• Carmen (7/5): - We only stayed here for one night, and for that it was definitely fine. The rooftop terrace is really cool and offers a great view over the city, which was definitely a highlight. We also had dinner there; the selection and quality was okay. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety overall. All in all, a solid hotel for a short stay. The room, especially the bathroom, could have been a bit cleaner. The laundry service charges per item and is extremely overpriced (30€ for about 4kg).

(9/5): Excellent location for a hotel in Malang with friendly and helpful staff - Perfect location to explore various good restaurants and coffee shops, and staff are very friendly and helpful. A large, clean room with excellent lighting, suitable even for working. The rain shower is inconvenient if you don’t want to wash your hair, would be better to also provide a hand shower. The bed also needs to be inspected again, as there is a sagging area on the edge—possibly due to frequent use—so it is no longer firm.

• Maëva (10/5): Un très bel hôtel ! - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel très spacieux. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Quant à la restauration, nous avons seulement pris les petits-déjeuners mais nous ne pouvons que recommander. Il y a un large choix parmi le buffet, et il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Mention spéciale pour l’équipe management à savoir Teguh, Shasha, Mitha, Sania, Ravyn, Joko FB, Sherly, Arya, Nova, Anggi, Stephen Rifki, Reyhan and Daryo qui nous ont fait la belle surprise de nous livrer une part de gâteau en chambre. Nous avons apprécié le geste ainsi que les costumes !

Ontbijt is geweldig goed verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid. Tegenover het hotel heb je een restaurant Kue Sara, de lekkerste koekjes ever.
• Anna (9/5): Super Stadt-Hotel - Gutes Stadt-Hotel mit schöner Rooftop-Bar und gutem Frühstücks-Buffet. Der Service und die Rezeption waren extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren zwei Mal hier. Beim ersten Zimmer hat es nach Zigaretten, obwohl wir ein Nicht-Raucher-Zimmer ausgewählt hatten.

• Leon (8/5): Gastfreundschaft im Hotel 10 von 10, Travelpartner für Ausflüge nicht zu empfehlen. - Sehr serviceorientiert und äusserst Gastfreundlich. Sauberkeit und Einrichtung top! Der General Manager Rauh war in jeder Hinsicht ein herausragender Gastgeber. Danke vielmals! - Der Kraftraum war nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet, wie wir und das gewünscht hätten. War aber ausreichend. - Der Travelpartner des Hotels "Mitra Travel" war unserer Meinung nach schlecht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Nach einer Reklamation von unserer Seite hat der GM Rauh sich sehr engagiert, um mit der Agentur einen Weg zu finden, um unser Ausflugserlebniss für unseren zweiten Ausflug zum Bromo zu verbessern. Leider hat das nicht wirklich viel gebracht. Zu wenig Informationsfluss, Fahrer und Guide konnten kaum Englisch und wir fühlten uns abgefertigt. Von einem Travelpartner eines 4-Sterne Hotels hätten wir für den Preis mehr erwartet. Schade, da es ein schlechtes Licht auf das Hotel wirft, welches eigentlich sehr gut ist.

Le restaurant n’est pas exceptionnel, les quantités sont maigres.. peu de produits frais beaucoup de surgelé visiblement, les jus ne sont pas des fruits frais pressés, ce qui est dommage car on en trouve vraiment partout en Indonésie ..

• Mario (9/5): Tutto perfetto - La struttura era perfetta: la camera era grande, pulitissima, con un letto comodo e davvero gigante. Il bagno, seppur piccolo, disponeva di una doccia gigante walking e di bagnoschiuma, Shampoo, saponetta per le mani, spazzolino e dentifricio (due). Accanto al letto ci sono le prese europee, quindi in questo caso non c’è bisogno dell’adattatore. Inoltre, la colazione era a buffet: super abbondante e variegata (sia americana che indonesiana). A questo proposto, se avete un’escursione al mattino che potrebbe farvi perdere la colazione, potete chiedere allo staff di preparare una box per portarla con voi. Dalla nostra camera non si sentiva il richiamo della preghiera proveniente dalla moschea, come successo in altri hotel. Inoltre, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante dell’hotel per una cena e, oltre ad essere economico è anche buono. Staff sempre gentilissimo!! Ovviamente ci sono gli asciugamani ma purtroppo sono soltanto due e sono abbastanza piccoli rispetto a quelle che si trovano negli hotel europei, ma questo vale per tutti gli hotel Indonesia.

• Brigitte (7/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt trotz Pannen und Mängeln - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit indonesischen aber auch westlichen Speisen. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse. Das Personal war wohl sehr freundlich und bemüht aber auch sehr lustlos und träge. Wir haben nur einmal im Restaurant gegessen und hätten eigentlich noch Lust auf ein Dessert gehabt. Aber es kam niemand an unseren Tisch, weder um die leeren Teller abzuräumen noch um nachzufragen ob wir noch etwas wünschten. Personal hatte es genügend herumstehen und wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist absolut seelenlos und es kommt keine Lust auf da zu essen. Vor unserem Ausflug auf den Bromo, wurden wir gefragt ob wir eine Frühstückbox mitnehmen wollten. Wir bestellten gebratenen Reis, wie angeboten aber als wir dann kurz nach Mitternacht aufbrechen wollten, war nichts bereit gestellt. Der Betrag für das verpasste Frühstück wurde uns aber anstandslos zurück erstattet. Zwei Mal mussten wir um Toilettenpapier nachfragen, nicht weil wir so viel gebraucht hätten, es wurde einfach nicht ersetzt oder eine zweit Rolle zur Verfügung gestellt. Etwas müham eine neue Rolle zu verlangen, wenn das Haustelefon im Zimmer nicht funktioniert.

• Anke (9/5): - Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Für unsere nächtliche Tour zum Mount Bromo haben wir eine kleine Frühstücksbox mitbekommen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber fast täglich das Roof-Restaurant und Bar. Es war leider ab und zu ein bisschen hellhörig vom Flur her, da es einen offenen Innenhof hat.
• Pieter (7/5): Redelijk hotel, fijne fietsen - We verbleven hier met name rondom de trip naar de Bromo vulkaan. Het hotel lijkt van binnen een beetje op een gevangenis, maar dan gezelliger. We konden fietsen huren en hebben zo Malang verkend. Beddengoed was niet schoon, dit heb ik ondanks onze aankomst om 3 uur ‘s nachts laten vervangen. De keuken was niet best. Het ontbijtbuffet is om 9 uur niet lekker meer nadat het uren in warmhoudbakken heeft gestaan. De mocktails smaakten naar aanmaaklimonade.
