• Thomas (4/5): Icke prisvärt - Förstår inte ordet Boutique i detta Hotels namn. Så långt infrån ett boutique-hotel man kan komma. Långt under förväntan. Rekommenderas ej. Bytte till ett riktigt hotel m pool o faktiskt billigare.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 良い点①トゥクトゥクのドライバーがホテルのスタッフにおり、空港とホテル間の送迎を行なってくれる。1日トゥクトゥクツアーにも対応しており、ガイドはないが常に冷たい水を用意してくれる。また、このトゥクトゥクは防雨対応しており、雨の時には車体付属のカバーを下ろしてくれる。②オールドマーケットから徒歩3分で立地が非常に良い。近隣に美味しいレストランも多数あり。③1日2本のペットボトルの水をもらえる。 悪い点①シャワーの出が悪い。②大きいホテルではないがエレベーターがないので荷物が多い人は大変。③繁華街にあり21時ぐらいまで騒がしい。

• Taka (6/5): 料金・ローケーションよし - ローシーズンという事もあり、ゲストハウスプラスアルファの料金で予約出来ました。結論から言って寝るだけなら、問題なしです。ローケーションはパブストリート、ナイトマーケットまで徒歩10分圏内、ソクサン通りには安いレストラン、マッサージなど沢山あり便利です。サイト内写真と部屋には多少違いはありますが、清潔感はありました。 ホテルでゆっくり寛ぎを求める派には是非とは言いませんが、至極便利なソクサン通りに割り切って泊まる派にはオススメです。
• 東南アジア徘徊老人 (2/5): 間違っても このホテルは避けた方が良い。 - シャワーが チョロチョロしか出ない、おまけに ゴボゴボと音を立てて赤土と空気混じりの濁った状態で、とても使えるものでは無い。シャワーは諦めて、濁りが少し減ったところで下着を洗濯したが、殆ど排水がされず洪水状態。客室との段差も少なく、客室に排水が流れ込みそうになり洗濯も中止した。 翌朝、ホテル内で朝食を済ませ（この間、２０分間くらい）10時頃に客室に戻ると、ドアーが開いていて中年女性が清掃中。「未だチェックアウトもしていないのに何故、勝手に入ったか？」と詰問したら「ルームクリーン」の一言。 慌てて紛失した物が無いか調べたが、パソコン、タブレット、スマホ等々、盗まれた物は無かったが 危なかった。 チェックアウトの際、戻した鍵を受け取るスタッフ達は無言。「shank you」の言葉も無し。 歩き出した小生の後ろで ケタケタと笑っていた最低な奴ら。　
• Verified traveler (4/5): Noise was disturbing - I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions because of its ideal location. But this time the down side was the air conditioner which was quite noisy probably due to wear and tear. There is also a new club with a live band just opposite the road. So noise is the main issue during my last stay. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi reception was also poor.
• Toshihiko (2/5): 安かったが従業員の対応も悪く最低のほてる - 空港に出迎えを依頼していたが来なかったためタクシーで行った。タクシーの運転手によるとこのうたい文句は絶対に信用できない。帰りのタクシー代金を負担するとの申し入れもあったが頭にきており自分で手配し負担した。価格は安いがホテル側の言い訳は全く信用できない。バスタオルも汚れが見えなければ乾いていれば　2日泊まったが代える気配もない。多分前の客から使いまわしと思う.\便利な地区であるが夜中まで喧しすぎ部屋も汚く隙間だらけで最低　絶対に泊まりたくない。

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Was unable to reach hotel staff for airport pickup. Phone would ring & then hang up. Only to get there to a sleeping receptionist who didn’t even greet us. Rooms needs to be cleaned, bath tub & room was dirty. Door was difficulty to open/close. No linens were provided upon arrival. It’s worth the price if you don’t mind dirty & it is a great location & easy access to everything.
• Ryo (4/5): Location is great but the hotel itself.... - Great location, a minute walk to Pub street. Good and reasonable price restaurant nearby. But hotel condition was...unexpectedly bad because of their overly tuned photo. It's a bit old and small and not so clean. Staffs weren't so good at English but very helpful. I think it's acceptable with the price if they didn't adjust the photo so much to have people thinking the hotel is super clean and such.

