Guest Reviews
- John (4/5): - They advertise a shuttle but they didnt have a shuttle available. They didn't offer to pay for the taxi ride either.
- ITALO (10/5): - Great place to stay near the airport
- Verified traveler (4/5): Just for one night close to the airport - The holet wasnt the cleanest either the best but i just stayed one night to be close to the airport in an early flight so if that its your plan can work for one night because ist close to the airport and have a lot of restaurants around. Not recomended for long stay
- Mikhail (2/5): Low budget for a reason - Run down old hotel smelled moldy and needs updating. No security, no safe, no customer service.
- Kunimitsu (6/5): - We are a family of 3 with a 12 month baby. We booked this hotel because it was in a convenient location with a free pick-up arrangement from the airport. It was going to be our pit stop over night before heading down south to a resort hotel near Kata Beach the next morning.
Unfortunately they were unresponsive when we tried to contact them via message during our connecting flight in Bangkok for a pickup but ended up walking to the hotel from the airport.
The hotel its self was clean and all standard amenity with good air conditioning and wifi and water bottle.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and they didn't have an elevator so had to carry our luggage which was not a big deal but if you have two luggages per person you may need to make two rounds.
One of the bedside table lamp had a loose socket and did not work. The shower drain was not great and very slow and water will start to accumulate creating a puddle, not to a point where it will flood.
Theres a few street food opened late and grocery stores and convenient stores near buy.
The YES currency exchange is a 3min walk which had a great rate which I highly recommend.
Depending on the purpose of stay it may differ for other people but for us this time it was very cost efficient and good. If they had the pick up arrangement from the airport I would have given a higher rating.
- Borys (8/5): Conveniently close to the airport. Value for mone. - Conveniently close to the airport for a late night arrival. Plenty of street food establishments and a 7/11 nearby. Suited my needs for 1 night perfectly. Good value for money.
- Garry (2/5): - Absolutely terrible there's no other word, certainly do not recommend for accommodation.
- David (8/5): - Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle.
- Oliver (10/5): - Excellent hotel and lovely staff!
- Alejandro (2/5): The Owner doesn't care - All night I had issues with the wifi. I asked the owner of the hotel to check out at 1 instead of noon because their internet was out and I needed it for work. He wanted to charge me a extra 100 baht for one hour. The whole time talking with him he was on his phone playing video games and talking disrespectfully to me.
- Paul (6/5): - Got to the hotel & they had double booked me so had to move me to a different hotel. This could of been dealt with a little bit differently
- Honesti (2/5): - Dont waste your time. This property is low budget, hot and smell
- Neha17k (2/5): Mrs Neha - If you want to stay there better go along with POLICE OFFICERS / COPS
because the lady who calls HERSELF a manager, owner of the hotel is as DANGEROUS as a WOLF
Our reservation included a free shuttle to airport
Our flight was delayed and we informed them and requested them 6 hours prior to change the pickup time.
She started yelling and without listening to us started telling us to get out, showed finger and when I started making a video recording she came to me and pushed me and was about to beat me but people came for rescue.
We started calling for police and we had the recording the way she pushed me and snatched my phone away.
But a gentleman came and apologized a lot to us and after long she said sorry just to refrain from police station
We've travelled all over the world and nowhere seen such a lady who is not a lady but a jungle animal
GOD SAVED US !!
GOD BLESS THEM WITH WISDOM !!
DONT EVEN TRY TO TAKE A RISK TO GO THERE
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The reservation clearly mentioned free airport transfer but the lady at the reception refused saying no driver is available. Also, they did not provide any reciept of my stay there.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Disgracefully rude receptionist......................
- Michael (8/5): Good over night for flight out - WiFi was good the room was clean and comfortable bed good water pressure in shower with hot water 3 mins from airport some restaurants close by. I would start again if needed a place close by the airport.
- JakkrapunK (6/5): Free airport transfer - Not excellent but not bad at all for one night stay. The hotel is near by Phuket airport they also provide free shuttle service upon request. Good a/c, hot water, free bottled water. Staff is friendly. Reasonable price!
