- Preston (10/5): -
- Henry (1/5): Worst Super 8 Ever! - Nothing! The room was not ready as promised. There was a roach, no soap, no body wash, no shampoo, no extra pillows, and no blanket. The toilet did not flush, and it was loose from the floor. The shower was dirty, and there was no bath or face towels. The front door frame was broken, and there was no inside lock on the door. The matresses were still covered with plastic, which the maid just put a sheet over it. The floor was dirty, and there was no wifi or TV as promised when booking was made. Finally, the lighting was poor and un safe. This is the worst Super 8 motel i have ever stayed in. I want my money back. I will be calling you for a refund.

- Sanchez (1/5): Disgusting 🤢 - Drug infested prostitution in front of my door the smell of drugs and funk all inside the sheets .. no towels or toilet paper The dirty sheets
- Ashley (10/5): Good job - This place has came ALONG WAY! keep up the effort for a safer and well affordable place for all
- LATOYA (2/5): - It was the worst experience I have ever had. The AC leaks all over the floor. The area is horrible. Nothing works in the room. The TV doesn’t work. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty and there was no trash cans in the room. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth $50 a night.
- S (6/5): Crazy nights - Comfortable bed Ruko
- Ruben (2/5): - I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The customer service I received was poor, and I felt unsafe due to the presence of unsavory people lingering on the property. I also observed a high volume of different people going in and out of various rooms. The property itself was poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting, debris scattered near the buildings, and a strong smell of urine near the entrance.
This was not the experience I expected, and it's certainly not the standard of hospitality I believe you should be providing.
- Angelica (2/5): DIRTY, SMELLY AND UNSAFE - The hotel is surrounded by homeless and bums. The hotel smells of urine and is in deplorable condition. The curtain in the room was down, the pool was dirty, and despite canceling, they charged me for my stay.
- David (2/5): - 1.The room didn't have any towels for bathing or washing up. 2. Pillow was very thinonly had 2 for 2 beds. 3. Toilet didn't flush. 4. No lighting above the sink area. 5. The entry was not very secure. You could see the exterior light coming in around the lock. If someone wanted to come in they could break the door down easily.
I didn't stay the second night of my reservation as I didn't think it was safe and it had sanitary issues. I have Photos if you want them. I will be contacting Rodeway Inns Corporate pertaining to this motel as I am sure they wouldn't want their name attached to this building. It is also in a very rundown area and the motel fits the area as it is very rundown also. I truly feel that I should recieve a refund at least for the second night.
- Gabriella (1/5): -
- Shelbie (2/5): - The environment was not so good and the room was not clean
- Church (4/5): -
- Shannon (2/5): - I checked in at 3 pm our room did not have 2 beds; the room was not cleaned; so they switched my family without my knowledge to a room without any running water; the toilet was broken until I fixed it; there was no shower rod to take showers; I had to install one with my own money. The property is doing renovations but still is renting rooms with no amenities. I definitely wouldn’t recommend having any fiends or families of mines rent or inquire about the econo lodge nor the rodeway inn because it’s two(2) businesses in one. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would like a full refund please
- Verified traveler (2/5): RENOVATION - Hotel seems to be under renovation
No rooms are up to code
False photos of clean and ready rooms

- Zod (1/5): Didn't lost all money - They did not let me check in. I contacted you and got no assistance and out my $ They had no room confirmed and no biooi
- Rosa (2/5): - Was dirty
- Greg (2/5): - We were put in a room that had black brown marks on the wall stains on the sheets no TV missing handle on the sink handle falling off on the bathtub no lid on the toilet tank door barely worked. Had to constantly go get our keys redone to get in our room and that was after it took forever to get checked in because no one's paying attention to their front desk luckily I was desperate or I would have dropped out right there
- Michael R (2/5): - No tv, no chairs, bathroom junkie
- Zayna (2/5): - Dont go i know its cheap but this place is not worth it first room we got had no tv in it but a big ass mirror that was not even on the wall it was just leaning aginst the wall ready to fall off so we got another room this one had a tv but it dint work 2 remote non worked the tv 1 towel n some soap . The room was nice n ac keep it cold the lamp in there for light was like someone stold it left it there they just used it the beds were ok there pet frendly but someone the pets are not had an owner with a lil white dog go by as we were leaving loading up the car his dog came chraging in to our room scared my son the owner was even yelling at his dog as soon he took off not to go in there meaning the room we were in oh there was no shower curtian in the bathroom they did have a pool it had water dint go dint trust the place
- Arby (2/5): - Dirtiest place I've ever been in my life
- William (2/5): - The first room we were given had a door which had previously been forced open and not repaired with loud music coming from the room next door. The room that we settled for had half of the toilet cistern missing, a smoke detector hanging from wires.