• anant (2/5): - worst hotel experience they litrally dont care about you... no smiles on face. all working like robots. my room was opened while i was sleeping. blood stain on my bedsheet and blanket was smelly. Wifi connection was very weak. shower was very slow, no hot water inspite of heater, no toilet paper nasty toileteries given. outside restaurants, my tuktuk driver and angkor wat temples were great experience.

• Huw (8/5): Good value, location on a budget - Location is great, close to night market and pub street but far enough away that it’s relatively quiet. Friendly staff and helpful. Restaurant ok but venture out for meals. There is a lot of choice around. Be warned wildlife runs free at night if your sat in the restaurant area. This is not to everyone’s taste. Room was cleaned daily with free water, tea and coffee. TV was super with satellite channels and air con room. Got free pick up from airport with a super driver. All in all if you need a budget place to stay, good location with friendly staff this is a good Choice. Would I stay here again, yes.

Reception and staff were very friendly. Even the Tuktuk driver they recommended was very helpful. Food was great. Apart from room condition and noisy area which was expected from the money I paid, overall it was a good stay. Thank you.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The boutiques has offered a free airport pick up service. When I try to contact them through email to reserve this service,no one replied. On my arrival , staff said their boss was not there so they cannot check or reply email. One day after, their boss shown up and said didn't received my email. I showed them my evidence of sending them that email and try to ask for a free transfer from boutique to airport, they refused to do so. I don't think this was a good way to deal with this mistake.

• Feng-An (8/5): 絕佳位置，CP值高，請自備耳塞 - 就在夜市起點的絕佳位置，走五分鐘可以到酒吧街或是老市場，晚上逛街或是喝杯調酒絕非難事，適合喜歡走走逛逛體驗生活的你。 但正因為對門就是酒吧，喧鬧聲直到約23點後才會逐漸平息，怕吵就戴耳塞吧
• Verified traveler (6/5): ナイトマーケットのすぐ近く - 部屋はゴキブリがひっくり帰って死んでいたり、洗面台の蛇口が思うようにひねれなくて水が飛びちったり、シャワーの水圧はゆるいです。だけど、スタッフの女性達は皆さん良い方だったので、日本ではありえない客室でしたが、カンボジアで、この値段でなら割り切って過ごすしかないと思えます。
• masa_brick (8/5): ちょうど良いホテル - 空港ピックアップは無料ではなく$5。 部屋の設備は、スリッパ無し、バスタオル、歯磨き、石鹸のみ。 トゥクトゥクツアーは$20～$25くらいで、アンコールワットの朝日見るならプラス$5、お弁当(パン2枚とジャムとバターだけ)も持たせてくれる。 朝御飯は無料で色々選べる。 ホテルの従業員は女性ばかりで気さくで話しやすかった。 立地はナイトマーケットから近く、パブストリートに向かう道にレストランやマッサージ店もあり利便性高い。 安宿の割りにストレス無く過ごせたので次回も泊まりたい。

Desta vez escolhi este hotel pela localização mais próxima ao centro e ao mercado noturno, para fazer as refeições e compras sem ter que pegar táxi. O hotel é simples e tem o necessário. Limpo. Cama confortável. Quarto amplo. Café da manhã estilo a la carte. Internet um pouco lenta. Chuveiro sem box (como a maioria aqui na Ásia). No resumo, bom custo benefício, ficaria novamente (R$90 o quarto duplo).

• Thapanee (8/5): Good location but noisy - Love the location but there construction taking place surround the area ( mostly from the new hotel ) from 7 am to 6 pm everyday. If you plan to have activity outside all day then it's ok. And the hotel should do something about the a/c purification. I can smell cigarette all day inside my room. Its giving me migraine. The staff try to give me the Twin bed room when I'm specific request and book for a Single Room.

