wet, i asked to see the room i booked i found this to be in the main building on the ground floor, it had two beds which wasnt what i actually booked, so it made the room very small but it was fine i liked it. But after 3 nights out of my 7 i was asked to move to another room building number 3 something to do with water pipes underground i was disappointed to be moved & found communication quite difficult the room i was moved to was massive & had a bath lovely i thought but no hot water infact only a dribble of cold water & above a kitchen so very noisy at 5am so i was moved once again to a lovely room right next to the pool where i was very happy i had everything i needed lots of clean towels, hot water. I had an enjoyable last 3 nights there. Also the food there was very good. All the moving about & the frustration of not knowing why at first i was been moved, although i do appreciate the students are doing their very best with speaking English & to help anyway they can.

• MIYU (10/5): 立地、部屋、サービスも素晴らしい - 素晴らしい滞在でした！ホテルもスタッフのサービスもとても良かったです。 パブストリートやナイトマーケットまで歩いて10分ほど、アンコールワットへはトゥクトゥクで20分ほどで行ける好立地です。 予約していたのはヴィラの方でしたが、向かいにあるホテルへと無料でアップグレードしていただきました。 部屋をどちらもチェックさせてもらいましたが、2倍以上の広さのある部屋になりました。シャワーも水圧は弱めではありますがお湯が出ます。 部屋にはセーフティボックスと、無料の水、ポットも用意されています。 朝ごはんも日替わりでとてもおいしかったです。 アンコールワットを巡るためのトゥクトゥク1日チャーターも、信頼できるドライバーを手配をしてくれました。 また、最終日にチェックアウトしたあと、夜22時のバスでホーチミンへ行く予定だったのですが、 それまで荷物を預かってくれた上に空いている部屋のシャワーまで使わせていただきました。 スタッフの方々とホテルのおかげでとても素晴らしい旅になり、シェムリアップが大好きになりました！ またカンボジアへ行く際は是非利用したいと思います。

We had the cheaper room which was in one of the lovely cottages in a lush garden. Inside the room was very tight. The bathroom was even tighter and had a "western saloon" style door, which did not provide any privacy at all. The bedsheet and towels were very worn and did not have a nice, crisp, clean feel. These are facts, no complaints. We loved our stay regardless.

Da mein Zimmer ein wenig versteckt und mit vielen Pflanzen umgeben war, hatte ich Moskitos als Dauergast. Einmal angesprochen und sofort hatte ich ein Moskitonetz über meinem Bett. Wirklich nett! Frühstücksbuffett prima mit viel Obst und allem Drum und Dran. Alles prima.

В Сием-Реап по отзывам в чате и на букинг взяли отель - Villa Damnak (он же Residence Damnak). НО!!! НЕ рекомендую. Номер ооочень мал, обшарпан, вдвоём еле обходили кровать, чтоб не столкнуться. Тв нет. Вода в душе еле теплая, нет никаких крючком для полотенец, гигиенический душ тоже лежит на полу. Дверь-это ставни с щелями, комары ночью залетали на свет. Поменять номер не захотели нам. Зубных щеток и шампуней не дают. Полотенца не меняли, не убирали. Матрас старый, белье потрёпанное серое и не свежее. Было очень не комфортно спать и ходить босиком по полу-ощущение,что не мыто(. На улице вместо плафона висит бутылка от пятилитровой банки воды. На кондиционере висел дохлый большой жук. На наш испуг увиденным- персонал ответил "Это не страшно, он мертв". И даже не стали убирать. Завтраки средние, голодными не будете. На выезде на ресепе очень просят оставить на сайте бронирования хороший отзыв. Но я пишу не по просьбе, а для людей). За эти денюшки можно поискать отель с лучшим комфортом. Если приложить немного рук и усилий- можно это место сделать приятным для людей. Но не делают, продают то, что есть.

J'ai apprécié le calme du lieu (très bien situé), le jardin, la chambre cosy, les prestations petits déjeuners (PDJ en take away pour une excursion lever du soleil) et même le dîner quand on a pas envie de sortir, les piscines très propres et agréables dont une fraîche et zen. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et prêt à rendre service à la demande. Je recommande cette adresse !

Piacevole giardino. Colazione buona ma non eccezionale. Personale molto gentile e accogliente ma, come indicato sotto, la comunicazione è difficile. Il personale, ad eccezione di un paio di persone (presumibilmente manager della struttura), parla poco inglese e la comunicazione non è semplice e non sempre è efficace. Paradossalmente, abbiamo trovato un servizio migliore in zone della Cambogia molto più remote. Via chat di Booking avevo richiesto il pick up all'aeroporto, confermato dalla struttura. Una volta arrivati all'aeroporto non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad aspettarci (mai successo prima). Fortunatamente i taxisti non mancano. Ci è poi stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata ("Standard" anziché "Superior") le cui dimensioni e servizi non corrispondevano con quanto indicato su Booking (mancava il frigobar, la cassetta di sicurezza, etc). Fortunatamente abbiamo dormito in questa camera solo una notte. Come compensazione per il disagio (e la differenza di prezzo tra le camere) ci è stato offerto il servizio lavanderia. Da ultimo, avevo chiesto (già prima di partire) il transfer da Siem Reap a Banlung. Prenotarlo è stato un'impresa e solo l'intervento di uno dei manager ha sbloccato la situazione. Le camere sono abbastanza confortevoli, ma avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata.

C’est aussi un lieu de formation pour les jeunes hôteliers qui sont au petit soin pour vous. Bon rapport qualité prix. La literie est un peu vieillotte mais satisfaisante pour le prix.

• Ajay (6/5): For budget travellers - The staff at Villa Wat Damnak are really nice. They want to help you. They do help you. The property itself is located in a quiet place, though it’s close to the city centre. It’s meant for budget travellers. We had several problems: 1/ On the first day itself we discovered that room no. 34 was smelling and we could not locate the source of the smell. Much later in the night we discovered that the bed covers were not changed from the previous stay. I had to call for a new bedcovers at 12 am in the morning. The next day everything was changed for us and the smell mostly disappeared. 2/ They switch off the water supply sometime in the middle of the night. There was no water in the taps at 6 am in the morning. They say it is because of the Government. I am not so sure about it. 3/ The steps from the reception to our room are uneven and a health hazard. My daughter fell down in broad daylight. I did inform the staff about this. I hope they do something about it. 4/ The towels are in a bad shape. We had to return one. It was completely torn. • LI (4/5): It’s not a good choice in Siem Reap. - The manager is helpful, professional and sexy The floor is not clean. The washing room is poor and not shown on the website. The staffs are warm but quite unprofessional except the manager.
