Even though there is a large square with lots of people and activity just a 5-minute walk away, the hotel was still very quiet. Another big plus is that the metro station is nearby. Everything was wonderful, and thank you very much!

• Andreas (9/5): - Lage: das Viertel war nicht besonders schön, ein wenig laut (speziell auf der Terrasse), Ausblick auf 2 Autoersatzteillager, aber gratis Parkplätze vor der Haustür und einfache Anfahrt von der Autobahn von Norden. Prinzipiell hätte das Hotel auch eine eigene Garage, ist aber nicht notwendig. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist es ca. eine halbe Stunde, zur Akropolis eine Stunde. Von hier konnten wir fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer war kleiner als von den Fotos her zu vermuten, das Bad sehr bescheiden. Das Frühstück wird in einer Art Bento-Box je nach Wetter im Garten oder aufs Zimmer/Terrasse serviert, ist wirklich reichlich (davon kann man sich auch noch eine Jause für unterwegs herrichten), die Teller und das Besteck nimmt man dazu aus der Miniküche am Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

• Ildiko (10/5): Korrekt szállás - Maga a szállás kultúrált volt. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Minden kérésemet rugalmasan és azonnal kezelték. Jó kávét lehet kapni a recepción és számlát is kaptunk a szervezetre. Maga a szállás kiváló volt. elhelyezkedése is kb gyalog 10 perc az akropolisztól, de éjjel a környék kicsit félelmetesnek mutatkozott. Ezt kompenzálták, hogy volt saját parkolójuk és így nem az utcán a kaotikus közlekedésben kellett letenni.

• oktay (8/5): A great option for those traveling by car. - It's an excellent place, especially for those traveling by car — very convenient both in terms of parking and getting to other locations. The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Nikol, who was very talkative and a wonderful person. My daughter loved Koko, the apartment's mascot cat. While the overall stay was pleasant, the cleanliness could have been better. There was a noticeable mold smell when opening the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and the single bed was quite squeaky.

Die Lage ist bisschen unheimlich, da es in der Umgebung ziemlich viele Gebäude leer stehen.

• Ralf (9/5): - Lage ca 12 Minuten von der Metrostation Kerakamaikos.Unterkunft liegt in einem alten Viertel. Lassen Sie sich nicht von der Umgebung in Google streetview abschrecken. Das Viertel ist wohl inzwischen hip. Es gibt einige kleinere aber gut besuchte Lokale in der Nähe.Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig.Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und ist sehr leise. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat alles für unsere späte Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

• Pierpaolo (3/5): Sadly disappointing - The hotel is in a good location, easy to reach the metro stop and multiple services such as restarants, bars, etc... There was a noticeable lack of cleanliness with dust everywhere. The bathroom leaked water across the floor during showers, and we had to use our own towels to dry it. The showerhead was positioned very low, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, housekeeping did not provide us with fresh towels during our stay. The bed sheets were too small for the bed, leaving part of the mattress exposed. This is unacceptable, as it forced us to sleep directly on the uncovered mattress. The way the staff hansdled my complain was very unproferssional.

The staff is the loviest staff we ever met, the girl at the reception is so kind! Beds and bathroom were okay, breakfast we (unfortunately) found horrible.

We chose it because it was near a Congress where we had to attend, but the nearabouts were not the most beautiful part of the city.

• Jana (1/5): Bad - The staff at the reception was friendly and it looked clean and shiny. Thus, we expected also a nice apartment. However, this looked old, used, in the kitchen very several parts of the kitchen damaged. The bathroom had a problem with the water running out of the shower. Our daughter fell on the toilet because it was so slippery, the toilet lid broke and instead of listening to us guests what had happened the hotel charged us a higher rate. Which is not acceptable at all. I had nerved such a bad hotel experience. On top of that our daughter hurt herself. I would not at all recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the money!

The AC in the apartament was working very good. There was only one bathroom for 5 people in our apartments. One of single beds had uncomfortable matress. But still nice place to stay when visiting Athens.

• Adrian (8/5): Good value for money! - Nice and spacious apartment in Athens, with parking available. Although the neighborhoods were a little scary at the beginning, it was really safe and calm (we walked during the night with 2 kids, returning from the city center and everything was ok). Metro station within walking range, from where you could easily get to the important places in Athens.

Very basic but great for a good night’s sleep I didn’t like the parking lot. It was in a construction zone and gravel. We found a nail on the gravel which if we had not seen and removed could have damaged our car tire. Also the parking lot was dark and sketchy. Not a place that a woman would like to park alone

To sum up i would visit again since i pay great attention to the c - Excellent customer service on every shift at the reception desk. I noticed that the room needed some “love”. Some walls were a bit dirty, a huge screw was on the wall below the tv , one of the balcony doors did not lock, the window nets destroyed.

The area of hotel was in was quiet and not glamorous but the hotel security and friendly staff made up for it. It was a bit of a walk—a few kilometres—to the Plaka area but we didn’t mind.
• Stephanie (1/5): Hated it. - Nothing. It has ants and critters. Accidentally, booked the wrong hotel and I tried to cancel but they refused to refund so we were stuck with it. Critters everywhere. In a sketchy neighborhood and walls are thin you can hear everything.

This is an ideal option for a traveler by car. The hotel has its own parking next to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but at the same time, it is close to the metro. However, the hotel is not far from the city center; I walked there. Very pleasant people work at the hotel. I liked everything very much. Everything was fine
