• Jordan (9/5): Excellent value for money, big room and real coffee. But note it doesnt have a restaurant. - The room was very big. Coffee was excellent. The price was very good. The parking area is large. It's 10 to 15 mins from the airport depending on traffic. There isn't a rrestaurant in the hotel. Not a big deal as there are restaurants nearby, but booking.com says it has a restaurant. So this needs to be corrected.

• Kimberly (2/5): - The staff was fine, but this property was in what felt like an unsafe location. The entire town and surrounding towns felt scary. The room felt unclean and the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire property was overwhelming. Even our pillows smelled like cigarettes. I suppose given how little we paid for the room I shouldn't have expected much more than what we got.

• Hajnalka (8/5): Fun first Italian night - We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as our flight got in late and what we needed was a quick sleep before we started driving south the next morning. The staff was great, Chandri made our morning extra special with his big smile and excellent people skills. We had a good laugh at our language barrier when I asked for a latte and got a glass of warm milk😀 Well, mainly my language barrier. And yes, the complimentary breakfast is an excellent one crowned with some 5 star espresso and cappuccino. The sweet property dog Scilli and the beautiful lemon tree were only a plus to make our first night in Italy extra special. Thank you!

We stayed here thought it was close to airport Taxi still cost $40. next to elevated highway and not a place you will want to walk around at night. Bed was comfy shower great, besides road noise good place. we should have stayed in old town since the cab was so much anyway.

• Ioannis (5/5): Very basic stay w/ breakfast included. Dont choose it if you dont have a car! - The hotel is kinda close to the airport. It has a parking garage. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room size was fine for a couple. The breakfast (which was included in the price) is respectable, giving both sweet and savory options. There was a crib inside our room for no reason. The style of the room/hotel is significantly outdated. The biggest issue I had was that the toilet flush was broken and when you did pull it you were sprayed by a toilet flush fountain which you could not escape, regardless of how fast you are! Also another issue is had with them is that they didn’t offer an airport shuttle service while the are located pretty close to the airport. We ended having to pay about 40 euros for a taxi to get there.

We had rented a car and we left the car safely. Anything could have happened to you outside. The breakfast was very ideal and satisfying. If you do not prefer pork products, there were options. the beds could be more comfortable.

Siamo a circa 10 chilometri, quindi è ovvio che può essere un buon hotel per chi ha una macchina a disposizione, anche perché la struttura dispone di un piazzale esterno adibito a parcheggio, recintato e con cancello che probabilmente di notte chiudono, grande plus. Personale: Nella media, senza infamia e senza lode. Disponibile e cordiale. Comfort: Oltre al parcheggio interno, la stanza mette a disposizione un condizionatore per raffreddare o riscaldare la stanza, efficiente e funzionante. Inoltre presente anche tv con tutti i canali in chiaro. Ulteriori servizi: Ho usufruito della colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Servita al bar dell’albergo, c’è il minimo indispensabile per fare colazione continentale o il classico cornetto e cappuccino. Prodotti di qualità e personale molto simpatico. Stanza: Nella media. La mia doppia era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Piacevole scoperta il materasso: soffrendo di mal di schiena mi sono svegliato meglio di come faccio a casa mia. Sul resto ci sarebbero alcune accortezze, più che altro estetiche, da rivedere: mobili datati, zanzariere di dubbio funzionamento, finiture delle pareti da sistemare. Bagno: La struttura mette a disposizione i soliti saponi, doccia shampoo, cuffietta e set di tovaglie e asciugamani. Presente anche un phon perfettamente funzionante. • Linda (8/5): - Pictures are not a true reflection. Older building that could use some attention. Small things let it down (shower hose had to be held as bracket was broken). Towel holder broken, not big issues when you look at the streets overflowing with rubbish. On the whole decent place to sleep, shower powerful & warm. Basic breakfast but better than expected, croissants are fab. Not keen on dog coming around looking for food, not very hygenic at breakfast. Staff pleasant & helpful. Couldn't really fault it for the price.
• Veronica (4/5): Dårlig start på ferien - Bestilte for en familietur med farmor og søster i Napoli og var veldig forvirret da vi ankom hotellet og fant ut at det ikke var noe i nærheten. Var ingen butikker eller restauranter i gåavstand. Fant også ut at restauranten på hotellet ikke var åpent som betydde at vi ikke fikk spist i det hele tatt. Rommet var greit med var mye ødelagt og hull i tak med åpne lister. Anbefaler dette hotellet hvis du er på bilferie og bare skal sove en natt! Vi endte opp med å booke et nytt rom nærmere sentrum til en ganske høy pris, så dette var irriterende..
• Roberto (8/5): - We liked the fact that despite arriving late in the evening the receptionist tried to find us a parking space for the car. Also the breakfast was simple but good and we appreciated that the croissants were fresh and kept hot all the time. The down side was that we needed urgently an iron as we were going to a wedding the day after. They did not have it and the only way to iron the dress would have be to give it to housekeeping and be charged. An iron should always be available for any inconvenience and not chargeable in a four starts hotel. Also, I tried to plug in the bedroom's fridge but was not working. The night receptionists could have been more helpful but was not. Instead the morning receptionist was very accommodating and ready straight away to help. There were no lights in the corridor resulting difficoult to open the door. The management should look into improving these few things, apart from that we overall had a good stay.

• Michael (8/5): - The staff were amazing, and that’s reason enough to stay here if you just need a night or two close to the Naples airport. The issue is that you have to get cabs to go anywhere, and that can be a bit expensive. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast and coffee downstairs was a huge lifesaver and actually some of the best coffee I’ve had. Plus, they had a beautiful dog hanging around who was so sweet and sat with us and let us pet her while we had breakfast.

• Mateusz (5/5): Passable - Nice personnel and breakfast. Value for money The room was stinking (from a dry siphon?) and mattress wasn’t comfortable. It is a bit pricey to get there by taxi from/to airport, although it’s not that far.