- Vendyle (2/5): Very poor -
- Melanie (1/5): Nothing - Nothing Couldn't check-in because the guy couldn't run my card because the credit card machine was outdated and wouldn't accept my card. I went and pulled my money off at the ATM only to be told when I got back that they did not accept cash.
- Denis (1/5): Bad - I checked out unfortunately I forgot few items I came back they were not return to me
- Jamikka (2/5): - This property is horrible one pillow roaches bed bugs no trash can no ice bucket just horrible
- Yvonne (2/5): - I would give this place no stars. The customer service was not the best. Our room had holes on the walls, holes on the curtains, the ceiling was falling apart, our restroom had no door, we had two beds, but only one pillow and no blankets. There was no phone so we could not call the office from our room. When I called from my cellphone, no one answered. Some random man working on the property was banging on our door in the morning to ask us something. It was just a horrible experience overall. This was not the hotel I had booked. The hotel I had booked couldn’t honor my reservation, I don’t know why, and an agent from Expedia booked us this room instead. I was traveling with my husband and kids and it was so horrible. I will never again book with Expedia.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (2/5): Nightmares - This place was scary! My room had been broken into, so the door jamb was all busted up and barely closed. The inside of the door had some unintelligible graffiti scrawled on it. The drapes did not work properly. The floor and baseboards were a wreck and needed redoing. I took a shower but the water would not shut off. Noise from the freeway was intolerable. I was so distraught I packed up and drove to a friend's house and slept in my car. Really the place should be condemned.
- Tee (8/5): Decent - Decent
- Erika (2/5): - The photos on the website are very old. The property does not look it does in the photos nor do the rooms. Our flour and roof were coming apart. Every piece of furniture and item was broken, faded paint, graffitied on or not working. The bed was just on top of box spring that sat on the floor. There was a roach crawling around when we entered. The whole room smelt like a toilet.
- Yeroc (2/5): It was ok - It was ok until I saw on the screen hidden bathroom cam. It was the ac that was randomly making noises as well even though it worked. The manager was cool though
- Theresa (2/5): Run from this place - This hotel was dirty the first room was gross and didn’t have a tv. The second room had a tv but we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t connected to internet and there were no local channels. There’s holes in the walls. No towels writing on the walls and furniture the lamps are ripped up. The door has so much damage and looked like it’s been stabbed. We had to take it the chair under the door handle for extra security, the curtains were ripped and the bathroom lights didn’t work
- NICHOLAS (2/5): - Major water damage, mold and puddle in room. Celing was falling in and drywall was laying on bed. Light fixture had water dripping from it and no light bulb and exposed wires. 2nd room had same issues minus light fixture and beds werent made. 3rd room door was kicked in. And super glued back together and wouldnt lock.front desk offered redund but didnt answer expedia to confirm
- David (1/5): Poor poor hotel, stay away - Nothing really, the room was in poor condition Towels where really small, pills well what pillows, the shower well that was nasty and filthy, the bathroom sink was held up by a 2x4..walked from shower to bed went to put on Sox and feet where blk.All the water fixtures where backwards hot was cold cold was hot.there was no garbage can in the room or bathroom.i could keep going on but sure u get the point ..
- Edilma (1/5): Bad - I'm getting my refund. I left this hotel sick and so did my babies.
- Francisco (2/5): Stay Away!!!! - Horrible place to stay. Never in my life have I seen a place so filthy, old and disgusting. I paid in advance for 2 nights and didn't stay for either. Had to find additional accommodations. Those pictures of the hotel on the hotel.com are a complete fabrication. Gross.
