- GINA GABRIELA (10/5): - El hotel es lindo, tranquilo, bien ubicado. Las camas son cómodas, el baño amplio y bien dotado. El desayuno tipo buffet delicioso, y las personas que atienden en el restaurante son muy amables, respetuosas y pendientes de los huéspedes. El hotel queda a dos cuadras del metro, tiene supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias y comercio cerca. Tiene wifi, tv con internet. Muy recomendado. Algunas de las personas que atienden en el lobby ( no todas, de hecho las cambian con frecuencia) son un poco arrogantes y no atienden bien. Otras son muy amables y serviciales. El hotel no tiene piscina. A veces se escucha un poquito de ruido de las habitaciones superiores cuando corren cosas. Pero solo fue un poco afortunadamente, nada excesivo.

No tengo claridad si es la buena o no la ubicación pero a mi me sirvió. Tuve un día que se cortó el agua y no tuve agua en la habitación pero me imagino que fue algo que es totalmente fuera del ámbito de servicio del hotel.

- Smith (9/5): My experience at Novetel - I love the fact that my room was cleaned every single day. The location is excellent. We were able to get transportation quickly. It would have been great to have more variety of food and steam vegetables from the caribbean for breakfast, etc. Callaloo, cabbage, the one type of steam vegetable every day was too much. An extra chair around the table in the room would have been nice since we eat food in there sometimes. We only received bottle water for 2 days during our stay while other rooms got everyday.

I would prefer to be on a higher floor. I was on the 5th floor and there was a bar across the street and it was noisy until 10 pm but quieted down after that.

- teky929rr (8/5): Good location Hotel - I feel this is a good bang per buck hotel within close vicinity to food and bars. It’s a good 5 mins walk to Argentina road. Only negative is it’s missing a pool for a hotel of this type. The room is clean and adequate for the 3 of us sharing a king size bed with our daughter. The breakfast buffet staff very pleasant. The food was limited but was good. We had a nice view of the city, I would book again.

It was an okay location but the building was badly built. They gave me a room close to the elevator and you could hear all the noise of the up and down.

Air conditioning didn´t work properly, it was too cold and impossible to turn off. Hot water in the morning took too long to get to my shower. Shampoo dispenser was broken, this should have been spoted during cleaning.