- Boonhuat (8/5): For a Temp. stay - A nice place to stay temporarily.
- AshishT414 (2/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS RACIST HOTEL OR USE MMT - I and my friend were confirmed about the hotel stay and received all updates regarding the stay at Phuket Inn Hotel and when we reached the hotel at 11 pm, the hotel manager denied us check-in and rudely asked to leave the premises.
When we tried to ask the reason, manager just asked to get lost and said no MakeMyTrip people allowed. Any sort of help was refused and we were left stranded in a foreign country without any help.
MakeMyTrip helplines were expectedly busy and we did not get any response so we had to book a different hotel.
When I raised a ticket for this issue at MMT, the customer service guy Samanthan called me once when I was busy and when I could not receive the call, the ticket was closed as resolved. So if you’re stranded in foreign country, you’re supposed to call MMT hundreds of times to get any help and yet won’t get it while if they call you, you’re supposed to answer in the first call or the issue doesn’t exist.
When I checked the Twitter handle of MMT for the customer care, I found out hundreds of people trying to get refund for months and MMT replying with generic answers.
SO DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER THROUGH MMT OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR SHOULD YOU USE MMT.
- jacor815 (2/5): Dirty - Stayed here one night before early flight. Room is crawling with ants. No coffee facilities. AC not working. TV not working. Nothing to do in the area. Good thing only one night. Won't be back to this
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you 😊
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Nothing !,,,,!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
- Cindy (6/5): Bad sound-proofing in the room - Almost can’t sleep all night as you can hear the noises and people in and out the hotel the whole night.
- Kris (2/5): Wouldn’t stay here again 😷 - Reception was rude
Had to kill 50 mosquitos before I could get to sleep
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor staff - Unfriendly staff! Not helpful at all!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We checked in for the afternoon while waiting for our evening flight.Made great use of the pool and it was wonderful to have a shower and freshen up before our flight. We also used our included transfer to the airport minutes drive away.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I think you get what you pay for. Super affordable rooms, location right next to airport. I ended up staying another night but should have booked it through expedia rather then going to front desk. They charged me $33 and through Expedia it was only $17 so that upset me a bit. But over all it was decent. I did stay an extra night so it was decent overall
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Siimply furnished but very clean and convenient to beach, airport and other facilities. Excellent value
- Verified traveler (8/5): - room basic but clean
only 15 minutes walk to airport
hotel will pick you up and will only charge one way
- ChelseaI28 (2/5): Absolutely Disgusting! - This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at.
The manager running the front desk did not greet me, took me to a room that had a filthy floor with dark hair all over the place and the toilet seat was splattered in excrement. After politely alerting the manager to this and requesting another room I was screamed at by her and other Thais sitting in the lobby. I was told that the room had already been cleaned and all other rooms were booked so I could either stay or leave with no refund and have to carry my own bags out. After arguing that I would not be leaving without my money refunded the manager hurled further insults at me in Thai and stated that I had booked through expedia so it was my own fault if I did not like the state of the room. After much abuse thrown at me another employee stepped in , apologised for the manager's behaviour and showed me to another room. This room had at least been cleaned but all plug wall sockets were broken and the television did not work. The next morning I was supposed to have the hotel shuttle take me to the airport by 7.30am. I was told that I would only be taken once the staff had finished eating their breakfast. I had to sit and watch them eat in the lobby until they were finally ready to drop me off at 7.50am.
