• Verified traveler (10/5): Très bon séjour - Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel très calme à deux pas des stations, le spa est très grand, alors si je devais donner un petit bémol serai sur le petit déjeuner sur le manque de choix sur le salé et le lit deux matelas de 90 collé du coup on se retrouve vite dans le creux mais cela reste que mon avis
• Jill (4/5): - If you don’t have a car, it is very difficult to get around as taxis and uber are limited in the area. We had multiple taxi drivers say yes and cancel. Rooms are dated and weird smell coming from the carpet. With limited transportation, we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant which was not good. We booked through Expedia and chose a pay at hotel option - and had picked to include breakfast and access to the spa. The hotel denied that we had chosen that option. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything because I chose pay at hotel. Hotel refused to give me the lower rate because we never did get breakfast or spa access. Definitely not worth what we ended up paying. My recommendation: Stay somewhere else.

• Céline (8/5): Bon séjour - C'était très bien, avec un bémol, Nous n'avons pu avoir notre chambre que vers 17h alors qu'il était noté "à partir de 15h", Avec une réservation d'accès au spa, c'était pour notre jour d'arrivée et il n'était pas possible de décaler au lendemain, Le spa offrait de la tisane qui paraissait bien bonne, mais la pauvre jeune fille en charge ne savait pas comment recharger... Sinon, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel sont top

• Brooke (4/5): Not as advertised. - The room and space does not look as advertised in these photos. The photos make it look like a 5 star hotel when it is really a 3 star hotel. Looks like it will be very lux but it is decidedly not. Parts of the room were newly renovated but with cheap and faux finishes. This was one of my stops on a road trip from Paris to Milan. It was the most expensive room and the least nice room. We booked 2 nights and ended leaving the morning after the first night since it was my husbands birthday and I wanted it to be special with things to do in the area. lost out on money of the second night.

La télé capte mal certaines chaînes. Sinon spa nuit est rentable. Se fut pas non plus un séjour désagréable au contraire.

Restaurant pas a la hauteur des prix pratiqués. Jai pris une entree, oeuf parfait et une assiette de fromage 27€... service inexpérimenté en basket, et aigri. 15€ le petit dej et tres peu de choix et qualité On sattend vraiment a autre chose.

C'est une honte car la réceptionniste n'a pas osé le dire à notre arrivée se contentant de dire par téléphone suite à notre demande qu'il n' y avait pas de clim. dans l'hôtel mais qu'il y avait des ventilateurs portatifs... Les clients de l'hôtel avec réservation directe ont eu droit à des réductions mais nous qui avons réservé sur internet avec Hotels.com, rien du tout. C'est fini je ne réserve plus sur Hotels.com et je ne retournerai jamais à l'Hôtel Radiana. 90€ la nuit sans clim et sans petit-déjeuner c'est une honte. Même pas d'accès à la piscine. Il faut payer 30€ la journée pour y avoir droit...

Dans un écrin de verdure très apaisant, le tout avec un complexe aquatique (spa) parfaitement adapté pour la détente. Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas au niveau des services (restaurant, spa, soins de massage, extérieurs arborés), ce serait le paradis sur terre
• Kimberly (6/5): Check spa availability - You should definitely check spa availability before booking. I booked my room and then found out their spa seevices were booked up for the entire weekend. In my opinion, that's the biggest reason to stay here. Otherwise, the hotel was nice for the money.

There is a fantastic open-air spa with a view of the mountains, and many walking trails nearby. The room was comfortable and in great condition, with ample closet space, good view, nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Lots of menu options at the restaurant, and the food was very good.
• Kent (8/5): Good family room - Nice stay for one night. Some of the information about ski resorts was quite wrong. We were told it was 20 minutes to Val Thorens when it was really 58 minutes according to Google Maps. Great price and the room was very nice and spacious.

Malgré la presentation de la facture incluant les taxes et les frais la réceptionniste m'explique qu il faut quand même repayer la taxe de sejour. Arrivés dans la chambre je decouvre une moquette tachée ainsi qu une vieille paire de chaussettes. Pas de chauffage ,la tele ne marche pas . La directrice m'explique que comme je n ai pas réservé sur le site de l hotel je n ai pas l acces au spa gratuit et ne peux pas participer aux animations de l hotel A mon depart on me redemande de payer ma chambre... A fuir

• Carrie (6/5): Serviceable hotel, unpleasant service. - Just stopped for the night on my way to ski. Night receptionist was rather unpleasant and unhelpful (I had to switch rooms twice due to the issues to follow and he was visibly annoyed by my requests). Climate control wouldn’t work in any of the rooms and they were exceptionally hot. One room had a very loud motor sound. Ended up back in the original room - an hour later - with the windows open, which I don’t mind except that they opened in so there was no way to close a curtain and as I was on a low floor anyone could see inside. All that being said, the hotel was clean, serviceable, and inexpensive. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. Had the service been better I would have been fine with the minor annoyances of the AC and noise level. As it stands, I think I’d try another nearby hotel.
