- thomas (5/5): Suitable for the money but would not pay more for the room we had. - Easy to get to , I had a first floor room The entry door had a serious 3/4” gap under the door that a mouse, if was nearby and wanted to, could easily come into the room from outdoors without a problem. The tub faucet was either mounted flexible on purpose or it is ready to fall off the wall, but was loose. The tub didn’t drain well either.

I was with my son and really worried whether to call the cops or not. I can't even sleep at that night because I was hearing annoying sounds from outside. In the morning, we left immediately after taking the shower. There's no coffee or breakfast. It was a nightmare for us.

- David (8/5): Family Trip - I took my 80 year old father to visit my sister in the area. The Western Motel is a good "blue collar" hotel. It was clean, the owners are very nice, helping my dad on one occasion, and being very nice at check-in. It is an older hotel that they are obviously fixing up as they can. We have stayed there previously and will do so again on our next visit.

When we googled Jessop we found that violent crime is very high here. Something that would have been good to know.The facility is fine and we found a great restaurant nearby.A heads up on the crime would have been good.