Given the abysmal service and disgusting state of the rooms, I believe that this hotel should be removed from the Trip Advisor site immediately and that nobody should consider staying there.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Be aware they charged us extra 500 bht for 7 th person. Even though I said there was 7 on reservation. They stated rooms where for 2 people only and the 3 rd that was ready for us had 3 beds. A friend was also yelled at after asking 3 times with no response from front desk lady if our airport transport was here. Wouldn’t recommend rude employment
- helen (2/5): Worst fleabag hotel ever... - This was the most expensive dive hotel I’ve stayed in. Worst conditions I’ve encountered. Room had broken furniture and lamp, outlets that didn’t work, mold in grout around sink and tub, and the sink shelf had a pull out drawer that had moldy standing water in it. It was so bad that we had to leave. I was afraid we’d pick up some bedbugs or other vermin! When we left there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for us to complain to or request a refund. It was so bad that after waiting 15 minutes we just left and stayed at Panphurrie right down the block which was like going from hell to heaven. Don’t book. I’m praying Hotels.com will find a way to get us refund. I have to wait till I return stateside. 😩😫
- Traveledalot337 (4/5): What a dump - This hotel is a dump and not worth the price being near to the airport you would like to think it had the proper facilities but alas not wen u are waiting for a flight although the room is clean you can't even get a English news channel never mind a film there's no chance of making a brew as there is no kettle and anyone wanting European food is going to have a long look
- Tagstagram (2/5): Tag - Do not stay ants taken over room staff refused to move us to another room unless we paid, instead they used bug spray which mad the room stink all night also air con very loud no tv channels worked ontv
- tifanimarchell (6/5): Quite Good - Okay, the location was good because it's close to the airport. There's a Sevel next door and also the hotel close to Nai yang Market and Nai Yang Beach, you can buy food or drink by walking. The room quite big, the bathroom was very clean. But the pillow case was a little smelly, so I decided to use a smaller pillow. The officer is also very serious, not friendly. The female clerk can't speak English, so it's very difficult to communicate.
- MAREE (6/5): OK but not great - The bed was fine but there were lots of flying bugs in the room and the TV didn't have any English Channels as far a we could tell.
Staff friendly but not able to understand well and looked to be a restaurant but didn't advise us so we just went out to eat along the street.
- Lidia (10/5): Can’t complain at the price - Fab for the price, very basic but I had everything I needed and the room was very clean
- brendasQ7215EA (10/5): Great stay before an early flight - This place is really cute. Good wifi, good aircon and helpful staff at a budget 40 Aud a night. Really close to the airport, be warned the rooms a rustic but really clean. They also have flats screens
And the kids loved the lap pool. There is something really charming about this place. I got no complaints going from 5 stars to 2.5 from the kids or husband.
- Patricia (6/5): Close to airport - I wasn’t happy that they say they have a shuttle to the airport that’s why I reserved but when I checked in he said they don’t have a shuttle after 8:00pm . That’s pretty early still considering you are close to the airport and know there are later flights then 8:00. I just walked, about 6 min.
They had hot water & coffee/tea in Lobby for free. Bed was really hard .
- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel review - Checked in properly, bellboy seemed like he wanted a tip and was very nerveracking, area is not good, as when coming to Phuket don’t go to this hotel or any by the airport.
- Verified traveler (4/5): OK for a cheap stay near the airport but that's it - The shower flooded the bathroom.
- ClaireA79 (2/5): It’s only for one night - We had our flights changed so we booked here after our holiday for one night.
And that’s what I said to myself all night long.
The rooms were ok but the balcony doors didn’t lock and our sheets had stains on them so we decided to sleep on top of the bed fully clothed. The staff were abrupt on check in and charged us 200brt for the transfer to the airport pay up front. No problem.
There was a 7 11 next door for food.
The pool was nice and clean and we enjoyed the swim.
Upon leaving they packed our bags and the 5 of us into a four wheel drive and then tried to put another passenger in the car with us. There was no way we would all fit safety and the other passenger took a cab much to the dismay of the hotel staff no doubt in loosing another 200brt.
When we arrived at the airport (2 minutes drive tops) they dropped us at the arrivals.
It’s just one night
- Mike (2/5): Trash - Trash
- Marie-Claude (10/5): Convenient before a flight - Really nice clean and comfortable room. Even used the pool which was a nice touch. One free ride to the airport. Very convenient to the airport. Cheap delicious places to eat near by.
- fabianeruas (8/5): as we expected - We spent just one night in this hotel because it's close to the airport.
