- Said (5/5): Excellent location and rooms, Poor customer service - The location is great as it’s literally on the door step if Munich central station, supermarkets/shops/cafes a close by. I did not receive the email for my entry on instructions, I’m lucky to have walked in the same time as another guest, no directions to the reception in the building, no sign even on the reception door on the 1st floor, I have to call twice for someone to call me back and send the email of instructions, nothing went to my junk, it came straight to my inbox when they sent it which confirms they forgot to send instructions, very poor service. No iron provided in the room.

- Jean-Louis (8/5): Intéressant pour un séjour d'une semaine. - Arrivée mitigée (voir plus bas). Grande chambre avec entrée cuisine et salle de bain séparée. La cuisine suffisamment équipée pour faire un repas chaud sans trop de difficultés. Un grand bureau, un coin petit déjeuner, un grand lit, une grande télévision. Une salle de bain très grande (mais qui ne profite pas de la surface qu'elle occupe). Un ascenceur rapide. La présence d'une buanderie pour faire une lessive si besoin. Possibilité de changer les draps si besoin. Proximité d'un parking. Pour la salle de bain, c'est déjà dit. Grand lit (agréable) dont une place est en sous-pente, coin petit déjeuner inutilisable pour deux personnes (impossible de s'asseoir face à face, sauf maigreur pathologique), prises de courant mal disposées. Difficultés pour s'autoenregistrer à l'arrivée quand on est réticent aux smartphones (mais par ailleurs interlocuteur patient et courtois qui nous a guidé pour accéder à la chambre. Parking cher à proximité (40 euros par jour environ). En ce qui concerne la situation géographique, c'est à côté de la gare… et de la rue préférée des dealers.

Открыть окна невозможно, все в голубином помете и перьях, за окном на сетке от голубей висят мертвые голуби!!!, что максимально неприятно. При выходе из лифта в холле, который находится на улице натыкаешься на мертвые тушки голубей на полу!!! Это был шок! 3. Очень шумно от трамваев и днём и ночью

- Conchi (3/5): Muy mal - Ubicación. No me gustó casi nada. Barrio con gente rara, el primer día presenciamos una detención policial. Desde mi ventana veía gente orinando en las esquinas, ruido de tranvías a todas horas, escándalo por las noches. El baño sucio y descuidado en general, el papel higiénico era lija, tuve que limpiar el enchufe porque estaba asqueroso, además está muy viejo y necesita una renovación urgente. La zona de cocina mal, platos y cubiertos sucios, fui a fregarlos pero el estropajo estaba podrido y tuve que bajar a la droguería de abajo a comprar uno. Apenas tiene menaje, los cables colgando. En fin un despropósito. Lo peor de todo fue que una noche me tuve que duchar con agua helada. Con el cuerpo enjabonado y la cabeza llena de champú me tuve que salir de la ducha, espere 15 minutos a ver si salía agua caliente, pero nada. Al final con agua helada, para que me diera algo. La peor experiencia en un apartamento alquilado de toda mi vida. Les escribí por WhatsApp a los responsables y aún estoy esperando a que me contesten.

Teniem Smart TV peró sense connexió a internet. La cuina molt poc equipada. Vam trobar a faltar estris de cuina de tot tipus per poder cuinar minimament bé. Això va fer que haguéssim d'anar a menjar cada dia a fora i ens va suposar una despesa econòmica important. En definitiva, es una habitació grossa.

- Yunan (2/5): Not for a family stay - After entering the room and seeing the conditions, we decided not to stay and left immediately. So I didnot like it at all However to be fair, the location is good, directly opposite the train station, which is convenient for transportation. The room was an attic room with a very slanted wall, making it uncomfortable to stand or move around. The space felt cramped and inconvenient. The air conditioning did not seem to work at all. Only the area near the radiator was warm, so the room temperature was uneven and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was below expectations, especially the bathroom, which did not appear to be properly cleaned

The building itself is not what I typically expect from a hotel, but the room was clean and cozy and very nice. We had plenty of space, and even though it was right in the middle of the city, it wasn't overly loud. There was no real reception desk; you just check in online ahead of time and get a door code to get in the building. This was fine, except we didn't realize that and hadn't checked in online. The hotel itself isn't fancy, but it works great.

- Ciaffone (8/5): - L'appartamento è collegato molto bene perchè è vicinissimo ad una stazione Centrale. Da migliorare la pulizia.
- CHENG I (10/5): 整體下來還不錯 - 我覺得是住過還不錯舒服的房間了，整個房間都很溫馨，也有廚房可以下廚（但只附鹽），整體來說可以多住這邊！ 床太軟了，會有點不太舒服

- Eleonor (8/5): Perfect stop for a few nights in Munich for work. - The room was bigger than expected, very clean and the staff were responsive and helpful. It was a perfect place to stay for my quick work trip. I am not a light sleeper so this did not bother me but my room was on the side of the street right next to a tram stop. The noise was not too loud for me but worth noting if this is something that might affect others as the trams run late and start early in the morning.

- Jutta (6/5): Keine schlechte Unterkunft. War unterm Strich ein schöner Urlaub - Die Lage war gut. Sauberkeit war gut. Wir waren vier Personen, vorhanden waren zwei Tassen. Sonntags gab es keine Heizung und kein heißes Wasser. Könnte auch ein Ausfall gewesen sein. Das große Bett war sehr gut, die Schlafcouch war nicht so gut.