- Damonique (4/5): Disappointing -
- DeLayne (2/5): - This hotel is in a scary part of town. There is a reason it is low priced and we did not stay. The staff told us upfront that the bed is probably broken, the microwaves do not work and the TV is iffy. He asked do you want to check in, and I said no. Beware that this is in bad shape. As we left the property, we passed two different groups of "ladies of the night". The whole property is surrounded by a security fence and the front desk is closed off behind bullet proof glass shield. Scariest hotel I have ever booked thru Orbitz - DID NOT STAY - and did not get our money back!
- Unknown (4/5): Disappointing -
- Peter (2/5): - Nasty berry nasty
- Kiana Denise (2/5): - The “hotel” was under construction but it was completely disgusting and uninhabitable. I would NEVER recommend that someone stay there even for a night
- Brian (8/5): You get what you pay for - I am a believer that you get what you pay for @ they were offering it was worth staying there.. All the photos on the page with the rooms are a little deceiving. But overall I would.
Stay there again.
- Brandie (3/5): Meh - Maintenance guy was funny Boiling hot water like burn yourself hot or there was no hot water. The rooms are bare with no microwave or mini fridge. The pool is there but usable. Checking in or out is a nightmare and the prices go up every day and even booking for multiple days it is the same price per day so no savings. Never can find the housekeepers and when you request one they most likely not come. Older building so the second floor walk tilts towards the ground slightly.
- Erica (1/5): Do not stay here!! So so scary!! No working dead bolt, roaches and stinks so bad!! - Nothing Scariest place I’ve ever been
- David (2/5): - The pictures did not match at all. Holes in walls, broken locks, toilet chain gets stuck, curtains broken allowing in the sun, other residents screaming and fighting outside at 6 AM. Seen a cockroach. The entire front lobby was closed off and we did transactions through a security window. Did not feel safe in the area or in the hotel.
- Manuel (1/5): Room was filthy and looked to be occupied still I didn't receive a refund 😔 - Nothing Room was filthy
- Kelley (2/5): Horrible dump - Long wait at front desk to check in and for any questions/concerns. They don't answer their phone either. No waste basket, no towel bars or toilet paper holder. No ice at motel and no fridge in room. No working light in bathroom which also had no door. Ceiling was falling off, and deadbolt on door was unfunctional. Key card quit working on day 2. Swimming pool vacant because it is disgusting. Noisey freeway nearby was drowned out by even noisier neighbors. Photo online is deceptive/misleading. Avoid this place unless you're absolutely desperate with nowhere else to go.
- Scott (2/5): Beware. - Pros: its cheap. I didnt see any bugs. There was a bed. It had a Security guard.
Cons: everything else. No TV, lamp shades, functioning locks. We slept in our clothes and got out of there early in the morning.
- Angelica (2/5): Don’t stay here - Everything was falling apart. Floorboards were missing. Furniture broken. Toilet leaking. Room door was damaged. Never staying again.
- Felipe (2/5): - Super bad experience
- Ebubekir (2/5): - they are not helpful
- Dax (2/5): - This place is human trafficking and selling any and all drugs out of it. I cant believe Expedia has this on their website. DO NOT BOOK EXPEDIA IS A RIP OFF FOR HAVING SOMETHING THIS BAD ON THIER SITE
- W4783BVheatherj (2/5): Horror Hotel! - This is the hotel from a horror story. I don't normally post bad reviews but you NEED to not go here. When we got there, after reserving 2 queens in a non-smoking room, we found the room they gave us had a king size mattress ON THE FLOOR and the room smelled of smoke so bad I couldn't breathe. There were insect remains on the floor around the mattress. I went back to request a different room, and was given the key to a room that looked like the door had been pried open by the police at some point, with multiple bags of trash and rotten food in the room. There was a tweaker out front picking bugs out of his jacket and about 6 or 7 cops pulled up while we were trying to find another place to go. AND they still charged me.
- Saul (2/5): - Check in was at 3pm but had to come back an hour later because rooms weren’t available yet. Finally get a room and NON-SMOKING room at that. The room stunk of cigarettes and mold. The walls had mold and in the middle of the room was a puddle of water that came from the leaking AC unit. Stayed for about 5 minutes before I headed out and get another room at a different hotel.