We arrived around 7pm and left at 4:30am.
The room it was good, clean and tidy.
They have transfer to the airport, but you need to pay for that.
The staffs were too serious.
Close to the hotel you can find places to eat and supermarket.
- Michael (8/5): Good transit hotel - A good transit hotel and close to the beach (where we had a wonderful meal).
- G Jay (10/5): Great basic quick stay for a very late arrival - Very close to airport- I walked there in 10 min and avoided taxi fare.. plus needed to get blood pumping after long flight.
This is no resort- it’s basic and super clean. Nice small pool. Why pay reaort fee when I landed at 2:00 in the morning? I slept here and went to resort early the next day.
I will absolutely recommend this to anyone. Just remember it’s no resort, it’s a private room.
Very clean and comfortable. I wish they had a small safe in the room.
- 160jodies (6/5): Ok for a night stay before early flight - Luckily I arrived at 9pm and left at 4:30am so I literally used the bed and that was it. The staff were fast at checking me in and getting me into the room which was great.
The bed was relatively hard, as all SE asia beds are. I had to pay 200 bht to arrange a car to the airport which I thought would be free, but it was at 4:45am so that's ok.
When I woke up in the morning the lady behind the desk was asleep and it took me about 5 minutes to wake her up and when I did she seemed like she wasn't aware she had to take me to the airport. But she still did anyway.
Overall an ok stay if you're just going for a short amount of time.
- Sheridan (4/5): Close to airport - Claimed I didn’t have booking when I checked in. Bed was as hard as concrete. We were given a front room, which was very noisy, so didn’t get much sleep
- Mona_Oleon (2/5): VERY RUDE STAFF - The hotel's stuff was very rude. Front desk lady Bam looked like i came to their house to live for free. The room was not bad, but the bathroom was dirty. I'll never stay there again or recomment it to anybody.
- jody (2/5): Horrible - So i accidentally booked the day before the one i wanted. And i called the hotel, the man that picked up understood almost no English. Still i tried to explain what happen. And he’s answer was “i send Shuttlebus now” uuuggghhhh... so i told him he doesn’t understand and asked to talk to someone else. He yelled at me that his English is good and hung up the phone. Thanks for nothing, I’m contacting my card company to get my money back
- Karina (2/5): - I was attacked in Phuket Airport Inn by the taxi driver. I'm a brittle girl had heavy luggage and i couldn't lift by myself. I asked the driver to help me.He refused. I told him that this service was listed when I booked the hotel and that was his job. After that he attacked me. He tried to hit me in the face, i used by bagback to protect my face. I dropped my backpack on the ground and broked my laptop and phone. The driver's behavior was absolutely inadequate. I booked the room under my name. My parents and my brother left their baggages in my room. They had the flight the same day in the evening. We didn't plan to stay in the hotel. We were gettting ready to leave then Bem, the front desk lady, started to kick my room's door yelling that I had to pay her 500 batt otherwise she claimed to call the police. She scared my elderly parents and we left right away. Even it was says under the hotel's policy that no guests allowed after 11pm. We checked in at 2pm. I'm very dissapointed in hotel's service and left after staying 1 night.
- Kellielk (10/5): Exactly what we were expecting - We were collected at the airport room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and it was perfect location to crash for a few hours before our next flight. There was some confusion with Expedia over booking so we were taken directly to another hotel around the coner
- Amy (6/5): Close + Basic - It’s pretty clean, just a little run down but def close to the airport! I was at my gate for an early international flight in 30 mins. Loud slamming doors throughout the night and mosquitos, I slept maybe 3-4 hours, so would personally never stay again bc I’m a light sleeper.
- roxg3 (2/5): NO! NO! NO! - I hardly ever give bad reviews but this one I had to do it! This place deserves a rating on the negatives! They were suppose to pick us up at the airport and never showed up! We called three times to see where the driver was since they told us "he was five minutes away"and every time we got yelled at by the receptionist. We got to the hotel by foot and they did not care that we were there without their driver. They also received us with dirty looks and small talk. The room was full of flies and there was a dead roach on the floor. DO NOT STAY HERE! BEWARE there is also a hotel with a similar name so be careful when booking.
