- Marjorie (10/5): Service génial - Nous sommes arrivés vers 8h du matin nous avons eu un accueil génial par Sayyid qui nous a donné la chambre malgré l'heure matinale car elle était libre et ce sans supplément. Super appréciable car nous venions de Kuala Lumpur et avions passé la nuit dans le bus. Pour le départ nous avons quitté la chambre à 11h comme prévu mais notre avion n'étant qu'à 22h20 nous avons eu la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel et à notre retour nous avons eu une chambre à notre disposition pour nous doucher avant de partir et ce toujours sans supplément. Ils sont même venus nous apporter des serviettes supplémentaires car nous étions 3. Un grand bravo pour leur gentillesse et amabilité notamment à Danny pour les bagages. Nous avions préciser qu'il y avait du chocolat dans l'un des bagage et ils ont mis ce dernier dans une pièce climatisée. Niveau de service exceptionnel. Rien à part la taille de la chambre mais c'est partout pareil à Singapour

- TOSHIHARU (3/5): 仕事（特にアクセス）だけを考えると、便利なホテルでした。 - 地下鉄・観光ポイント（ラッフルズやチャイナタウン等、歩いて行く事も可能）へのアクセス、周辺環境（昼食・ディナー）、チャンギ空港からのアクセスのしやすさ等は、シンガポールが初めてな人にも判り易いとおもいます。 う～ん、この値段でこの程度の部屋（部屋の広さ、ベット、シャワー、アメニティ等）か、という感じです。日本の中級ビジネスホテルと変わらない。シンガポールのホテル全体にそうかも知れませんが。

The sound carried down the hall and through the walls. If a group of people were hanging out talking in the next room, we could hear it pretty loudly. Or people talking and walking down the halls.

- andrew (5/5): - The location is excellent. Centrally located and above the MRT station. Check in and check out was swift and efficient. Staff were pleasant. Everything was very clean. The room was very small and cramped, which I understand is typical for the location and price point. If you are going to do small then it's especially important that everything in the room needs to work and be conveniently located. The TV and wifi didn't work with the set top box crashing and unresponsive. The room lighting was just awful (harsh blue white) and no switches next to the bed. No plug sockets next to the bed either so can't charge and use your phone in bed. The lighting and the set top box issue I complained about the first morning but nothing was done and nobody got back to me.

Lots of good food places, thed food amd drinks option was just incredible. If you love Asian food and amazing shakes, smoothing and other great out of the world deliciousness. Singapore was so safe and organised, as a solo traveller, i can definitely recommend. I will definitely be going back, probably same location. My room was very small, and thin walls, you can here everything happening outside the room.

The location is very convenient, with everything close by, and having the MRT nearby was such a great advantage for getting around easily. A special mention to the front office staff, Jeremy, Leon, Aqidah, and Henry for being so kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Definitely will be back:)

- Bron (7/5): - Great choices and friendly staff When we booked it said bottled water available and it wasn’t. We weren’t informed of the iced water available and or that there was a water station on level three. Photo were misconceiving on the room size. Didn’t have room to have two bags open to be used. Staff were super friendly and helpful though 😊
- Alzbeta (9/5): Good hotel for short stay - We had room ready earlier- thank you! We stayed on highest floor so it had nice view and it was quiet. The room was clean thanks to May’s great work. The tap water is drinkable so it’s advantage. Fridge on the room was usefull too. The MRT entrance is 2min from hotel. I would stay there again. I would add some hooks for clothes to bathroom. First day we had just 2 towels. Nothing major was negative.

- Felicity (9/5): - Location was perfect, room was clean and had everything we needed, bathroom was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was nice, if a bit cold - a good refresh in the tropical heat. Beds are very firm but comfortable, I slept like a log.

- RINA (10/5): - 子連れ滞在でしたが、ホテルの方に色々と柔軟に対応いただき大変助かりました。滞在中は現地のレンタル業者からベビーカーをレンタルしました。受け取りや返却はホテルを指定したのですが、私の代わりに対応いただきとても助かりました。また清掃も毎回非常に綺麗にしていただき、大満足の滞在となりました。 また、なんといってもロケーションがよく、最寄りのベンクーレン駅が主要ポイントに行くのに便利な駅だったので、ベンクーレン駅が直ぐそばなのは非常にありがたかったです。治安が良いエリアだったので、夜子供が寝たあとは、夫婦で交代しながら外出。ランドリーをしたり、近くのマッサージに通うことができたのも良かったです。
- Irina (10/5): Мне не хотелось вобщващаться в эту гостиницу вообще! Она убогая, старая и страшная. Из хорошего - это местоположение. Но - Мне ничего не понравилось. Я не представляла даже, что гостиница 4* в Сингапуре может быть такой убогой! Это 2*.