• akkiy (8/5): WiFiがあるナイトマーケット近くの普通のホテル - 単にアンコールワットなどを見物したいためにカンボジアに行く一人旅とかなら、安いしおすすめ。 空港からホテルまで、トゥクトゥクで迎えに来てもらうには、あらかじめホテルに直接メールをしておけば迎えに来てくれる。料金は5ドル。無料ではないが、5ドルくらい払おう。 朝ご飯は無料でついてくるが、ドリンクをカフェラテとかにしたら、2ドルくらい料金がかかる。普通にコーヒーにしとけば無料。 部屋は風呂無しのシャワールーム、トイレあり。 部屋にデカいベッドがあるだけの部屋だが、エアコンの効きは大変良いから暑くない。 ナイトマーケットなどに歩いて5分もかからないから便利。 ホテルでもリゾートしたいなら別であるが、カンボジアにアンコールワットなどを見物するために来ただけなら、こういうホテルで充分だと思う。 なお、シャンプーやリンス、石鹸などはあるにはあるが、ほとんどないようなもんです。自分で持ってきておくべき。 ホテルは寝るためだけという感じの方におすすめ。 あと、2017年1月26日現在、ミドリさんなる日本人の方はいませんでしたから、日本語対応は無理です。しかし、このホテルの近くのクルクメールという石鹸などを売っている店に日本人従業員がいるから、英語ができない方は、クルクメールに行けば大丈夫。（ただしクルクメールにいつも日本人従業員がいるわけではなく、いないこともある）

• Natalya (6/5): отель для непритязательных туристов - + персонал доброжелательный. отель расположен рядом с рынком, паб-стрит, ночным рынком . хороший интернет в номере. - набор услуг в номере не соответствует описанию на сайте : завтрак включен, но только на одного (бронировали двухместный номер), сейфа в номере не оказалось, вместо тапок - много раз ношенные резиновые "вьетнамки" 35-го размера, был включен в стоимость бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, но оказалось, что после 22-00 надо платить. чайник пришлось включать на полу, тк над столом не было розетки. такие мелочи портят настроение. в отеле предлагают экскурсии по ангкору. женщинам не стоит ехать на экскурсии в шортах - в некоторые храмы не пропустят
• WOO-RYONG (6/5): 중심가에서 가까운 거리의 숙소 - 청결한 시설은 아니지만 어느 정도 만족할 정도로 지냈다. 하지만 바로 옆 에 공사장이 있어서 아침부터 소음이 심했음.

• YUNJI (6/5): - the hotel was really good for visitors. I went alone, and the rood was satisfied. mostly clean, and all of staffs are really kind! especially the man who work at very late night. The worst things are there was under construction next to my room, so it was really noisy especially in the morning. So i couldn't sleep wel every day except when i went to see sunrise of angkor wat. :-( And they didn't give me more towel. just giving on towel every day even though i reservated double room. Also the toilet in the room was little bit stinky But i satisfied. and if i have one more chance to go to siem rip, i will visit here again.
• Hideya (6/5): 観光にいいロケーションです。 - 私は、今回一泊の利用でオールドマーケットに近い場所からこのホテルを選びました。 実際オールドマーケットや、パブストリートまで徒歩５分もかからず便利でした。 ホテルは値段相当な感じで、エアコンも効きがよくベットも寝心地が良く寝れました。 ただ、浴室はもう少し設備を新しくして頂けたらなと思いました。 私の泊まった部屋は、トイレの便器とシャワーの仕切りがなく、（バスタブがなかった）水がすべて 便器にかかる感じでした。 出来れば、シャワー室を作るか、バスタブを設置してほしいと感じました。 それ以外はスタッフの対応も良く、コスパも良いホテルです。
• Junghyun (6/5): 가격대비 좋으나 딱히 - 냉장고가 없어 불편했다. 위치는 아주 좋다. 근처에 마사지 샵, 나이트마켓, 펍스트리트, 유명한 레스토랑 등 다 있다. 가격대비 좋지만 굳이 추천하고 싶지는 않다. 직원들은 친절했다. 혼자 여행하는 이에겐 좋은 선택일 수 있으나 커플이라면 다른 곳으로 가라. 전혀 로맨틱하지 않다.