- Meg (6/5): Conveniently close to the airport and beach - Basic hotel if you just need a place to stay. The staff is friendly but doesn’t speak much English. I struggled to find a phone number for someone to call for their free airport pick up but I found it by calling Expedia directly who emailed them and then they emailed me. (Way too complicated). Warm showers and clean facility, beds were the typical firmness for thailand, walls a bit thin. There is a 7eleven right next door and the Sirinat National Park and Nai Yang Beach is about a mile away and easily walkable. Airport is half mile away.
- ken (6/5): - Restaurant no clean enough. Facilities seems bit old which need an to be renovated in order to keep the rating
- Verified traveler (6/5): Conveniently located to the airport. - Two of the staff I encouraged were not very efficient in taking care of administrative details.
- Faizatul (6/5): One and the last time - So scary with our next room guest (a man with wearing underware only) who so weird looking at us when we just arrived to our room until we close our room he keep on look out at us..no kettle at room n tv chanel only 1 (talk about buddism all time)..so terrible
- Barbarushka23 (8/5): Nice and clean - We booked this hotel through an agency because we wanted to spend the last day near the airport. There was some mixup with our booking (not the hotel’s fault) and the lady at the reception was very kind in trying to resolve it and really did her best. Nothing could be done though but we were still able to get a room here and even a late check out for some additional cost. The transfer to the airport was free, the rooms are very clean and cosy, with a/c, fridge, tv, a nice bathroom, there’s even a small balcony with not much of a view but didn’t really expect one. The beach is about 10 minute walk away, a 7-11 is right next door to the hotel, so are several restaurants. The hotel has a small pool also.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the Airport - The place is very accessible to the airport. The check-in took about 15 minutes even though I was the only customer there at the time.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Perfect location - That was near to Airport.
Good location along the main road.
Easy to get around for food and convenient stores. Remember to get mosquito repellant.
Their wifi connection is excellent
- Roxy (2/5): Don't waste your time and money - The hotel said they would arrange airport pickup for us. They never got there and when I called to ask them where they were, we got yelled at three times. We walked it to the hotel and it was about a 15 minute walk. When we got there the staff was extremely rude and didn't care that we had gotten there without their driver. The room was dirty and had cockroaches along with small bugs on both the tables and floors. Theres a hotel with a similar name so be careful when booking. Would I stay here again? No never again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Close to airport - We flew in at midnight so we just wanted somewhere close to sleep for the night. The room was clean enough but it's in a dirty part of town and there were bugs all over the room. It had AC though and two water bottles. It was cheap, I would stay again.
- Michael (8/5): Decent price / decent room 5min from the airport - i decided to book it for 6hrs to wait for a flight. Rooms are decent, walls are a bit thin however i did not stay overnight. Nice big shower area. Balcony was a bit worn down but it was an airport hotel and the free shuttle service is great.
- jackie (4/5): - my bed room is not comfortable, and it was a noisy from outside. for my towels it has a lot of ant that i cannot change and use it. for the staffs asre nice
- Reinhard (10/5): Close to airport - Very clean and tidy hotel. 5 mins drive to airport with hotel shuttle (free of charge)
- Sooka (4/5): Airport transportation needed
- It was a little nervous experience. We needed a transportation to airport and a place to spend a night before catch a flight out of Bangkok.
- Ei (8/5): The hotel is only 5 mins drive away. - The hotel looks small and appearance from front view is different from the photo in advertisement. However, the room was big and nice.
- Gary (8/5): Close to airport - Simple, economical, clean. You can be in bed within 10 minutes of leaving airport, especially good for late arrival.
- lorettab594 (8/5): Cheap and did the trick - We flew into Phuket late landing at midnight so this hotel for us was just a shower and bed until we moved on to our actual destination the next morning.
