- Jan (2/5): - Hotel pěkný. Velice slabá komunikace. O prozby typu, prosím o pokoj ve vyžšim patře, kauce místo batu eura vše zamítnuto. Předem jsem se dotahoval jestli z hotelu je bezbariérový přístup k moři, bylo mi napsáno že ano, není to pravda je spousta schodů. Po příjezdu jsem to chtěl řešit, vše negativní. Hotel má svoji ruskou klientelu a na jiné klienty nebere zrete. Hotel má označení 5 hvězdiček ale dosahuje z budou 4*. Celkově nám v ničem nevyšli vstříc i když jsme v letech (70) a navíc jsem invalida. Veliké zklamání!!!

- 75nigelk (10/5): Great place that wasn’t too pricey - I was toying between rating 4 or 5 and after some thought went for 5, so why? We were in Thailand for nearly 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, spending most of our time in Bangkok. I wanted to book a few days relaxing at the beach for Christmas and I came upon Long Beach Garden…, noting they were a beachfront hotel with access directly to the beach. There are several hotels along this stretch that probably provide a similar experience; an oasis of calm on the edge of a sprawling urban area. We drove there from Bangkok, the last couple of kilometres on narrower minor roads and turned into a car park at the front of what looked far too grand a hotel for what I’d paid. A throng of Koi Carp swam near the entrance which led to a grand foyer. We got a large corner room which gave us a double balcony and some great views from the 12th floor. We dined at the nearby restaurant (on edge of car park) which was great and relatively inexpensive. The following morning brought Christmas Day and we headed for the pool/beach area. Most of the pool sun beds were taken but we settled for some seating at the edge of the beach outside the beach restaurant. We ordered drinks and lunch and more drinks spending several hours relaxing the day away including some dips in the warm sea. It was a lovely and relaxing Christmas Day. We spent 3 nights before returning to Bangkok. So why was I contemplating a 4? Well my experience of the staff in Bangkok was better, the Long Beach staff were ok but not so smiling and welcoming. But then I thought about what I should be comparing it to, and compared the the rest of Pattaya this has to be a 5, because it truly was an escape from the surrounding hustle.

Près des soi en taxi tjs à dispo dans le quartier. Petit déjeuner parfait et le personnel très compétant et chaleureux. Peut-être la plage qui est peu pratique du fait qu’il y a un mur pour retenir les marées montantes et donc très peu de place pour se trouver un espace sur le sable, les transats étant assaillis de serviettes de bain même si personne ne si rend durant plusieurs heures. Обидно что я не имею отношения к исчезновению этого стакана а меня сделали виновным . Очень неприятно и я больше в эту гостиницу не приеду.

- FARIDA (8/5): - ちょっと古めのホテルかもしれませんが、大きなホテルで清潔感もあるとおもいます。朝食は種類が結構多くて良いです。プライベートビーチとプールがあり息子はとても楽しんでいました。プールとビーチはロビーの下の階ですがエレベーターがなく階段を結構降らなければならないため89歳の母にはちょっとキツくもう少しアクセスしやすいと良かったです。
- Kristina (3/5): Decent enough hotel but really rude staff - It’s our 2nd year staying in this hotel because my 70yrs old mum likes the location and the rooms. However I’m still in shock how rude the Frontdesk staff are. Both years we had some issues and both years I had to escalated to the top management as the receptionists as well as duty manager didn’t bother to deal with the situations. It’s such a shame really as this behaviour from the staff really spoils the whole experience

- William (7/5): - Location , breakfast, pool,and the beach Early check in was a horrible experience … they wanted to charge me 2000tbh for 4 hours after a 30 hour trip from USA, the regular room I was paying for for 5 nights was only 1600 tbh a night. Grossly mismanaged by the staff, ruined my mood to hear this . Because of this treatment by the front desk, i didn’t spend one extra baht in the hotel , I didn’t use the bars restaurants or anything. I chose to spend my money outside the hotel. I even offered them 1000 tbh before they they suggested 2000 to me for only four hours.

