Friendly efficient staff all around, clean, comfortable beds & pillows, nice rooms, the best breakfast ever!!🌻 Great set up for pool area , liked how the kids can enjoy the water slide without interference to pool or hot tub area. We will make this #1 for our Regina overnight visits !! Well done 👍 No complaints, it is great

• Bouchard (7/5): It’s a standard hotel. - Decent breakfast with lots of options. Staff were very kind. Room was okay. The pool is very tired and rusty. It feels very dated and dirty. Kid had a good time, but I felt gross.
• Nicole (3/5): Great staff attitude, but not clean. - The staff were very welcoming, quite friendly. Breakfast area was clean, neat and tidy. Room was spacious, it was a king size bed. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom and 6 dead bugs in light cover. As well some sort of greasy, dirty, grime under the over flow in the tub. The room was suppose to have a walk in shower but had a tub instead with a non-functioning shower and I was not informed before check in. Food crumbs left on desk chair from previous occupant. A lot of finger prints left on the door of the closet from previous occupant. Ice machine broken.

Breakfast option were decent and the staff always cleans and refill right away. Pool was shallow enough that young children could enjoy. IGA, Shoppers, Timmies and 2 pizza places were right beside. I really liked the stay!

• Charity (6/5): The front desk staff are absolutely fantastic. The hotel needs a major upgrade. - The staff member who greeted us was fantastic. Very upbeat, happy and went above and beyond to help us. The staff who checked us out in the morning was also very pleasant. The location was perfect as it was right on the # 1 highway therefore easy for us access the highway to return home. No driving through the city to get to the highway. I found the hotel to be extremely outdated, dirty and needed a major upgrade. The beds were old and worn, in addition the rooms smelled extremely musty. It is definitely time for this hotel to have an upgrade and deep clean.

• Donna (9/5): Comfortable stay with a very good included breakfast. - We liked the location. Easy access to continue our journey to Manitoba. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. A lovely variety of food items and if one is on the go, they have breakfast sandwiches and bagged boiled eggs for take away. The young man managing the breakfast area kept everything in perfectly clean condition. We were able to plug in our vehicle which was appreciated. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property itself. What I didn’t appreciate was the eye roll and head shake from the gentleman at the check in counter when I asked him to explain the charge applied to my CC upon arrival compared to the amount I would be paying when we left. I didn’t understand it and honestly, it still makes no sense. It all worked out in the morning, but I could have done without the eye roll.

Piscine était bien, mais la propreté des lieux était négligée La buanderie était présente dans l’hôtel, mais l’entretien des machines n’était pas bien fait. Le réservoir à savon avait des traces de moisissures. SPA et glissade non fonctionnel

• joelI3064BB (8/5): Marketing fee problem. - Further to my review down lower which it says I can't delete or edit. Why? Anyways the bill came and there was a $3.49 charge for a Marketing Fee. What is that? Why was I charged. If you don't want to pay that charge, don't stay there. Sorry Sleep Inn, you caused this. Will I stay there again? Probably yes but will ask about that fee. I want it removed or I go somewhere else. Lots of other places right next door. The rest of my other review still stands. Joe CYWG

The location was great, easy to find near the highway and shares a parking lot with a grocery store and restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was very friendly and greeted us as though we were checking into a five star hotel. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. The grassy area for pottying our dog was a little distance from the hotel, it would be nice if it was closer. While the room was very clean the carpet in the hallway was stained and could use an update.

• Kaley (9/5): Wonderful location, great value and staff that goes above and beyond. - The staff went out of their way to offer assistance. I brought in take out (my arms were pretty full and I was by myself at the time) and a staff member ran out from behind the desk to offer me plates, cutlery and help with the elevator. All the staff we interacted with were all very polite and helpful. We brought our dog and were given a room on the first floor, which was very convenient. The hotel was very busy the weekend we stayed but we couldn't hear much outside noise at all inside our room. The hot tub desperately needed cleaning and was clearly out of order, which honestly didn't affect us at all but we saw a lot of people using the pool facility. This is the only negative thing I can say.
