Os funcionários são ótimos, tudo que precisei me ajudaram. A cama é confortável e limpa. Todas as noites entravam lagartixas no quarto, além do mesmo ser barulhento e as cortinas não escurecerem. A banheira estava com a tampa do ralo pra dentro então a água demorava a escoar, além de não ser possível encher a banheira. O secador de cabelo do quarto não funcionava. Fiquei três noites e não limparam nem arrumaram o quarto nenhum dia.

- Tchay974 (5/5): need better soundproofing - location is perfect for tourists. there is a school right behind the hotel, which means EVERY morning, you will hear the students SING and SHOUT the national anthem at 7 AM ! That is a major issue if you need to sleep.
- Florian (1/5): Dirty and unfriendly. - The location is okay. Lots of bike and scooter rentals nearby. We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Mold in the bathroom, stains on the walls, dust bunnies everywhere. We got 5 sheets of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty, we only got a used piece of core soap. The towels were dirty and the room service left us with only one towel after the first night. Fridge didn't work. The staff was unfriendly and played a game of "there is no problem". When they promised something they didn't do it and claimed to not remember their promise. The included breakfast is a joke.

- Gareth (2/5): Not as advertised at all. - Allowed us to stay late checkout on our final day free of charge. On arrival the room we had booked and paid cof on booking was not avaialble so we were placed in another room. We were told we could mpve the 2nd day, but then on the 2ns day were told couls move on the 3rd day but no point by then as only staying 3 nights. Room had broken door lock. We could not lock it and each timr we went out had to get staff to come with tools to fix the lock. Room windows had no curtains so unable to sleep during lighter hours. Balcony had no chair or table as stated for our booked room. Room had no hairdryer as stated on booking.com Male staff receptionist was very rude to my Cambodian friend in Cambodian language (but was fine with me in English). Plastic bathroom door was quite transparent so you could see people on the toilet.

No cleaning offered, we cleaned our own room everyday of a week long stay, including having to buy soap & toilet paper & mosquito spray and had to ask for clean towels, pool was murky, unrepaired holes in the wall that mosquitoes came out of, very unclean (handprints all over walls, dust and rubbish under fridge & beds, dirty curtains, filthy floor mat), rude staff, elevator turned off after checking in.

They helped us book a private taxi to kompot which turned out to be a relief from the long buses. The family own a convenience store next door and do your washing for you for $1/ kg for 24 hr

The lift didn't work on the way out and it wasn't easy to get down the stairs with suitcases. But that was a minor problem.

Rooms are equipped with some commodities like shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb. Cleaning on demand. Nice small pool area. 2 lovely friendly doggies that belong to the family are definitely a cute feature :) Can be a bit noisy in the morning as it’s located next to the main road. Be careful with ants in the room- keep your stuff in a bag or elevated as I had the surprise ants all over my bags.

The hotel has a small swimming pool, which was a plus, because my little children are not very interested in the ancient temples. The room had a huge bed and air conditioning worked well. If you are looking for accommodation in the center of Siem Reap is a great option sometimes the elevator didn’t work, but it wasn’t a problem

- Bonzadl22 (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Central. Have to ask for new towels and toilet paper. They don't empty bins etc. They don't appear to be very happy overall. Not the best vibe.

Great budget-friendly option & also a great option to help support a local family owned business. It’s a great location and walking distance to markets, pubs, restaurants & spa’s. The family who own this accom also own the mini mart next door and can help with Laundry & Motorbike rentals.
- Jessica (9/5): Good hotel, lovely rooms, nice pool - Staff always helpful and attentive, the ability to book tours from the hotel is always useful and the prices were good. Nice food offered at the property, close enough to pub street but also far enough away! No room clean in 4 days
