- Sandra (8/5): Déconnection totale dans un cadre idyllique - Le cadre, la plage est superbe et les couchés de soleil magnifiques. Le bungalow vue mer très agréable et literie confortable. Le confort de la plage privée de l hôtel. Club de Muaythai à quelques minutes à pied. Le petit dej est léger et restreint (peu de choix). Bien pour un court séjour car très excentré si non vehiculé. Du coup le restaurant de l hôtel est assez cher, il y a un restaurant Pada à quelques minutes à pied et une supérette en face très pratique 👍🏼

Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. When checking in staff clearly made it evident they didn’t want to talk to us. When asking questions they didn’t provide much help and made it seem like we were an annoyance. Upon check out we were charged for a missing hand towel which was defiantly in the room upon leaving.

- gerardo (7/5): Con un po' di attenzione pane essere eccellente, ma non lo è. - La posizione, ottima per chi cerca tranquillità. Riservata e silenziosa, regala tramonti molto belli. C'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole, anche se non eccelle in nulla, manca sempre qualche dettaglio. La villa (esagerato chiamarla così, è un bungalow in muratura) sulla spiaggia offre una vista speciale. Interessante la possibilità di organizzare cerimonie in spiaggia. Costi del cibo, come spesso accade nelle strutture isolate, un po' alti (ne approfittano un po'), ma è prevedibile. Buono anche il checkout alle 12.00 Servizi basici, come varietà: c'è tutto ma in ogni aspetto c'è qualche lacuna: -1 la villa sulla spiaggia, per metà a vetri, ha poca privacy perché spesso clienti e staff passano davanti; 2-se non richiesto le camere vengono pulite dopo pranzo, disagio non accettabile; 3-pochissime prese di corrente in camera, nessuna in bagno né vicino al letto; 4- colazione buona ma niente di paragonabile ad un buon buffet; 5-personale gentile e disponibile ma va sollecitato spesso; 6- la bassa marea importante rende per buona parte della giornata fare il bagno poco comodo 7-pagamento con cate di credito con 5% di supplemento, è cosa antipatica; 8- senza un mezzo siete isolati, non è un difetto ma dovete saperlo 9-nessuna proposta ricevuta per attività, se vi interessa dovete sollecitare voi; 10-wifi scarso, segnale debole e si scollega spesso

- Kamila Vlckova (10/5): - V ubytovaní sme boli už druhý krát a je to neuveriteľný resort. Cítite sa tam vážne skvele a oddýchnete si. Okolie sa mi páči asi najviac na celom ostrove. Neni také turistické. Ak ale hľadáte skôr viac barov a klubov tak by som zvolila iné miesto. Personál bol taktiež veľmi milý a ústretový. Izby boli čisté, pohodlné a miesta tak akurát. Veľmi sa mi páčia izby s otvorenou kúpeľňou. Jediné čo by som vytkla sú raňajky. Trebalo by zapracovať na tom trošku. Ale dá sa najesť dobre , bolo vždy ovocie , vajíčka , párky ale stále to isté a málo na výber. Ale najesť sa dalo.

Leuk dat er een muay thai school naast het resort zit ook. De wifi werkte niet zo goed en helaas kleding vergeten en niet goed geholpen door het personeel in de situatie en het is dus ook niet teruggevonden..

The woman at reception in the morning was unfriendly and verging on being rude ..I have never experienced such a cold welcome ..I am not publicly going to say mre but I have plenty i could say ...I would add that I arrived at 12 pm and it was hot and my girlfriend wanted to go to the room that was ready and vacant ..the woman at reception said 14.00 hours is the time ..you wait until then..she admitted the room was ready ...was beach side bungalow.

- Donatella (9/5): - La struttura è sulla sabbia quindi si và a piedi nudi, la spiaggia è molto bella. Buona la colazione e il ristorante. Ci sono altri ristoranti carini sulla spiaggia da provare. I ragazzi del ristorante gentili e sempre disponibili. Unico neo le due signore addette al front desk: scortesi e arroganti. Sgradevole la questione del motorino (che fuori costa la metà): quando lo abbiamo riconsegnato ci hanno detto che avevamo fatto un incidente, cosa non vera e provata dalle foto che avevamo fatto, poi per un paio di tacche di benzina mancante ci hanno fatto pagare 120 bath quando con 150 bath avevamo fatto il pieno 10 km prima di rientrare! Consiglio: il motorino prendetelo da un' altra parte! Per le due signore mi auguro che il manager prenda atto del loro atteggiamento già evidenziato anche da altri ospiti.

- obtokyo (9/5): Spokojený pobyt - Krásná lokalita, v tomto rezortu jsme byli již po druhé a byli jsme plně spokojeni. Skvělý a pozorný personál, který byl schopen vyřešit i výměnu nevyhovujícího bungalovu za nový. Chtěl bych pochválit slečny na recepci a hlavně nejmladší servírku Chi, která byla všestranně pracovitá a velmi šikovná. Bohužel jsme nebyli spokojeni s výběrem snídaně, která bývala formou bufetu a teď pouze servírováná, takže s omezeným výběrem jídla.

