• Raytjuh (8/5): Prima locatie - Ontvangst, ruime kamer ( suite). Ontbijt uitstekend en ruim. Dicht bij strand, restaurant en winkels. Zeer behulpzaam en vriedelijk personeel. Kamer kreeg je met de airco in plafond niet koel genoeg. Suite zit aan de voorkant van hotel ( zeezicht) wat aardig wat herrie van verkeer en rumoer van het leven op straat meebrengt in de kamer. Te harde verlichting in de kamer.

Hotel posiada kilka tarasów i basen, dostęp jest bezpłatny, podobnie jeśli chodzi o użytkowanie leżaków i ręczników. Jest przyjazny dla rowerzystów. Oferta śniadaniowa szeroka. Trochę przeszkadzało usytuowanie pokoju od strony ronda, na którym znajduje się parking taksówek. Na minus hałas z ulicy i możliwość zaglądania z ulicy do pokoju mimo że był usytuowany na 1 piętrze.

El desayuno es tipo bufet, y la verdad aunque podria haber algo mas de variedad ofrecen buena calidad. Por poner un pero, las almohadas son demasiado malas, muy blandas para mi gusto, menos mal que la cama lo salva porque el colchón esta bastante bien.

• Marion (7/5): Personal sehr nett, Einrichtung und Farbkonzept sehr schön , aber etwas ungepflegt - Sehr netter Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt und sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, von allem was dabei, Lage dicht am Wasser und im Geschehen… Restaurant mit preiswertem Mittagstisch aber sehr gutem Essen direkt am Hotel, Bushaltestelle direkt beim Hotel,Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels und kostenfrei Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle und wir dachten die fahren durch unser Zimmer, 1.Etage Suite, dafür kann keiner was, aber kein Hinweis darauf bei Ankunft…zum Ausladen der Koffer schwierig, da Auffahrt zum Hotel gesperrt- wir haben auf dem Taxiparkplatz gehalten, unsere Schiebetür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ging nicht zu schließen, wenn Licht an war, dann in allen Räumen leider keine getrennte Schaltung( Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) möglich, Licht im Wohnzimmer geflackert… Toilettenlüftung ging nicht( kein Fenster) Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein… Bademantel auf dem Zimmer hatte ein riesen Loch( wirklich)kann alles passieren darf aber dann nicht im Zimmer liegen

• 249faitha (10/5): Unexpected Upgrade - We flew to Santa Ponsa on 19th October, originally booked to stay at the Plazamar. Upon arrival, we were informed that due to maintenance - and the fact we weren’t travelling with children - we’d be moved to the Plaza Hotel instead. One of the managers personally drove us down the road to the Plaza Hotel and even handled our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. To our delight, we were upgraded from self-catering to bed & breakfast, and still retained wristbands to access Jutlandia where our family were staying. This flexibility made it easy to stay connected and enjoy shared amenities. Our room overlooked the pool, was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing short break. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff were incredibly attentive, always checking in on how we were doing and asking about our plans for the day. Check-out was just as impressive. We were treated to two complimentary cocktails and offered a discount for future direct bookings. We would absolutely recommend the Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Santa Ponsa!
• Ann Marie (3/5): Unsatisfactory and unclean - The location was ok. The place smelled really strongly of sewage, which was being pumped into our room through the air con unit. The fridge did not work, the room was not clean, and it was generally too small. I asked for an ice bucket for our drinks and some ice, to combat the fridge not working, and they practically argued with my request, and I’ve attached a picture of the rusty ice bucket they provided. Disgusting. Everything felt basic for the high price it commanded.
• MAGALI (6/5): Top mais ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. - L’accueil et le service. Bat à cocktail top avec de bon cocktail. Manque les petits gâteaux apéro ou cacahuètes. Petit déjeuner et restaurant bon et sympa. Le ménage (touffe de cheveux sur les coussins du lit, au le sol et sdb pour moi pas faite) et bcp de bruit dans les couloirs la nuit (personnes qui claque les portent et parle très fort). Pour moi qui a une entreprise de ménage en France si mes employés bossent comme ça c’est un savon qui se prenne. Par rapport à l’établissement c’est inadmissible. Tjr les mêmes personnes qui prenait les bains de soleil à la terrasse lounge et laissait toute leur affaire (canette vide, serviette sale,etc..)