• Georgia (6/5): Cheap and good location - Good value for what you pay for room in a good location in Siem Reap. Very close to the bars of the Night Market so it is quite loud until the small hours of the morning if you are a light sleeper. The bedroom strangely enough has a window into the bathroom with a shower curtain covering it. This could be problematic depending on how close your party is and how private you like to be.

• Verified traveler (8/5): friendly staff, close to the night market - The hotel is close to the night market and pub street which is great for dinner. Staff are friendly to help. They can book the bus tickets for you. The rooms are clean and provide what you need. Breakfast is average. It's a good choice in Siem Reap.
• Madi (8/5): Good hotel with great location. - My stay here was comfortable and convenient due to the location and good facilities of the hotel. Right down the street from the main markets, night market and pub streets. Still removed enough that it wasn't too loud. I'm a light sleeper who depends on ear plugs and I was able to sleep once the performances at the hotel next door died down at 9 pm. Bed was a king size and I thought I was getting a queen so bonus. Firm mattress if you like that, I personally don't but know that's what most hotels offer. The only complaint was the shower - the curtain was on the wrong side and was tiny, so even when I switched it over the bathroom floor got soaked every time. But it all dries up and they clean your room daily and give you new towels so it was more of a minor inconvenience than anything. The staff was friendly and helped me with requests, extended my stay and gave me the same room with no issues. Overall good spot for a reasonable price considering it's a private room in a good location.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We asked them to book our bus tickets, but they forgot, but managed to get it all done in time.

• William (10/5): Angkor Boutique is the right choice! - Excellent location in a convenient but quiet location. Staff is very attentive. The room had good lighting and was sunny during the day, bathrooms very clean with hot water, wifi worked fine, mini-fridge and locked safe. Excellent choice, worth every penny!
• Fiona (8/5): Good location. Near to night market and pub street - The top management need to look into the manager in charge who was on duty on3/5/15. He bullied / harass the female front desk staff in front of us. We saw him squat under the front desk counter, and the lady stand next to him. Suddenly we saw her crying loudly. We saw her climb out the front desk counter to escape from him. About 10 minutes later, we saw him walk out from front desk and talked to the lady with loud voice. From his body language, we can quest he is warning the lady. After this manager left, i ask her what happen, she was so scare to answer my question. We worry her safety.
• Adam (6/5): Hotel Cancelled my Stay - Arriving late at this hotel after a 7hr bus ride from Phnom Penh it soon transpired that the hotel did not have a room available for me. A member of staff had taken a call from an 'Alex' thinking it was me (Adam) and cancelled my booking - or so I was told. Given I booked on the day, this supposed cancellation happened a few hours after my booking - but at my arrival the hotel was full. The hotel seemed to be of a reasonable standard from what I could see. I was moved to another hotel which was supposedly of equal standard but after looking around at various rooms within it clearly was not. I ended up cancelling my stay and booking with a different hotel. I hope the Angkor Empire Boutique learn from this experience and train their staff better to confirm who is calling and what booking their are cancelling.

• Fadly (6/5): Ther are rooms for improvement - Good location but a little noisy. Wooden safe box not mounted on wall. Should change to a proper steel safe box. Stairs narrow, no lift so staying at high floor poses a problem to elderly
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good - Little hotel, typical of a SE Asia boutique hotel. We felt safe enough. Airport pickup was fantastic. We contracted the same tuk-tuk driver to take us to the places we wanted to see. Always arrived on time and did exactly what we wanted. Hotel is in a busier area close to bar street and the night market but far enough that it is not annoying.
• Amy chiong (8/5): the location is very strategic. - angkor empire boutique hotel is not a big hotel. however, it is situated at very strategic location. u can find variety of foods, a lot of souveniers, pub street, massage here. the staff are very nice. we asked them to prepare the cake for my friend's birthday and lastly they made the surprise for us. Overall, very good!

