I liked the hot pot for hot water and the refrigerator. The bed was very squeaky whenever I moved and not very comfortable.

• David (7/5): Its cheap for London but not really comfortable - Its an affordable room in London. More of a prison cell than a hotel room, very small with barely any natural light and no ventilation

• John (1/5): NEVER STAY WITH OYO - Nothing. The worst customer service ever. I asked to swap my booking to the OYO Victoria as I did not realise I was booking the one on Thorn Rd. OYO would not accommodate my request so I ended up having to make a.fresh booking for the OYO Orban which was the most filthy, small and unsafe accommodation I have ever stayed in. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend staying in an OYO run hotel to anyone. Disgraceful that firstly they would not accommodate my initial request and then that they put me in a place that you wouldn't ask an animal to stay in.
• Laura Ballestrino Mateos (4/5): Habitación aceptable, pero limpieza deficiente, y retienen 100£ como fianza! - El personal fue amable, y me prestaron un adaptador de cargador sin ningún problema. La cama era cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, pero el baño es súper pequeño. La habitación no estaba limpia... uno de los rollos de papel higiénico estaba sucísimo... la ducha no me atreví a usarla... y la mesa tenía manchas que muestran que claramente lleva tiempo sin limparse. Por lo menos las sábanas de la cama se veían bien. Por otra parte, me retuvieron 100£ en mi tarjeta bancaria como fianza! Para una habitación que me ha valido 72£ me parece una exageración. Me dijeron que normalmente el banco lo devuelve a las 24h pero ya han pasado 6 días y sigue retenido. En otras ocasiones me han retenido 5, 10... pero nunca 100. Si este guest house fuese de alta categoría lo entendería, pero es un sitio muy muy básico, y a las afueras del centro de la ciudad. Ah, y a las 3:00am sonó a todo volumen una alarma de incendios por error... varias veces.

• Carmel (1/5): Poor. - As I was on a business trip,the location was good. Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty.. Only one cup and spoon. I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one. Should have a microwave.. Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .

• Katherine (7/5): Bom custo benefício sem muito conforto - É um bom hotel, sem luxo, sem elevador. Eu fiquei no 3° andar e a escada era uma dificuldade pra subir e descer com malas. Os funcionários são simpáticos. A estação próxima é de uma linha (Elisabeth Line) cujos trens passam a cada 15-20 minutos e costumam estar com problemas de operação. Barulho vindo dos quartos de cima e ao redor, o piso superior range e qualquer barulho fica muito forte, tive que reclamar na recepção. O aquecimento é fraco e a cama dura.

You can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out if necessary. The location may seem far from the center, but the fast Elizabeth line makes it easy to access. We forgot to bring a converter, but they supplied one for us. The cleanliness was not perfect in detail, for example, under the bed. The stairs are somewhat narrow until reaching the top floor. As a couple with small luggage, we found them quite manageable; however, larger bags may present accessibility challenges.

• Stijn (3/5): To avoid unless money is your only criterium. - Close to the Elizabeth line Friendly staff The price was ok, but to call it 'value' for money is also a stretch, even with London prices. Good Indian place nearby. I first was placed in a basement room that was not clean (cobwebs above my head), strongly smelled like someone had been smoking in it the night before. I then got moved to a different room (above ground) that did not smell bad, but looks absolutely crap regardless. I don't understand why this property is in such bad state. Fix that area around the toilet and put new paint on it. Or install the wood with the barcode not facing the hotel guest at least. I don't mind a small room, I don't mind a room that looks dated, I don't mind the absolute basic facilities, but this is a scam.

Si trova vicino la metro è una linea ferroviaria che però incrocia numerose fermate metro e attraversa il centro città! Vicino la struttura ci sono tavole calde, bar e supermercati! La camera è molto piccola ma pulita, lo staff fantastico
• Joanna (1/5): Avoid. Dirty. Tired. Uncomfortable. - It wasn’t too far from some tube stations. The lack of cleanliness. The whole place needs renovation. I didn’t feel safe. Basic locks. Poor bed. Hardly ever anyone at reception & I had to wait a while when I first got there for anyone to appear. Overpriced and shouldn’t be listed as 3 star. Felt more like a motel/hostel. Would not recommend or ever stay again. I only stayed the duration of my booking because the logistics of finding somewhere else was too complicated and I’d travelled a long way to get to London.
• Jakub (10/5): Best hotel personal - Hotel personal was the best! They were very helpful for me. Even in their free time and after my stay, they actively helped me to solve problems with my car. I can recommend this place. Other advantage is it's location. It is calm place where locals live, with good services and food shops. A few meters away is a subway station, so you can easily go to the city centre. They also offer parking places with sufficient capacity. Jakub
• Lucy (7/5): Basic but comfortable - You get what you pay for, the room was basic no frills but it was quiet, comfortable and friendly staff. I needed to be close to a work event in Acton so it was perfect for that. No complaints
• ugochukwu (10/5): Great place: very cool. - What attracted me to the hotel was it’s closeness to the Elizabeth Line - roughly five minutes’ walk - and the refrigerator in every room. However, I totally enjoyed my stay - stores, cafes, were close by, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful.
• Artem (7/5): - Price was ok as for London. It was clean. Close to Acton main line station. Overall it's ok for a short stay. The room had its own bathroom. Honestly you can find a similar room with a much better location at this price, if you look in advance. The metro station itself is rather remote and not every train stops there. I would recommend to rent something further out, but nicer, if you are on a tight budget, unless of course you need to be in Acton.