Le petit déjeuner, diversifié et garni. 1 vrai lit supplémentaire pour les enfants (contrairement aux extra bed). Je n’ai pas aimé : Il faut traverser le hall de l’hôtel pour accéder à la piscine et à la plage. Et donc passer devant tout le monde. Le wifi est nul. La Clim est très vieille et fait un bruit d’enfer.

Some foods, such as eggs, are often left over from the previous day. Free internet access is only in the lobby and it is very poor. could not make calls via Whatsapp.

- Explore61264243140 (2/5): THIS IS NOT A NO SMOKING HOTEL - Been here twice before and loved it. But this last time it’s changed and feels like it’s been taken over by one nationality. It’s meant to be ‘No Smoking’ but with no smoking signs around the pool area people smoke with kids there too! In your room on the balcony rooms next door smoke too. Definitely if you want a no smoking hotel this isn’t it anymore. If you’re a person who holds doors open for others don’t expect some of these guests to do the same. Expect some to run past you through a door too. The feel of this hotel has changed and no staff seem to monitor guests smoking on the premises. Last time here.

- André (6/5): Ryskt hotell med inga solstolar, annars fint. - Detta är ett helt ryskt hotell. 90% av gästerna var ryskar och det fanns även skyltar som enbart stod på ryska och inte ens engelska/thai. Frukosten var mer som en lunch buffe än en frukost buffe, de serverade tex spagetti och köttfärssås och saknade standard alternativ som pannkakor eller bacon. Men detta kunde vi bortse ifrån då hotellet var väldigt rent och snäll personal. Samt så var rummet vi hade bokat väldigt fint och stort så stort plus där. De vi inte kunde bortse ifrån var dessvärre stolarna vid polen/stranden. Vi var där en vecka och hittade inte någon solstol någon dag. De var tagna varje dag och även om man skulle fått någon av de få platser som fanns så kom det ofrivillig skugga på flera av dem under majoriteten av dagen. När vi bokade hotellet så lockades vi av just att poolen och stranden var så nära men det blev dessvärre en stor besvikelse att inte kunna vara på hotellet någon dag då det inte fanns sol stolar till gästerna. Så tänk på att hotellet är riktade emot ryska gäster och att det blir svårt att få en solstol för utnyttja deras fina pool/strand combo.

- Sightsee41359504556 (2/5): Be aware: 98% are russians - The hotel is exclusively for Russians, staff doesn’t speak English and not very helpful, they try to speak Russian to you. Internet doesn’t work, breakfast you’ll fight with Russians for food and at the beach you’ll never ever get a chance to take a place as from the morning Russians run to reserve a place, leave their belongings there for the whole day so no one takes it. Not a pleasant experience overall as the whole area around the hotel is also for them: restaurants, music, massage places, market with loud russian music.

- Michael (4/5): Would I stay here, NO not ever. - Where do I start. I would say great views from our balcony. would have sat out there and watched the sun set had there been a table and a couple of chairs. would have moved the chair from the room out there but we needed that for our clothes along with the spare bed because of the lack of wardrobe space. It's a long list. The hotel is far to big for it's facilities the restaurant is not big enough to cope with it's guests finding a table for breakfast could take a while. The definite lack of sunbeds and space to put more if they had them (and the fact that all the sunbeds are reserved by those that are up before the crack of dawn. I am up for a stroll in the morning never later that 8, didn't seen a free sunbed). The standard of cleaning was a joke there was sand in our bath after I used it but had not noticed until the next day after the cleaner had been (I decided to see if it got cleaned, when we left ten days later it still hadn't lucky there was a separate shower). The staff are very grumpy, never smile, and have a very poor grasp of English, which is probably because the hotel and the whole of north Pattaya has manly Russian tourists so they cater for them. Great beach vendors renting sunbeds if you find yourself here, go to one of them 100 bhat per person per day, plus drinks and a good massage.
- A6486GSsallyd (2/5): Not good - My advice don't book this hotel . Your room will never be cleaned during your stay even if you leave the please clean my room sign out . They come in every day make the bed and change towels but they don't clean the bathroom got moulder throughout the week and the bedroom thick with dust . All the staff throughout the hotel are grumpy they never smile or greet you nicely . If you have a problem don't even bother trying to ask someone to sort it for you because they won't. Breakfast a nightmare rude arrogant guests who are mainly from another country and forget having a sunbed by the pool there aren't enough of them and the ones they have guests go down before 7 am to reserve them we had to go to the beach and pay daily for sunbeds . Avoid this hotel you will be very disappointed