• JS (6/5): Just manage your expectations.... - First off, despite the name this is not really a hotel of any kind but more of a budget guesthouse. Once you keep that in mind, it is easier to accept the many small flaws as a tradeoff for the location and price. There is no lift and the staircase is narrow making it hard for those with large bags. The room furnishing is simple, almost austere. There is only a ceiling light with a single bulb so the room is rather dim at night. No tables near sockets so we had to charge our phones and tablets on the floor. Even the bar fridge sits on the floor and doubles as a table for the water kettle.The shower shares the same space as the toilet bowl so everything gets wet, no kerb or shower curtain to stop water from running all over the bathroom. The A/C does not seem up to the task of cooling the room, it took ages to bring the temperature down and even then not by much. My room was shared with some small geckos (heard them at night and found droppings on my pillow one day). Wifi was free but very slow and signal was not reliable at the 3rd floor. On the plus side, the room was cleaned reasonably well each day and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and eager to please even if some didn't understand what "milk" was. Breakfast was fine but served in a marquee-like extension at the side of the building that abuts a busy and noisy road junction. The location was excellent with many food options and night life within walking distance.
• Anatoly (10/5): Awesome close to every place you wanna go - Only few minute walk to all main shopping places (Night, Old and New Market, Pub street where the fun starts early evening and restaurants (reasonable prices) and the Hotel staff are completely awesome very kind and diligent thanks to Sophoan for being so kind and prompt making good coffee...Makara for cooking the best omelet for our breakfast..and rest of them 2 thumbs up (Y) thank you Angkor Empire hotel :)
• Kay (4/5): So much for the boutique experience - location of the hotel is good if you want to be close to pub street, however the hotel is sandwiched inbetween two building sites, the builders start work about 6.00am!!! The design of the room is very odd, no storage space, the shower is on top of the toilet, and there is no enclosure. Also, there is a large window that runs across the wall that separates the bathroom from the room, this is covered by a tacky shower curtain. The TV in the room is tiny (approx 15inch) and is so high on the wall that it almosts touches the ceiling. Breakfast is OK but not so good if your in a hurry, it took the staff 30 minutes to prepare us some toast and pastries. The overall cleanliness is OK. If your looking for somewhere to have lunch I'd have to recommend 'The Sun' on pub street it serves excellent sandwiches and milkshakes.

• alan (8/5): - for me the only fault was that there was not a lift. the breakfast was good and meals were available anytime. 5 mins away was night market and beer st, lots of bar/restuarents. to visit the temples you can hire taxis(for one person expensive but for a crowd cheaper) or put puts. I allowed 2 days and saw what I wanted but there were many temples I did not see. I enjoyed my visit.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent Enough - Spent 3 nights here. The location was decent. A 5 minute walk or so to Pub street. The rooms were a little run down and could have been stocked a little better but from what I saw in Siem Reap I think it was reasonable value for money. Only 2 pillows for the double bed, not a big deal but I like to sleep with more than one pillow each. Our patio door didn't lock either which was a concern but we were on the top floor and there were decent dividers between the balconies so I thought it maybe wasn't a big deal. Nothing went missing so that's good. The staff were very friendly, a big plus!
• Jo (10/5): Great location and helpful staff - Location of the hotel is very nice, its within a short walking distance to pub street and night market. Its convenient to shop and walk around. We stay at Deluxe Twin Room. Room interior are nice and clean, with plenty of space. Staff are really friendly and nice, they help us to arrange, book tours and drivers. The email respond are fast. As the hotel offer free pick up, you can email them in advance to arrange. There is an incident whereby the bus we booked during our trip return to Phnom Penh (to catch a flight) are missed due to miscommunication. The Hotel operation manager quickly help us fix this issue by getting us an alternative transport (private car), and we finally manage catch our flight. We really appreciate that the hotel take up the responsibility to help us.
• nobuko (8/5): Nice hotel close to night market and club street - The location is good. Staff are friendly. Room is ok if you are not fussy.
• Ava (10/5): so far the best cheap hotel in Siem Reap ! - Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days and everything was perfect! Staffs were super friendly and helpful, location was great (walking distance to pub street and night market), room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy and bathroom was big with hot shower! Also free pick up from airport was also a good deal too. Free breakfast were also quite nice! I highly recommend this hotel because with its reasonable (quite cheap actually) price, I really had a great time with no complaints at this hotel.
