- Deborah (10/5): - 入住時辦公室有點難找，找到後就很順利。共住3天，但早上連續兩天被清掃人員打擾。櫃檯說11點後會來，但第一天10:30來，第二天竟然9點就敲門，還在稅後10點又來一次。大概是承包商想做完快回家。 不過辦公室回應很迅速，傳訊後不久就來道歉，晚一點大概是老闆還打電話來說退費一些… 今天退房拿到嚇一跳… 還挺豐厚的退款… 住宿環境還不錯，舊一點但乾淨… 在大樓中所以挺安全… 附近百貨中走路就可以到，樓下有全家… 下次還會來住這間

- melody (6/5): 不想再來住了 - 樓層感覺是有長期住宿及短期住宿客。 樓上地板、走道與隔壁間聲音很清楚。 設備老舊、冷氣壓縮機聲音很大。 沒有停車位，沒附早餐。 環境算是清潔，天花板上的裝置不知是否會清理，很怕有灰塵會掉下來。 有一個很窄的小陽台及洗衣機，因空間太小也不會想要出去陽台，洗衣機共同使用，也不敢使用。 不會想要再來住。

- Misato (8/5): - 三越、そごうなど百貨店があります、ホテルのそばにファミリーマートあり。朝食用に近所の飲食店で使える50元サービス券いただきました。日本語メニューあり、美味しかったです。バスタブなしで、居住者区分もあるマンションでしたが、専用キーでセキュリティは安心です。

- Okamura (8/5): - 少し古いマンションの一室を利用したアパートメントホテル。 チェックインが分かりにくく、駅方面から来て正面の管理室とファミマを過ぎて左折し更に玄関を過ぎで吹き抜けのようなスペースを左手に入ると受付窓口あり。 部屋は高層階でキレイにリノベーションしてあり快適。 チェックアウトが早朝の場合はキーを1階玄関にある指定のポストに入れるよう指示あり。 管理人さんも受付の人も親切でした。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 新春平安喜樂 - 感恩在過年期間還能訂到住宿，雖然價錢翻漲。交通位置算是方便。高樓層能遠眺碼頭，旁邊的飯店的霓虹夜景還行。不過住宿的硬體設備偏老舊，隔音不好，著實需要加強。以為是類民宿，結果是商辦社區型老舊大樓裡的套房型。公共空間偏暗，走道還漏水，半夜隔壁住戶的病咳聲不絕……。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - １泊利用させていただきました。最寄り駅からは徒歩圏内。近くにはSOGOなどデパートがあります。 宿泊施設は、いわゆる民泊です。受付で鍵をもらって、部屋に入ります。施設は新しくはないですが、手入れはされています。寝るだけでしたら十分です。 朝早く高雄空港にいきましたが、空港まで300NTDでいけました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): CP值高，但竟停水19小時。 - 很平價，設備很齊全，地點也好。這樣的價格，居然有流理台、微波爐、洗衣機、陽台迷你二人咖啡座，欣賞85大樓景色，真的物超所值。 但是check in才知道，大樓要洗水塔，所以晚上9點到第二天下午4點，都停水，要我自己在浴缸儲水，真的相當傻眼。而房務人員竟稱"我們也是剛剛才得到通知"。這樣的情況根本就不應該提供旅客住宿，以後不會再入住。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 36階建ビルの35階4人部屋に宿泊。マンションの一室をホテルとして貸している感じの部屋です。設備の古さは否めないし、風呂の水圧も低いが、MRT三多商圏駅まで徒歩3分の立地は良く、ベランダの眺めも素晴らしい。高雄85も端っこに見えた。ベランダに洗濯機あるが、乾燥機はない。部屋干し用の洗濯ロープを小北百貨で買った。高雄のホテルは年々値上がりしているので、ここの割安感は貴重かも。

