• Vita (5/5): - Saimnieks ļoti atsaucīgs!!!! Ļiti operatīvi atbildēja uz visiem mūsu jautājumiem. Istabā ir ledusskapītis. Atrašanās vieta ļoti ērta. Nepieciešams uzlabot tīrīšanas servisu. Istabā slikta pelējuma smaka. Santehnika ļoti sena. Ūdenskrāns netīrs. Dušas kabīnē pelējums. Kafijas aparāts kopīgajā virtuvītē pārklāts ar putekļiem. Istaba ļoti tumša.
• Giulio (10/5): Che scoperta! - La posizione è perfetta, raggiungibile a piedi da Termini in nemmeno 10 minuti e vicina alla maggior parte delle fantastiche attrazioni del centro di Roma. La struttura ha tutto ciò che serve, è molto pulita e le foto rispecchiano il suo reale stato. Orizio è stato impeccabile e molto aperto a soddisfare le nostre richieste! Sicuramente quando torneremo a Roma sarà il primo posto a cui penseremo per soggiornare Nulla di negativo. Unica segnalazione (già presente nell’annuncio) potrebbe essere l’assenza di ascensore trattandosi di pieno centro storico, quindi non ideale per anziani con bagagli o portatori di handicap

• Philip (9/5): Urbana 33, a repeat visitor. - As a rail traveller, this hotel is easy to reach from Termini. Also location is good for metro Cavour. While it is in tourist favoured Monti there are several locally focussed places to eat within 10 mins walk. I think there could be more glasses to drink from in the collective tea, coffee point near the rooms. But there are plastic cups.

• Jessica (9/5): een heerlijk verblijf in het hart van Monti - Locatie was geweldig in het hart van Monti dicht in de buurt van leuke winkels en goede restaurants. Bed en Matras was goed. Matras aan de harde kant waar ik van hou. Badkamer was ruim en netjes. Kamer was schoon. Geen stekkerdozen bij het bed die makkelijk bereikbaar waren. Voordeel hiervan was telefoon in de badkamer om op te laden dus niet dicht naast je :-)
• Amir (9/5): Great Location, Great owner, evrything you need is included - The owner/manager, was great helpful and always in reach. He has some apartments in the area and when we asked for a replacement he found a solution and managed to get another one ready and cleaned for us. The location is in a live and great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, street food and groceries. It is in walking distance of Termini, Colloseum, Fontana, and a great papal basilica. Inside the apartment everything you might need is present. We visited as a family, the first apartment was in a lively neighborhood with clubs it was a little bit noisy for us with a youn kid that want to sleep soon on a saturday evening(if you are young you can enjoy the neighborhood). Then we told the manager luckily he had another one so changed our apartment to a super quiet apartment 50 meters away. Nothing specific but if I want to point to improvement points as feedback; one of the apartments missed umbrella but we didn't ask, and the beds felt a little bouncy, standard 3-star hotel mattress not top tier one.

• Christine (3/5): If I knew that the Urbana is not a hotel with a helpful reception, I would never have booked it. - Urbana 33 ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Airbnb, allerdings ohne Frühstück. There is no one whom you could talk to or ask for advice. No service is provided, never showed anyone up for service in our room.

Na całej uliczce znajduje się wszystko czego potrzeba. Carrefour , restauracje, pizzerie , pralnia, kawiarnie, a w ciągu 6/7 minut specerem docierasz do Koloseum które widać za każdym razem przecinając ulice miasta. Bardzo miły właściciel który pozwolił nam Się zameldować wcześnie i zostawić bagaże oraz bardzo miła gosposia na miejscu. Na pewno tam wrócimy. Żonie brakowało dużego lustra

• Karen (7/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean in a great location. The hosts were lovely people. The apartment has very little natural light, even during the day. This was difficult for me as an Australian, I love my sunshine! But if you are going to sightseeing most of the day this won't matter much.

Há apenas duas xícaras no espaço em comum, mas há mais de um quarto. Aconselho a, pelo menos, colocarem xícaras nos quartos. Não gostei do box, muito pequeno e há falta de manutenção.

First of all, there was not even basic cleanliness, the bathroom has mold in many places and was full of limescale. The sheets and towels did not smell fresh, and instead of a duvet there was a thin layer of very worn, much-used blankets. An unacceptable stay for his price. I am honestly very sorry! 😔

• Marie Kempf (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome à pieds - La décoration est très belle, l'emplacement est parfait à 15min de tout, le lit est très confortable, l'hôte est réactif. Avec un lave vaisselle l'équipement serait totalement parfait. Les fenêtres ont vue sur mur donc l'appartement est sombre. Mais je savais tout ça quand j'ai réservé donc ce n'était pas une mauvaise surprise.

• Federico (6/5): - Good value for money. No reply from the property in the booking inbox. Difficult check in, the room was assigned on arrival and nobody spoke english or spanish. At check out, there was a person just waiting to enter and do the cleaning and it was uncomfortable given that the check in was not so "on time". Also, what you see in the pics is no the room that you get, but one of those.
• John (9/5): First time in Rome, stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. - Perfect location for a walking tour of Rome's essential historical sites. Also lots of local bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Very comfortable apartment to return to each evening. It would have been nice to be able to have the coffee machine and kettle on st the same time.

You reach the address and meet closed door. You keep pushing buttons and no response. No instructions: you have to play by ear.

• Thomas (7/5): A happy stay! - The room is within walking distance to Colosseo, to Santa Maria Maggiore (where Pop Fransisco is burried) and to many restaurants/bars/trattorias. It is also close to a metro station that takes you easily to The City Centre and the Vatican. Orizio, the landlord, provides abundant information through WhatsApp and is always happy to assist. The room has basic kitchen utensils. The sofa bed mattress ss uncomfortable. There is some water running out of the shower when you use it.