The shuttle bus runs 24/7 which is super handy, staff were pleasant and friendly. Room had what we needed and we got what we paid for. 7 Eleven supermarket is open 24/7 next door for snacks and drinks.
What more can you expect for $20 AUD a night!!
- emiller07 (2/5): Poor Service, No airport pickup, no contact info online - We had called this hotel several times to try to arrange the advertised "free airport transfer." No one answered the phone throughout the day. Upon our late 12:30 am arrival we were charged 400 baht (roughly $12 USD) to get a taxi to our hotel. We had heavy bags with us and as the hotel would not communicate with us we were left to arrange transport ourselves. We had also looked for a website, email address, and even facebook for contact info prior to this. There is little to no contact information available online.
What was supposed to be a budget friendly overnight stop ended up costing around $40 due to not receiving the free airport transfer. There are much nicer places to stay for that price point.
The person that greeted us at the hotel upon arrival was rude and not helpful and neither was the person at the desk the next morning. They would not give us refund of any kind and were asking to check our phones for proof that we had called.
Additionally, the room and bathroom smelled strongly like abrasive cleaning products and the bathroom had a nasty smell (maybe sewer or mold issues?). The air conditioning did not work properly and we were very hot throughout the night.
I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I wanted to take the time to write this review to prevent others from having a similar bad experience. Good luck and safe travels!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The night manager likes to argue with the customers.
- jon (8/5): budget price, exceeded expectations ! - For the price we just wanted somewhere to sleep for the night.Well we got one of the best thick, firm pillows ive ever had in any motel, including five star ! Air-con worked great, bed was large and comfortable as well.Yes bathroom was average but for a short stay ,you couldnt go passed this one.No breaky wasn't a real problem as there was places to eat up and down the road.
- 191kimberlyp (2/5): Solo Females Should Skip - Overall, this place is good for what it is - close to the airport, a reasonably clean place to crash before or after a flight. However, traveling as solo females, we felt incredibly unsafe. There's no deadbolt or chain on the door (just a push lock), there's no security peep hole or window, no phone, and the surrounding area was rundown (even for we had become used to in Thailand). The man at the front desk didn't do anything to make us feel more comfortable - actually, the opposite. As a result, we stayed up all night with the lights on (unfortunately, too late at night to change hotels). I should have done more research and chosen a different place for us, not blaming the hotel, but I'm writing this review so others in a similar situation can avoid my mistakes.
- chill_jean (6/5): Nice budget for short stay - Since we arrive in the evening we book our first night in this hotel, you get the basic need that you pay. The hotel is quite spacious for 3 pax, the toilet is clean and big too except that the knob of the shower is loose and not working so we use the main valve of the shower. Very near to the airport and staffs are nice too
- Gabi (4/5): Pictures are misleading - Cockroaches out front of the Lobby, room smelled like Lysol and moth balls. Room overall cleanl but bed smelled strongly of cleaning supplies and moth balls. Not terrible for 18$ but you get what you paid for.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for airport convienence - There was lots a good food around. Everything was fine. Nothing terrible, nothing exceptional
- Verified traveler (6/5): Easy for late night arrivals - Clean rooms, AC works, close walking distance from airport- no cabs needed if you dont mind carrying your bags.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Just need a place to spend the night cause plane arrive to late to get our taxi boat to koh Yao..
- Ericzon (8/5): Thanks - Nothing negative. It was what we needed for our situation. Service was great.
- J.B (8/5): Nice hotel close to airport & Nai Yang Beach - Our second stay here. Hotel is good budget priced accommodation close & convenient to airport. Free airport transfers easily arranged. Also within walking distance to Nai Yang Beach.
- Craig (6/5): Convenient distance to airport! - I would say the best part of this stay was the 3 minute distance by shuttle to airport!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel well located for the airport and gave us a free transfer at 4am for our early flight. Room was really nice and spacious and the hotel had a great pool out the back. Would definitely recommend as a stopover.
- Roxi (6/5): Basic needs met - This was an inbound overnight stay, due to a late arrival Into Phuket Airport. FYI this hotel does not offer breakfast (at all), or tea/coffee in the room as stated in the listing.