- 569balib (2/5): absolutely disgusted and regret booking through love holidays and staying at this hotel, i wish i had read the reviews N - we went out for my sisters 60th, no love holidays rep, no one can understand or speak fluent english, we asked to be upgraded and was asked how many nights did we want to book for, birds freely flying around the food and eating from pots , staff found this funny. we was charged for towels and bedding due to natural courses, no lifts for special needs or disabled customers to the pool or beach area, when my sister asked for the hotel taxi to drive her to pool area she was told to walk even though they could see her having mobility problems, they are not special needs or disabled friendly as they class these customer as handicapped and the is through out the whole island, unless you can speak the language you will really be so disappointed , please please read all reviews before booking this hotel. we made a massive mistake please don't you regret it. I even emailed the owner of the hotel with my concerns but no one wants to hear feed back or resolve anything

You can’t get your money back even if you couldn’t stand to stay and leave early. I wish I had read and researched more about this hotel earlier. My friend who owns a travel agency booked this hotel for me because it has great review. I reviewed pictures before my trip and thought it looks okay. However, once I got there. I had a bad feeling. 1. The hotel is very outdated. Okay… it’s not a deal breaker, just not pleasant. We are here for the sand and beach, but the room looks like it was built 20 years ago and had never been updated . 2. Broken tiles around the pool: took my 7 years old to the pool and found out that there are many broken tiles. It’s quite a deal breaker for me as it’s very not safe. No one seems to care neither. 3. Yellow bath water When my son took a bath, I was surprised to find out that the water was yellow. That grossed me out. Definitely a no no. Tried to call the front desk and realized that the phone does not even work. 🤬 I had to come down to the front desk to explain the situation. No solution was provided. No one seems to care. So I decided to leave the hotel. I told hotel that I could not stand to stay anymore, but unfortunately I could not get any refund, which really sucks. I later found out much cheaper and higher quality hotel option through Agoda, and my mood and vacation had become a lot better. Long story short. Do not stay here! It will totally ruin your vacation mood and waste your quality time. I later mows to a much better quality hotel for only 30-40 dollars a night through Agoda and I was super happy.

Very dangerous for kids, as balcony railing is unbelievably low and bathroom full of sharp corners. Unwalkable around, as no pedestrian walkways. Full of conferences with men bringing prostitutes in all the time and prostitutes waiting right outside. Staff are nice

With different varieties. The staff members think they are the only hotel in pattaya. And that's why they were rude and had no patient when talking. Almost it felt like they were shouting at you. The girls were kind, but the guys were in charge. They have some kind of attitude towards customers. Also, they demand money for everything. We booked a room and bought breakfast at the desk. They told us it was supposed to cover breakfast for 3 days. The next day, they demanded money again. Be HONEST.

- Mikael (4/5): Be aware the type of room - Depending on what type of room you book, you might end up in a hotel not at the beach and without all the facilities and a breakfast which is not the same. Asked for a room change to the intended location and that was arranged, but without compensation since those rooms are cheaper. Our pavilion room was located next to the street and the room has no sound proofing at all.
- Quazitafsir (3/5): Not value for money, rude staff and begs for tips - The location is ok cause it's next to beach but tower part is next to beach, the beach villas are farther back The staff kept asking for tips, it is my 7th trip to Thailand and no hotel staff ever bothered this much when doing their job such as carrying the luggage to room. The slim guy with mustache literally gave me hard time asking for money to do what he was supposed to do.