- Susana (2/5): - Very dirty, No tv, tile was broken, blankets smelled terrible and were stained, mini fridge was missing..HORRIBLE
- Marylou (2/5): - Horrible place . There was a man drunk in the lobby and another man coming in with a hooker . The place smells like marijuana . Not family friendly
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting!!!!! Don’t stay here!!! - This place is just absolute filth. We came from out of state. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all. It’s totally run down and looks like a crackhead motel. Roach infested. Drug infested. Graffiti in the rooms. Holes everywhere and everything held up by blue tape. The furniture wasn’t even whole. Mattress on the floor with old headboards on the walls. Smells like animal feces and urine everywhere. The room next to us was just completely trashed. See pictures. Made you feel really uneasy. Management gave off weird vibes as well. There’s a METHADONE clinic right down the street. Found this out later. So the druggies are all hanging out there. We left and slept in our car instead. I wanted to vomit and the room gives “hollers murdered in them” vibes. Not safe and disgusting. Save yourselves the stress and avoid this place.
- Kasye (2/5): - This property was gross.it smells like dog poop as soon as you get there and the smell doesn’t leave. I booked an updated king room with a sofa bed and got two queens. The bathroom did not have a door on it. The plugs didn’t work. They gave me two pillows for 2 queen size beds. One of the worst places I have ever been at by far. Do not recommend anyone staying here to anyone.
- Amber (1/5): It wasn’t terrible but the missing bathroom door led to no privacy with guest we had over. The bed being on the floor wa - Location The bed was on the floor, there was no bathroom door. The bathroom sink was held up with a piece of wood.
- Parker (2/5): Very poor - Nothing The TV the door n the roaches per pillow per bed dirty floors
- Brandon (2/5): - The pictures online of the rooms DID NOT match what I walked into.. the door barely latched along with a flimsy deadbolt. It looked like the door at been broken into multiple times (Room 228). There was no shower curtain, no tv, no lamp shades, no phone (everything that was shown in the pictures). Looked like carpet had been pulled out never replaced. I booked for 3 days but only stayed one because I was an afraid of someone breaking in. I ended up having to stay on a friend’s couch. I don’t complain often but this was an awful experience. I would like to be refunded back at least the 2 days I didn’t stay for
- Miguel (2/5): - Upon arrival the front desk was away for 10mins, the unit that was given to me was beat up and ran down with holes in the walls and graffiti. This was was not a great experience and won’t recommend to anyone.
- Verified traveler (2/5): TERRIBLE!!! - Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!"
We had an awful experience at this place. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom, and the no lock on the door, terrible bath tub, basically unusable, so we requested a different one. The second room was even worse—the toilet didn’t flush, it was messy, roof looked like its gonna fall on us, furniture was all falling apart (NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES), lamp shades were missing and bathroom door was broken. Since it was 3 AM and we had just arrived from Michigan, we had no choice but to return to the first room. Unfortunately, it smelled terrible, very noisy, we felt very unsafe, me and my friend couldn’t sleep all night, and in the morning, I found animal hair all over my clothes. There was no trash cans in the room and black trash bags were lying all over in the corridors. Even the bed sheets and blankets were unwashed. This was one of the WORST stays I’ve ever had, and I’m shocked that Hotels.com lists this property on their website. We did feel like we’ve hit the rock bottom and paid for it too. Definitely not worth the money!"
- Ingrid (2/5): The worse - It was the worse stay ever i got 4 different keys to 4 different rooms. The room stunk it looked like the hotel was taken over by homeless and drug dealers
- Lauren (2/5): Not safe. - We got in late to the hotel and had to return to the front desk four times to have our key card checked because it would not open the room. Finally security came to help and the poor guy had no better solution. They couldn’t open the door at all and had to try three more rooms until they found one that would unlock. Pretty huge hazard not being able to get into the rooms. Another lady checking in said her key also would not open her door. We ended up not getting into our room for about an hour, putting us at 2am when we got to bed. Our room was one of the “nicer” ones and still had blood on the floor, mold, and other questionable stains around the area. The bed was fine.