The food in the restaurant was really good. Also, the people working in the resort were amazing. Very polite and apologetic when they didn’t understand English language. Highly recommended

Schöner Strand, von Ebbe und Flut geprägt, aber man kann immer baden, Sitzsäcke, Liegen ,Tische und Stühle. Schöner sauberer Pool. Rollerverleih und Massagen werden angeboten. Sehr viel Natur und heimische Tierwelt. Wer 120% sucht, muss ins benachbarte Interkonti gehen, bezahlt da aber auch den zehnfachen Preis. Für uns waren und sind es immer 100%.Ein ganz großes Lob an Kaew von der Rezeption

Équipe motivée et très bel espace de massage ouvert lumineux. Mention spéciale à THONG qui a été très gentille et agréable L’hôtel mériterait un peu plus de soins dans l’entretien. Petit déjeuner pas très engageant

- Savio (1/5): Geen goede ervaring. - De locatie van het strand. We hebben helaas geen twee uur gebruik kunnen maken van onze boeking. We hebben op voorhand een deluxe kamer geboekt en kregen een zeer onhygiënische kamer vol insecten. De receptie wilde helaas niet met ons meedenken waardoor wij genoodzaakt waren een andere accomodatie te boeken.

- Flemming (9/5): - The restaurant is right on the beachside overlooking the water - lovely dinner options and a good breakfast buffet. After the long plane rides, we enjoyed the bean bag chill-out area and walks on the beach but also used the small gym. We had a lovely and spacious room with a small private jacuzzi on the balcony. When leaving they ask you to leave your key in the reception, but they keep it lying in free view on the counter, so anyone could just claim it. The bed was a bit on the firm side, but that is often the case in Asia.

- Andrea (6/5): Preis-Leistung war unschlagbar! Frühstück war einfach aber gut. - Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Lage… Personal freundlich. Schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht. Schön ruhig! Leider läuft ein Bach direkt am Hotelstrand ins Meer, was anscheinend Abwasser von der Umgebung enthält… Sehr unangenehm! Der Bungalow unserer Kids war nicht schön! Sehr abgewohnt und muffig.
- Matthias (8/5): - Dass das Resort direkt am Meer war also 50 m davon war das Meer Das Bad das könnte mal wieder erneuert werden und dass man ohne fortbewegungsmittel nicht weit nach Koh Samui rein kann außer man ist gut zu Fuß

- Shekar (8/5): Our stay was peaceful and very relaxing we could have stayed for longer and would definitely return, the staff were love - The property was quaint and had a really authentic feel. Also it was right on the beach and given the small size it lays felt quiet and almost like we had the place to ourselves. A hidden gem. The linen was a bit scratchy and the rooms could use a minor update. However I feel like the current state of the property gives it character.

Great breakfast and restaurant in overall, however a bit more expensive than other restaurants around. Bar happy hours during weekends, 60 bth for cocktails meant that I have burned 11 Mai Tai on arrival day with lovely atmosphere and surprisingly no hangover - well done to bartender. Staff was very kind, smiling and always helpful. Renting scooters for a fair price. During our 5 night stay there were 2 marriage proposals - quasi romantic but completely wannabe kitsch as hell. It does not directly affect you, but it was kinda weird :)

- Anton (7/5): Een paradijselijke ligging met enkele vervelende tekortkomingen waar men wel iets aan zou moeten doen - Een paradijselijke atmosfeer beetje hippie achtig Zen feeling en dat op een zalige strandlocatie. De zeer vriendelijke bediening draagt hier zeker ook aan bij Het restaurant aan de beach wordt gerund door enthousiast team, het eten is kwalitatief goed. De accomodaties zijn wel gedateerd. Dat is niet erg op zichzelf maar een airco die te koud afgesteld hard blijft blazen zorgt voor een hoest gevolgd door verkoudheid en dan het bed waar we beiden in de ondertussen niet over wilden klagen en dat nu toch doen. Het kan toch simpel opgelost worden of wordt er niet meer geïnvesteerd en wacht men op de grote klapper die ongetwijfeld zal volgen. Bij het ontbijt is niet voorzien op gezonde voeding nog sterker de basis zijn snelle koolhydraten en suikers. Keuze is er niet.

- Markus (8/5): - Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen und daher verhältnismäßig ruhig. Man kann gemütlich am Strand sitzen und das Restaurant / die Bar ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage, benötigt man schon einen Mietwagen oder ein Taxi, um irgendwie "wegzukommen ". Die Umgebung bietet wenig Alternativen bei Restaurants oder Bars.

Pool was great, clean and well used. We ate on the beach, menu aimed at westerners. Not spicy enough. Nice breakfast again on the beach if you wanted will be back. Nothing. A great find

- SaniSan (8/5): Buen resort, bonito y con un personal excelente. - El personal, muy amables y atentos todos. La ambientación tanto de la habitación y de las zonas comunes es muy bonita. La ubicación es genial, lugar remoto y tranquilo con acceso directo a una preciosa playa. ¡Y el postre de Leche de coco con banana estuvo riquísimo! La cama estaba un poco dura para mi gusto, aun así dormí bien. La ducha solo tiene opción de modo lluvia, y el agua no llegó a estar tan caliente como estoy acostumbrada.
- Joseph (3/5): - The staff was very friendly Pool was completely green, we had mold in our shower. We left after our second night. Communicating our issues with booking was atrocious, they continued to send us a link to upload documents that did not work. They never sent us the document to even upload if it did. They never responded to our messages, and the emails they used to contact us can not be emailed back. When I called booking to talk to about it we were disconnected both times at exactly 21 minutes into the call, with no follow up or call back attempted. Booking needs to do something about this. I am more upset with booking.com than the Am Samui resort
