• Theresa (8/5): Decent accommodation close to Tunjungan Plaza and alun-alun - Location, good value for the price, it was clean, all basic facilities are there (including the free drinking water outside the rooms) and the staffs are friendly. The smell was a bit odd every time I went inside the room, near the door. Some towels need to be changed already.

Menu moins varié que l'année dernière me semble t il, tout en indonésien... et par QR code, c'est compliquer les choses pour pas grand chose et ça perd son petit côté international. Commence à vieillir nv peintures, salle de bain....

The hotel did not turn on lobby aircon. Its very hot at night and mosquitoes everywhere. Smoking area got rats like its their lair.

• Mark (1/5): Not a good stay - Good location walking distance near to the shopping mall. The mattress is not comfortable, and the bath towels are not fresh smelling. There were cobwebs around our room. The breakfast buffet was always not replenished and ran out of food very early in the morning.

• addygunadi (10/5): small but relax - i stay here cause this hotel just across street to dyandra convention center surabaya, i have an event there, when i check in at 01.30 am, staff front office helpful and fast service, i have room on 9 floor (on the top floor for room), with city view, i can sleep well and nice room with a small bathroom, by the way, i suggest the towel will replace with a new one, cause look old and not pure white again, breakfast have a fruit, vegetable salad, pastry, traditional menu like chicken soup, gudeg rice, pecel, sweet bubur, jamu (herbal drink), coffee, tea and juice if your body need massage, this hotel have a massage and spa open until 3 am

Didn't have much space for storing luggage. Bathroom too tiny. Actually the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. Inside of the toilet was cracked throughout. Definitely time for a change. Nevertheless, room and bathroom were clean and staff were very welcoming.

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, maar er was veel lawaai tot laat in de nacht door de discotheek ernaast. Er kwam sigarettenrook uit de ventilator in de douche. Er was geen zeep in de douche. Daarnaast kon ik mijn laptop niet gebruiken omdat ik niet kon inloggen op de wifi van het Ibis-hotel. Ook moest ik lang wachten op een eitje bij het ontbijt, hoewel het personeel in de bediening vriendelijk was en daar niets aan kon doen.

• Catherine (4/5): Dégât d’eau salle de bain - Belle hôtel vu de l’extérieur. Les chambres laissent à désirer. Nous avons eu une première chambre où lorsqu’on prenait notre douche, l’eau sortait du plancher de la salle de bain et ce, pendant plusieurs heures après. Nous avons par la suite changer de chambre. Pour compenser cet inconvénient majeur, ils nous ont offert du gâteau… Je crois que la compensation est très peu par rapport à l’inconvénient. Le déjeuner était ordinaire. Nous avons également souper à l’hôtel. La souper était bonne mais le canard, pas terrible. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

• Verena (9/5): Modernes Hotel in guter Lage - Ich habe hier insgesamt zwei Nächte verbracht während einer East Java Tour. Ein modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage, ca 30min vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstücks Buffet war gut mit einer großen Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte auch mein Gepäck nach dem Check Out noch einige Stunden dort lassen, da ich einen Flug am Abend hatte. Die Musik auf dem Flur war ziemlich laut, sodass man sie auch im Zimmer noch gehört hat. Der Fön hat wenig Power.