The pick up from the airport was timely, you need to phone them when you arrive.
The rooms are basic, but clean with showers and air con. Traditional concrete slab beds as found throughout Asia.
I stayed in room 302, up 2 flights of stairs, and on the same level as the laundry and water pump system which was right outside my door and quite noisy all night. (As was the neighbouring karaoke bar). Fine with ear plugs if you have them. My room also had no windows except for the air vent in the bathroom. Good for sleeping? But a little claustrophobic.
Some of the staff have ok English, some have none. I try not to be too judgemental in this area, I'm the foreigner, but basics in this industry would be helpful.
It was very cheap and I would probably stay again if needed, but would request a different room with a window and at least not next to the water pump.
- Mindaugas (8/5): Good for airport stay - Stayed for one day for next day flight, very clean good air conditioner, helpful staff. Had airport transfer early morning!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok for 1 night stay - Stayed here for 1 night before early morning flight. Checking in was nerve racking. One lady couldn't find my reservation in her stack of papers. After second lady came over, she eventually found it. This was unsettling as I was traveling alone and just wanted to get into my room safely. They room is noisy with absolutely no view. However, It was very clean. It suited my need as I was leaving early in the morning.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Walkable from airport. - We arrived into the airport late, and the hotel was close enough to walk to ... maps.me... the transportation around Phuket is notoriously expensive. In review, it's a good cheap hotel if you're tired. However, would recommend going straight to Kata beach or south so you can wake up on the beach and not waste a morning.
- Julia (4/5): Terrible staff. - The rudest staff I have ever seen in any place I have stayed! Broken door lock in a patio door overlooking concrete wall.
English speaking ? NO! Smell inside a room ! Real bad. Only advantage is location if airport is what You are after. Shuttle
free even at 3: 45 am.
- Haiman (4/5): Close to airport but terrible staff - Hotel didn't pick us up from the airport. We tried calling them but no response. Once we reached the hotel, staff was not helpful and said that they don't have any available rooms and shifted us to another hotel which was much inside and about 10 mins drive from main road. We have to walk back to main road in the morning which was hard as it was quite sunny
- G Jay (10/5): Great basic room close to airport. - For the price and an airport stay its excellent. They have a great little pool, very clean! Not a touristy area so not much in walking distance, but there are fod places. 7-11 is right next door!
- Beverly (8/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - This hotel was perfect for us. Our flight was at 420am so it was perfect to only pay a small price and be able to shower, relax and get a little bit of sleep before leaving for the airport at 2 am! The free airport shuttle was clutch! Lots of 7-11 stores and restaurants on the same block! Has all you need for a short stay. The AC worked great and free wifi!
- Bartolome C (10/5): very good - Very clean, small swimming pool, but still ok. It's one km to beautiful Nai Yang beach, and close to the airport
- David (8/5): Clean, simple, & close to the airport - A nice, but basic & somewhat spartan hotel for a one night airport layover. The pool was a nice added amenity, as was the nearby beach, close to the planes taking off & landing (30 minutes by foot to swim & watch the airplanes).
- kay (4/5): Needs love - We didn't actually stay here. We had booked another hotel (Pixel Hostel) but there was some confusion as to it's location and distance from the airport. The map showed it was 45 minutes from the airport. We thought we would just pay for another room closer to airport. Imagine our surprise when we found they were right next door to each other. Turned out to be a pleasant one.
We checked into the Phuket Airport Inn but moved next door to Pixel Hostel. We had paid for both.
- Adz (4/5): Old hotel. However, close to the airport. - Old motel. However, it's ok for one night stay if you have an early flight. Very close to the airport
- Anoesjka (6/5): Quick recovery stay - It was a nice stay although we just checked in for the night to be able to be close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. Friendly staff with quick check in, great if airport is your next destination.
- max (4/5): Avoid unless waiting for a plane - Horrible staff horrible bed inadequate hot water heater horrible tv horrible area but close to airport that sums it up
