Próximo de várias estações de metrô Limpeza: sensacional , o hotel estava em final de reforma porém a gente só notava de amanhã quando saía pela recepção e estava diferente! Funcionários: Muito atenciosos e gentis. Vários aminities no quarto . Nada a reclamar!

Le petit déjeuner est assez varié avec un chouette buffet. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons et nous y reviendrons dans 2 ans... L'hôtel est en rénovation actuellement, il perd un peu de son charme. C'est dommage mais je suis sur qu'il sera au top du top la prochaine fois.

Зручне ліжко, приємний сніданок. Локація дуже зручна. Окремо хочу виділити сервіс та комунікацію на рецепції. Все дуже сподобалось. Немає зауважень.

- Tamir Reisin (10/5): Great place to feel the city at a moderate price and great service - The hotel is exactly what you expect from a city hotel: exceptional location, cozy and comfortable rooms (after renovation), great breakfast (and very nice restaurant). there is proof bar with a small piscine that is close these days but still nice to sit there for a drink. But the most remarkable thing is the kindness of the staff, at the reception as well as the restaurant. There are still some renovations going on some at some times during the day it might ba a little noisy bit nothing tremendous.

A senhora da limpeza do quarto que estive hospedado ( 103) foi excelente. Pela localização do Hotel que fica numa rua estreita os quartos não tem vista e nenhuma luz natural.

- Elisabet (10/5): Hotel con ubicación increible! - El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno estilo bufete es delicioso y muy variado. La habitación es muy moderna y bien equipada. Volveremos con seguridad en nuestro próximo viaje a Madrid. Se colaban un poco los ruidos exteriores.

El hotel esta muy limpio, nos tocó una habitacion renovada y la deco era muy chula, tipo años 20-30. El colchon muy comodo tambien. No probamos el restaurante porque ya teniamos otros planes. Por poner una pega, pasamos mucho calor por la noche, teniamos la calefaccion apagada y aun asi tuvimos q dormir sin pijama y sin taparnos y pasamos calor, no sabemos a que se debia. Al final abrimos una ventana de madrugada porque no podiamos pegar ojo.

Si tengo que echar en falta algo sería aguacate. En cuanto al plato caliente probamos los huevos revueltos, bien, y una torta de sobrasada con miel y queso, muy buena. El precio del desayuno, si bien cabe que era muy completo, lo vimos un poco excesivo para lo que ofrecen. Son 20€ por persona. Este tipo de desayunos por 15€ ubiese estado fenomenal. Entiendo que hay que cumplir con ratios, costes y demás pero bajo mi opinión, que puede ser que me equivoque, lo vi un poco alto.

- JULIA (8/5): Хороший вариант для короткой остановки - Отличное расположение, близко до площади Испании, близко до станции метро. В номере есть всё необходимое, номер достаточно просторный с комфортной обстановкой. Вкусные завтраки с большим выбором, очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал на завтраках. Мы парковали машину на платной парковке в 7 минутах ходьбы от отеля через сайт MisParkings (получилось 22 евро за две ночи). Звукоизоляция окон, которые выходят на улицу - всю ночь сигналы машин, голоса людей, я спала в берушах.

- Savannah (9/5): Great location, great staff - Location was fantastic, just off of Gran Via and walkable to so much. The room was comfortable and clean. It wasn't huge, but it was far from "tiny." The air conditioning was also great during a warm weather stay. The parking deck isn't exactly connected, but it's a 30 second walk from the front door, which is nice. They also have a decent gym, which was an added bonus. The staff was the highlight for me! When I arrived, the airline had lost my baggage and the staff jumped in to help me find stores that were still open that would have clothes and such that I needed to get me through the first day or two. They were AMAZING. One of the two elevators was down for my entire stay. It made for longer waits than expected to get elevators. It's a first-world problem, for sure.

- Vanessa (5/5): - The location is great. The room was large and very nice. The pool is tiny. Went once and they had no towels. The water comes up to just above your knee. It was lukewarm and did not appear clean. Not how it presents in the photo.
