Facil acceso El mantenimiento de la casa no es bueno, la bacha del baño principal estaba rota de oxido, la cocina tenia los artefactos sucios desde hace tiempo. El secador de pelo en el baño adicional estaba sumamente sucio. Las sabanas de una de las piezas mas chicas estaban rotas. El patio es feo.

• Jen (8/5): Great Stay, we have already booked our stay for next spring break. - We have stayed several times and like the layout of the resort. Great community to walk around. Pool area was great with space and availablity of chairs, food and drinks. Staff is always friendly. Would have been nice to have one of the pools adults only, maybe the smaller one? During the week we stayed it wasn't too much of an issue but on weekends got a bit hectic. Also, consider more bartenders during busy times. Lastely, coffee filters were not provided.

Они даже по нам ползали ночью. Wi fi не было ни дня. Мы отдыхали 29 ночей. Постоянно писали в поддержку и звонили, но нам никто так и не ответил. Депозит не вернули! Самое худшее наше размещение за всё время!!

• Leslie (6/5): - Upon arrival we entered and settled open the cabinet and giant flying roaches and went to the outside porch which wasn't covered it was full of flies and the racoons come all the way up to you and try to get into your villa if your not quick. Other than that the stay was pleasant
• Miranda (10/5): Absolutely perfect all around - The house was huge. The beds were comfortable. The dishes were clean. Everything, minus water line to the fridge, was in working order. It was a perfect central spot to everything we had planned. Some staff were alright, but front desk staff were exceptional. Pool areas were clean, plenty of seating and it never felt crowded. Some pool staff was rather unhelpful, but this was made up with excellent front desk staff.

• AMY KATHRYN DU (8/5): - AC wasn't working and lacked any help with fixing. We love Regal Palms and try to stay here when we are visiting Florida. The staff is very nice, the pools are great. The lazy river got a bit rowdy on the weekends this time (teenagers).. Our reservation was subbed out to United Vacation rentals and our AC was not working later in the evening on our first night. They sent out a technician the next day who had us run the fan vs the AC. Thank god we spent days at the theme parks because it fealt muggy in our condo during the day. The evenings were tolerable. No one fixed the AC or rectified the issue our whole stay! There should have been some compensation for this issue. Makes us worry about booking again through Expedia and at the Regal Palms next vacation : (
• Ronald Paul (6/5): - Beautiful grounds and great value for money! I do have some critiques: there was an offensive odor in the villa the moment we walked in. I would compare it to a strong moldy damp rug scent. After two days of air fresheners and AC is simmered. The kitchen faucet had a nonstop leak after shutting off, the hot water on the ground floor was much hotter compared to upper floor where it felt just like warm in showers. The jacuzzi jets in the upstairs room needed a deep cleaning, old chewing gum stuck under nightstand top (I glimpsed it while in bed staring at the corner), sofas downstairs needed a good cleaning from obvious grime or dirt. Otherwise the stay was relaxing. Loved the large villa and the pool although small considering the large property, it wasn’t overcrowded during the week of our stay July 7th. Wish they had vending machines on property for water and snacks. But the nearby Publix was perfect.
• Crystal (8/5): - This was my second stay, good thing i didnt stay in this unit the first time or i wouldnt have been back. The staff was great, but the people that manage the room we had, not very good at all. Our cable even went out due to lack of payment.( atleast thats what the cable people said, now the management company said it was on the cable side, but everyone eles around me still had theres)
• Lucilma (4/5): - Property unit 3744 Calabria was outdated, sink faucet would not closed . 1st floor shower did not properly work so my Brother had to use a cup every time he’ll shower. Amenities looks so old and ugly. You could not bring anything to eat to the pool area. Was raining most of the time so pool was not available. Nothings else to do since volleyball court is not available . Indoor jacuzzi was poorly maintain , and no kids were allow; therefore no options. Only good thing about this mini vacation was that the family was together and we made it work for us.

• Jason (10/5): - Unit was very spacious. Had everything we needed for extended stay. Amenities were great. My only complaint is that my teenage children were not allowed to join me in the fitness center even though they were accompanied by myself.

My problem was I booked a certain room and when I got there, I was assigned a different accommodation that didn’t work for me and my family. Trying to get that changed took seven hours.

It is always kept beautiful, amenities were great, location is excellent, condo was nicely equipped with the extras like dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags (which not all do and it is helpful) Food in restaurant could be little better

The staff the place. Everything was great my kids loved it and I did. Returning back again for more days. It was 3 day stay.
• Lorraine (6/5): Sleepless at Regal Palms - We have stayed here before in different houses so chose to stay again with a different company. The house, area and clubhouse was good. The downside was we were not told that tge block of houses opposite up were going to have building work which was very noisy especially in morning. Got woken up at 6 30 this morning. Not good when you are on holiday and want to relax. We were told that reception wasn't informed when work was going to be carried out.

• Tracy (10/5): - The unit we got was very clean and perfect for our family. Publix is within walking distance. I loved having the convenience of having a washer and dryer. The pool, lazy river and hot tub was great. There was a rocking St Patty’s day karaoke party going on on Friday night. Great atmosphere and highly recommend. Disney is about 40 min away along with the outlets. But for the price and space you can’t go wrong. I would definitely come back.

• ELIZABETH (8/5): - This is our second time staying at the regal palms and I’m sure there will be a third. The pool area is beautiful and has a restaurant and bar on site. My only complaint is this visit we stayed in a villa that was a little far from the pool and we had to drive but otherwise everything was great. There are many shopping options with a few minute drive. Checkin was really easy and fast.

• Jessica (7/5): Love regal palms but will no longer book a villa from a travel site if not airbnb or vrbo. - The location of Regal Palms is amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Easy access to highways (Disney!). Clubhouse is very relaxing. Has a fun atmosphere with lazy river and waterside. Very easy to hangout poolside for the entire day! The Villa booked was very outdated. It was clean upon arrival but furniture and carpets were very worn. One tub had stains that couldn't be removed and shower pressure in both bathrooms were low.

• Luvetro (8/5): - It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. I can't speak for the other rooms since I stayed in the master bathroom. Everything else looked clean and maintained and everything was working besides the advertised wifi and the front desk confirmed that that room doesn't have WiFi.
