• Anandbabu (4/5): Don’t expect any customer service, as they are neither ready to serve . Can’t expect sleep. - Nothing Poor customer service , no info about Check in time. Was made to wait . We came for surgery for my daughter everytime we asked for a fan they said we will pass the message to next receptionist and they seemed to repeat same message “we looked around no luck “, no empathy . Reception had a large fan asked if I can borrow them for night as surgery in morning but no empathy just slides my question. There was no way that those windows could be opened female receptionist challenged me why not to open the windows . We had constant scratching noise on walls , went and reported this and they ignored saying they can’t do anything .
• jonathan (4/5): - When I arrived my room was located right next to the door on the ground floor, so it was very noisy with people coming in and out. The window in my room also wouldn’t lock, when I asked the receptionist to help me lock it she tried and said it was locked however it hadn’t locked, I didn’t really appreciate that she gave it no effort and lied to me! Eventually after insisting 3 times, she called someone to come fix the window. The shower in the bathroom did not have very good water pressure, which made it unpleasant to shower in. I also barely got any sleep due to the noise of the busy road outside as the window wasn’t very noise cancelling, it was like sleeping with the window open. The room was also boiling hot, they need to install aircon.

Food, convenience, parks everything is great in the neighbourhood. - This was my third time in here and I absolutely love how they always accommodate early check-ins and their reception staff is really warm and helpful. Bus stops are literally a minute away and nine elms is the closest tube station. I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

The rooms are lovely and clean and the complimentary tea and coffee is welcomed. The staff are friendly and helpful and I have stayed here on a number of occasions. There is nothing I don't like about the property.

Property was very clean and they accommodated a late arrival. McDonald’s located immediately next door was convenient. Exceptional value for money compared to other places in the area. • Charlotte April (7/5): Good place to stay if your not expecting much. room is spacious - i like it that there is nearby mcdonalds and some mini stores. and yes it is true that they have housekeeping available everyday but we dont ask them to clean our room everyday. The room is regular but comfortable with good space for luggage and coffee and hair dryer is available in the room. If you are with friend and want some privacy in bed ask the room in basement , beds are seperated and in vertical position where you dont see each other when sleeping. well it is kinda isolated as it is in basement but quiet, away from street noise but still you can hear noise from other rooms if they are noisy. we are transferred 3x but rooms are all good. but noise is not always. all rooms have cabinets and clean fun is also available and all rooms has own bathroom. bus is accessible way to most tourists destinations. and train there is also laundry shop walking distance for ur clothes if u dont want to bring dirty clothes at home it cost around £8-10. i hate some receptionists for not being honest about the rooms. they should change the photos showing to booking as it is far different in person. so customers wont expect and wont disappoint too. some stuff arent honest when asking why we got different room from the one we booked and kept saying that is what we booked and it is full. they should also prioritize customers that books longer stay and not just put us somewhere available. The noise from the street well almost all the rooms you can hear the noise outside but later on we use to it and become a white noise to us. some rooms and really warm but the basement and other rooms are not. well fun is available though. no microwave,no fridge in the room. please take note that in UK they have different sockets!.

• Huiyi (2/5): not recommended - close to the US embassy the facilities were quite poor. For example, the bathroom tap was loose and not properly fixed. more concerning, the bedside lamp suddenly burnt out, emitting white smoke with a strong unpleasant smell, which felt unsafe. When I reported this to the staff, it was simply ignored. I asked to change to another room, but my request was refused with the explanation that there were no single rooms available, despite other room types apparently being available. considering the price of £80 per night, I find this level of service and maintenance unacceptable and very disappointing.

• Lucija (10/5): Excellent location in a well-connected area with outstanding cleanliness. - The location is excellent. It’s in a more quiet, residential area, yet right next to a bus stop with frequent connections, so you can easily reach the main central locations. There’s also a large shopping centre about a 15-minute walk away. It’s green and pleasant, and Clapham feels like a cool and interesting area. This accommodation significantly contributed to our overall satisfaction during our stay in London. The level of cleanliness is outstanding, the beds are very comfortable, and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the room. The staff is very responsive and genuinely caring. We would definitely stay here again, and this part of London made us feel safe and at home.

The cleaners took my bath towel and when I went to ask reception for a new one I had to wait 20 minutes for the staff member to try to open the door to the laundry room and find a towel and after waiting she handed me a hand towel I asked for a big towel and she went and came back with another hand towel and I was expected to use this for my shower

Within walking distance of Clapham High Street and Brixton. The bathroom was surprisingly good. It looked somewhat recently done up and clean, and the shower was hot with good pressure. The bedroom was fine. About what you'd expect. Beds were clean and tidy. The taps in the bathroom felt a little tired, and the room itself was quite hot at night. Leaving the window (which is only present in the bathroom) open would mean having to sleep through all the associated city noise. All in all didn't get a very good night's sleep, unfortunately. No tissues provided - only toilet paper.

It is clean, and you can constantly see staff cleaning. Several restaurants/cafes are nearby, and many deliver to the guest house. The on-sight parking is limited, and you have to pay for it (Booking.com doesn’t say this that I found, but the actual Chelsea Guest House website does—I found out too late and almost didn’t get a spot). There is constant noise from traffic which includes sirens from emergency vehicles. Therefore, this is probably not a place to stay with young kids (my husband and I stayed with our 2-year-old and 2-month-old), and it doesn’t supply cots.

Sichere Gepäck Aufbewahrung. Leider sehr ringhörig da keine oder ungenügende Schallislation. Sehr schlechte Fenster und dadurch auch Strassenlärm. Für die respektlosen Gäste aus dem Nachbarzimmer, die morgens um 4 Uhr geduscht und die Haare geföhnt haben und die Mc Donalds Drive thru Besucher, die um 6 Uhr auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Guesthouse gehupt und rumgegrölt haben kann das Hotel nichts. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer, die aber leider sehr weit auseinander lagen. In Zimmer 308 hat es zu wenig Stauraum für Kleider und es war sehr heiss.

• 0227ad887994702cd478a5a0a4c6444a (5/5): - Propre et accès facile Chambre à côté de la réception très bruyante notamment avec la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel qui grince et claque. Et douche impossible à régler en température, mitigeur cassé. La chambre qui nous a été donné n’était pas celle réservé car non disponible finalement.

• 7e14e0f8d99472544b5cb673410e6675 (8/5): Da ritornarci - Autonomia 24h su 24h. Posizione adatta anche per i camminatori. Pullman a pochi mt. Idem stazione treni Wandsworth Road. Ideale per gite fuori porta. A dieci min Nine Elms tube. Stanza minimo spazio ma con tutti i confort. Peccato per pareti sottili e non insonorizzate.
