- Paula (8/5): Bien comunicado - El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de la estación y por tanto es cómodo. Si que es cierto que de la zona de Templos y zonas más turísticas está bastante alejado. El hotel no es muy moderno y de la zona turística está un poco lejos.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. For the price, it offers excellent value—clean, comfortable, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

- tugce (10/5): Great stay - A wonderful hotel overall. The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent, and the location is fantastic—close to Kyoto Station and bus stops. There is a designated smoking area at the entrance. The hotel also provides complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes and basic toiletries at the entrance. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby which is very convenient. The bathroom is a too small but that’s quite normal for Japan

- Steven (9/5): Fantastic, Convenient Stay! - Firstly, the staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. Our room was small, like all Japanese hotel rooms, but comfortable and clean. It was fantastic that we were able to request alternative style pillows. I get a sore neck and upper back from a low, soft pillow but the therapeutic, higher one provided fixed the problem. Also, the complementary coffee and juice in the foyer was a bonus. Finally, the location was spot on, being a 5 minute walk from the station and near lots of restaurants. The fact that our window looked straight out at the wall of the neigbouring building!

- NOBUYUKI (2/5): ホンマ、もう最悪や。 - 特に無かった。 まず、チェックイン時にちゃんとアメニティが置いてあることを説明してもらいたかった。全然されずに案内された。 朝食バイキングも白米や、アイスコーヒー等の物があるのかと思いきや、全然なく、その割に品揃えも少なく、値段はしっかり取られ、損した気分でした。 対応も丁寧さがあったのかと言われれば、そうは思わなかった。 今回家族で楽しみに来たのに、大変がっかりと、二度とこのホテルに泊まることはないと心に強く思った。

Minha estadia ocorreu na segunda quinzena de janeiro e só fui informado da obra 1 semana antes, sem tempo hábil para mudar de hospedagem. O hotel deveria ter informado no momento da reserva ou, pelo menos, em dezembro, quando a obra iniciou. Reservei e paguei por um hotel sem obra. Ficamos um dia à tarde no quarto e o barulho era ensurdecedor.