- Gabriela (1/5): Wasn’t worth it - Nothing at all The room had no tv also the bed was broken in the middle than when we woke up there was roaches on the walls and cabinets
- Violet (1/5): Bad - Terrible Dirty, bad customer service, stunk. no doors on the bathroom
- Jerome (2/5): - When we checked the door wide opened, the room smell bad, smoking, hole on the bathroom door, 9holes on the ceiling. Need to leave as I don’t feel safe to stay there.
- Angela (2/5): Not like the pic - Drugs in rooms had kids with me so had to leave. N no tv
- Kimberly (2/5): - First of all the rooms were completely different than what was advertised. The king bed had no sofa and the room was filthy. There was no desk or sitting in the room. The bathroom was missing the door. The plugs were unsafe to use. We asked to get a different room. It was the same as the last one, but it was 10pm and I just need to sleep. It was a horrible experience. I stay one night before asking for a refund and getting a different hotel.
- Xavier (2/5): Very poor -
- Jaeho (2/5): - Room was dirty and lacking facilities. Cockroaches everywhere. There was a pool but I don't want to get in there. But staff was kind and helpful.
- Veronica (2/5): The worst place ever - It was a terrible place 1st room the door didn't even open withkey the second room was worts we did not even stay there we had to go rent another hotel room and did not even get a refund it was the worst never ever going to stay there or recommend it to friends and family
- thomas (2/5): - Absolutely the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty, roaches, everything was broken or did not work. Area around room was full of homeless and trash. Wifi was bad and had to keep bringing key to office get fixed. They have an armed guard.
- Cincelia (2/5): Bad Smell - It was the last room I guessing. The TV wares were cut. The restroom door looked like someone has been kicking holes in. The bed smelled like cat pee.
- Araiza (5/5): Passable - The bed was comportable. The curtain was broken and there was space between the door and frame where you could see outside through the Crack and the TV wasn't connected to wifi.
- John (1/5): Piece of shit hotel - Nothing bed is on the floor no tv couldn't check in till 6 roaches in room horrible I should get a complete refund Every thing
- Corbi (2/5): - As a women traveling alone, I did not feel very safe. There was bugs crawling around, door not locking or closing fully, and furniture not in full condition. The office was not helpful they did not proved a map to the room, WiFi codes, and receipt of stay. I was suppose to pay on site but card was already charged before arrival so my discount was not added.
Although the only good part is by being close to the freeway it was quiet.
- William (2/5): MY OPINION "IT SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED." - Cockroaches, no running water until 20 minutes after checkin, no phone in room, cigarrete burns in the blanket of both beds, no rack to hang clothes, no tv service without a ROKU subscription, bathroom door so badly damaged it was barely operable, flooring needs replacement, window curtains in need of repair (half of the curtain hangers missing), no ice available, no washclothes in the room, unrepaired holes in the walls, defective smoke alarm beeping until replaced by a nice maintenance man 30 minutes after checkin, wiring to A.C. hazardous, wrong toilet tank cover, desk clerk needs attitude improvement. Photos attached.
- Danny (2/5): - Worst hotel in the world. Our room got flooded in the middle of the day from clogged toilet from the upper room.
- Ashley (2/5): Very poor -
- Roy (2/5): - I never stayed there. I had to sleep outside.
- Elouise (10/5): - I like their mattress, they didn't have bathroom door, holes in walls.
- Dennis (1/5): A nightmare - Everything was dirty there was not light bulb just a hole Bed sheets so damaged by cigarettes burns and had smudges too
- Begody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danielle (2/5): - This property is horrible. It should not even be in business. They are dirty. They have people roaming around the facility. They don’t even have TVs on the wall. There are holes in the wall. The doors look like someone has been trying to break them open the window don’t have screens on them. This is a very poor establishment and I do not recommend this to anybody especially people who are traveling with kids. This place does not look like anything that the website is showing. This is false advertisement. I do not recommend anyone stay here.
- Dorothy (2/5): Roach Motel - We paid for a 2 queen beds in a room, they didn’t have one. There was no tv, no working AC, roaches everywhere, only one bed so someone had to sleep on the floor. Obscene words written on the walls in the bathroom. Holes and mold in the bathroom. The front door doesn’t close all the way. Requested credit or refund they refused and kicked us out.
