Olivia (1/5): Pour locaux seulement, touristes fuyez ! - Ces quelques heures dans l'hôtel ont été un vrai cauchemar car nous n'avons pas pu dormir ! L'hôtel avait été privatisé pour un séminaire, ils avaient oublié de couper les réservations en ligne. Nous nous sommes donc trouvés au milieu d'un sacré bazar tard le soir et fatigués, sans chambre dans les critères demandés, sans restaurant, dans un bruit affreux... Nous avons espéré jusqu'au bout et été patients mais c'est une honte !!! Déroulé rapide (et j'en oublie sûrement) - pas de navette pour y aller malgré notre demande via booking de nous récupérer au ferry, alors que validée par l'hotel - plus de chambre vue mer disponible (alors que payé plus cher pour), la réception très embêtée nous a "surclassé" dans une "suite" : sans vue et sale (cheveux dans la douche, miettes sur les meubles, sol sale...) - pas de restaurant : transformé pour l'occasion en discothèque. - Impossible de commander le room service qui ne comprenait pas ce que nous voulions (ne parle pas anglais et impossible de s'entendre tant il y avait de bruit) - "suites" juste en dessous du restaurant... Nous pouvions les entendre parler sauter, taper dans les mains... - soirée de clôture du séminaire dont la fin était prévue à 22:00 prolongée à plus d'01:00 du matin... - rangement et remise en place du restaurant jusqu'à 03:00 du matin - je suis montée 2 fois : sans effet à part un "Sorry, finish" et une rigolade du jeune homme qui semblait fort amusé de mon explosion nocturne - rdv pour les massages oublié malgré le rdv pris en personne. - sans compter sur le personnel qui vous toise en permanence Une mascarade et absolument pas au niveau du prix

Our room and even the hallway had a strong smell of cigarettes, despite being on a non-smoking floor. The walls were very thin. We could hear guests in the next room talking, laughing, and playing music past 1 a.m., which made it hard to sleep.

The kitchen service is excellent, and it’s convenient that they offer 24-hour service for guests who may feel hungry at night. The staff service needs improvement. The staff did not answer my call even though I contacted them a month before my arrival, and they also didn’t reply to my messages through the booking platform. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. I had to go out to get drinking water, even though the hotel was supposed to provide two bottles of mineral water in the room.

Carole (5/5): Hôtel sans charme. - un hôtel confort sans charme. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. des membres du personnel ne parlaient pas anglais, ce qui rendait la communication difficile. Ils n'étaient pas très arrangeants comme dans les Guest House où on a pu aller. La salle de petit déjeuner avec belle vue sur la ville. Personnel pas impliqué au niveau touristique, dommage... Pas d'aide (lieux à visiter, moyens de transport, proposition de guides... ) comme on aurait pu l'avoir dans des hébergements plus modestes. Le bâtiment. Piscine avec très peu de transats.
Andrea (7/5): Budget friendly one nighter. - Location is good, friendly staff , convenient restaurant. As soon as we walked in through the door we spotted a small roach. Bed linens smelled a little weird. Bathroom was clean and everything else. Ok for one quick night on a budget
Lydie (10/5): - Eau chaude, propre, climatisation, piscine, restau en rooftop, pas loin de la grande mosquée qui est magnifique. Je recommande.
Katarzyna (8/5): Polecam - Dość duży pokój, widok z pokoju, blisko stacji kolejowej, czystość, w recepcji jest automat z lodami i kawą. Bardzo mały basen,przy którym nie ma leżaków, nawet jeśli chcesz się ochłodzić to nie masz gdzie usiąść poza kilkoma plastikowymi krzeselkami.W pobliżu jest publiczna plaża, ale raczej do posiedzenia niż pływania. Kapią się raczej tylko dzieci ewentualnie młodzi mężczyźni. Kobiet w bikini nie widziałam.