- YU TING (6/5): - 躺在床上一值感覺像有跳蚤在咬，皮膚一值很癢，床上的床單與沙發套有明顯的污漬，如果洗不掉，建議換新的，感覺不會那麼髒，陽台的戶外地板踩起來很乾淨，可是裡面的木地板踩起來腳會黑，櫃子ㄉ灰塵與清潔度，需要入住前再清過再入住。
- MS (4/5): - 負責帶上房間的服務員很有禮貌，也很仔細，真的很不錯，而且超便宜的。。。。 只是房間又舊又髒，跟照片有差喔！照片是十年前拍的嗎？ 我覺得設備舊我是預料之內的，因為房間很便宜，只是覺得連白毛巾也用到灰色去還繼續用，有點兒太超過了，床單被子也一樣由本來的藍色洗到變灰色了。。。希望能改善一下，這些毛巾被單換一換，我還是願意再來的

- cherry (8/5): - 我們來的數天,都要落大雨 走過對面就有一個大型商場 就算落雨都不怕 我們三大三小,到那裏都是坐小黃 去的路程都不會超過十五分鐘 去了一天義大遊玩樂園都是半個小時 所以在這裏去那裏都方便 不過只是叫車等車的小問題 不過車通常五至十分鐘就找到了 房間價錢平!
- 楊杜比 (6/5): 地點方便 - 地點方便，商圈內很多百貨商店，步行15分鐘可到大型超市，內有outlet 。 房間觀看風景很美，設備與網絡圖片相同。 原訂雙床4人房，開了空調30分鐘仍不凍，又沒有另一間4人房可換，故此補貼費用後改為2間雙人房，但樓層分很開，收拾行李及照顧上帶來不便。有點可惜。

Studio unit apartment that being modified into 2 Bedrooms. Not suitable for more than 2 people as only 1 common bathroom toilet is available. No space for storing own stuff as Owner made all cabinets and fixtures for their own storage. not more than a Store Room instead claimed as 3 Stars Apartment!! Freezer Compartment of the Refrigerator being full loaded with sticking smell meat product! Beware of fake advertisement for this apartment.

- Dan (6/5): Not bad for the price. But not so nice. - The view from the 28th floor at night is good. During the day the view is mostly the building under construction across the street. Not many restaurants or night life nearby. The bathroom is too small, and the plastic portable bath tub is too small to use, and too big to avoid when taking a shower. If you shower, the water runs past the sink and toilet, so you have a wet floor all the time.

- Victor (8/5): Great Location in downtown Kaohsiung - Walking distance within 2 to 10 mins between Sanduo, 85 Sky Tower, Lovss, Sanduo Soho and Night Market. Metro station is just 2 mins away and 2 Family Mart is just downstairs. Every good location.

One of the aircon actually 'ice-up' on one of the night in the master bedroom!! Given a choice, I will probably not return to the same apartment again.

- Tong (8/5): Comfortable large room. - Avoid high floor as the lift is very slow and there wasn't any much city view at the top. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

