• Denis (7/5): I will stay there again once the renovations are complete. - The staff were all friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the coffee at breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located for us to visit our family in Moreleta park. The hotel was undergoing renovations, and so ou8r ground floor room which normally overlooked a garden area, overlooked a very large pile of scaffolding and building materials. On Monday morning we were woken to half a dozen builders making lots of loud noise, moving scafolding and tools. we could not open the curtains because there would have been no privacy. The rooms are not "woman" friendly, in as much as plugs for hairdryers, a place to sit, and a mirror are not in one place to be able to to do hair and makeup.
• Hugo (3/5): Not pleasant and will not consider staying here again. - Location Facility is poorly maintained. Room door couldn’t be opened or locked properly! Taps in water basin one not working no water other one had to be repaired by maintenance while I occupied room. Carpets need cleaning! Staff not very friendly. Overall not a pleasant stay taking into account the amount paid and not the class of boutique hotel that one would expect.

• Thabitha (8/5): - The establishment is so perfect, clean, friendly staff, suitable for children, quiet and peaceful. Ohhhhh the place is heaven🥹 I didn't like the waiting part. Unfortunately our booking was only reflecting on booking.com, not in their website. We had to wait in the reception as in We didn't pay. Secondly they gave us a room that seems to be hardly used, the smell wasn't pleasant, the floor carpet was dusty, we sneezed the whole night 🤨 other than that it's a nice place.

I understand Pretoria has had alot of rain recently however my room (Room 3) has a bad smell like wet carpet or mold. Left straight after check in and only got back to the room very late and it was too late to request a room move from reception so I stayed in the smelly room.

Love the facilities inside the room and my bed was very comfortable. On my arrival there was no one at the reception area and no bell, had to ask the security guard for assistance. Having to walk up the stairs with the suitcase was not nice. My dinner and first day breakfast were warm (not hot). Waited for almost 30 minutes for breakfast on my second/ last day

• Donovan (8/5): Enjoyed the location and the parking was secure as there is security - Staff very accommodating and friendly, room was clean and spacious Bed was a bit firm for me and had some problem with the door lock on entering as it wouldn’t always open on the first try and wash basin tap was loose. Only very minor maintenance issues The reception area is in a very strange location, there isn't a bar although the menu indicates it, and there are bad leaks when it's raining. The spa is a complete disappointment. It added no value whatsoever, and if anything, should probably be closed.