There is washing machine available and a microwave oven but, the oven is pretty dirty and we dare not use. Other than that, everything is fine. Despite these is house keeping everyday but doubt they sweep the floor as the same plastic rubbish on the floor remains. LOLS. Nevertheless, this is an affordable and good hotel as compared to the one in Kenting (Formost Hotel - one of the worst nightmare). The staffs are nice and friendly with good service.
- Ratnam (6/5): - Room is comfortable and spacious. WiFi good. Close to MRT and shopping centres. But hotel, no easy to find, no signboard. Happen to find by asking around and met someone related to the apartment. Cumin Island only place worth visiting if you like seafood. Don't waste your time to Lotus Pond unless you like visiting temples. Areena shopping n night market worth visiting. Use MRT to move around
- Yee Loong (10/5): very good. - i and my friend stay in a room at level 34. The view is amazing. we can see the city view and the sunset of Kaoshiung at Ai He Qiao. the room overall is tidy and clean. very comfortable for stay. the staff are very friendly and explain everything to tourist who first time visit Taiwan/Kaoshiung.
- family (8/5): Good location. Wi-Fi didn't work at first. - They came and fixed the WiFi at midnight. Otherwise good location and clean.
- Xiaoling (8/5): Comfortable stay at good price - Great City and River View but the reception service is not very good.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Different standard of 3-star compare to europe - This apartment has 3-star rating but it seems this rating in taiwan or asia is a lower standard of rating compare to europe 3-star hotel ratings. It is not clean & the whole place has many worn out edges, wear & tear, not well cleaned & not well maintain decorations eg a big broken vase as part of the whole place decoration. Most reviews praised this apartment too well, too good. Probably they were given better apartments than mine. Though the apartment decoration may appeal to most ladies but not guys. It may be too girlish. There are 3 of us staying there for 5 days but very often the complimentary toothbrushes, shower caps & other stuff are only for 2 person. When I book this apartment, it stated microwave as part of the facilities but it was not there. I have to request from the reception staff, then an old microwave was sent to my apartment. I also requested for 2 more blankets but only one was given to me. It stated premium beddings in this apartment description but it is actually old thick cartoon printed blankets. The reception staff are ok. Overall, it is cheap rent but one can't be fussy & have to bear with the old, wear & tear, not maintained, not well cleaned & worn out edges of the whole apartment.
- JJYYChan (8/5): - The bedding was not clean eough. The check-out time is too early at 11am. Besides, the location of the hotel is great and convenience. You just walk about 5 minutes from KRTC to hotel. The scenery from my room is good as it located at 28th floor. I can see the Kaohsiung exhibition centre and the seaport.
- SWYY (8/5): Great Location & Comfy Beds - The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Sanduo Shopping District Station, making it easily accessible. We traveled in a family of 4 adults, so we stayed in a quadruple room (1 double bed + 2 roll-away beds). We were greeted by a very friendly staff who took us to our room and gave us some local traveling tips. Washing machine is available at the balcony. We only had to buy laundry detergent. Housekeeping was done every day - making our beds, changing used towels to clean ones, and replenishing toiletries. It did not include floor cleaning though. Room service is available if you would like to eat in your room. Just make a call to the eatery nearby and they will deliver to your room. Menu includes sandwiches, noodles, etc. The balcony of our room has a great view of the city at night! Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel :)
- Verified traveler (8/5): great location, friendly staff, warn deco - This B&B is located in a residential building like most of B&B in Taiwan. Their rooms are on different floors. Each room has different decoration so you may not like the room you are allocated to if you don't like the deco. We happened to get one we really hated. It might be just because we arrived in the evening and the room's colour was pretty dark and there was not enough lighting so the room looked really terrible. We were afraid the B&B would refuse our request to swap for another room. So we made up a story. But the staff were really helpful to get us another one. I felt really bad about making up a story.
- Antony (10/5): A very nice room made me feel like home - The room and facilities are clean and like home. I have been to many 5-stars hotels, which are grand but not making me feel comfortable nor relaxed. This accomodation is great. It has washing machine for me to wash my clothes during the trip. It has a very nice terrace which has a good sight on Kaohsiung. A nice self bar for me to prepare coffee. I'd say this accomodation is great. The staff also helped me to prepare a map of sites to visit with transportation recommendation, according to my travelling plan. And also helped to find me good place to buy coffee, because I asked. I'm a coffee lover. The staff was so nice and sincere!
- Cj Ong (8/5): Very homely and cozy room. - Good location within 10 mins walking distance from San Duo KMRT station. They do not provide breakfast but they have breakfast delivery service upon ordering.breakfast menu available inside every rooms. I found out that they have many different themed rooms. The one I have stayed is vintage themed with balcony facing the city view. Night view and day view was amazing when you relax at the balcony. Thinking of wearing back your worn clothes again? They do provide washing machine in every rooms! Highly recommended when you are travelling with family or couple.
- Darling (8/5): Great - 這次住雙人房，每間房都有陽台同時有海市景，景觀不錯。房間空間充足，佈置也很用心，整體非常滿意，除了冷氣不是非常冷以外，但就7月夏季也足夠了。代客小姐很貼心的介紹房內設施及窗外景色，也熱心推薦合適的遊玩地點。民宿老闆娘也很好溝通，雖然因小孩有加床，但不算人頭也沒有多收費，謝謝家家提供這麼優質的住宿