• Hondajazz1 (8/5): First Visit - We had to change our original hotel in Palma Nova as it shut half way through our week .The hotel itself is beautifully decorated ,pool area is nice and relaxing. The hotel stall are all very polite and helpful. We were offered a nice glass of bubbles on arrival .Our room was lovely but it did lack storage .There are hardly any draws ,we felt like we had clothes everywhere .The bedside cabinets could easily have a few draws and under half the long shelf. Also no shelf in the bathroom .The balcony was also a good size .Breakfast was nice ,cooked,yogurts,fruit and pastries .It is in a good location ,opposite the bus terminal and the taxi rank .The first few nights I was woken early morning by the taxi men who sit downstairs and chat and they are by no means quiet .The bar area is also really nice and we ate in the restaurant Harry's ,food was lovely .Sadly SP was not the resort for us so sadly would not return but if SP is your preferred choice of resort then I would recommend this hotel .

Blisko znajduje się bezpłatny parking miejski, jak i dwie ulice, na których można parkować — miejsc nie brakuje. Mieliśmy pokój na 1 piętrze z prywatnym tarasem. Pokój czysty, łóżko duże i wygodne. Poduszki płaskie — przyjemnie się spało. Taras spory. Leżaczki, stolik, parasolka. Słońce od rana do wieczora. Śniadania smaczne. Nic wyjątkowego, ale wszystko OK. Restauracja oferuje smaczne jedzenie z karty. Można usiąść w środku, jak i na tarasie od strony ulicy — przyjemne miejsce. Barman robi drinki, które szybko dają się odczuć. Obsługa uprzejma i zabawna. Zagadują do ludzi, uśmiechnięci, pomocni — fajny klimat robią. Plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy. Czysta, piaszczysta, delikatne zejście do wody. Fajne widoki na zatokę. Warto wejść po schodach, które widać z plaży — piękny widok! Ogólnie nie ma czego się czepić. Łazienka mogłaby być większa i mieć lepsze oświetlenie.

Bad smell of sewage in room and toilet, couldn’t be moved rooms and nothing done to rectify problem, air conditioning wasn’t working for a period of time, be prepared for street noise due to location, early morning binmen, trucks buses and everyday life.

• 452dianek (10/5): Wedding Anniversary. - Stayed at Plaza Santa Ponsa Boutique Hotel from 17th-24th September to celebrate our Wedding Anniverasry on arrived we were greeted by Luca who was so friendly and looked after us the whole holiday making sure if we needed anything he was there Thank you for that.Like other reviews have stated the hotel is really clean,rooms are survised every day by excellent staff,breakfast had a huge selection of items that was always well stocked.A Huge thank you to Leah she gave us lots of advise for places to visit,bus times & stops to get off/on.Her knowledge was much appreciated and so welcome.The staff are a credit to the hotel and made our holiday a one to remember.

The staff were very nice and helped with the room change (we got a front-facing room for the first night). Close to the park, beaches, and restaurants. Need to work on the cleanliness in the rooms. The floor was dirty from before our stay. The breakfast was good, but the selection was very limited. The front-facing rooms are very noisy at night, as there are people coming from parties, a bus and taxi stop, and a roundabout just in front of the hotel.

De ligging is top: recht tegenover het strand en in het centrum, waardoor alles op loopafstand ligt. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk! Dat sprong er wel uit. Pluspunten: Super centrale locatie tegenover een baai 🌊 Moderne kamers, netjes en comfortabel Ontvangst met een glaasje cava 🥂 Veel restaurants en cafés in de buurt. Parkeren in de buurt is niet gratis. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de rotonde. We hadden al vroeg lawaai van het verkeer.

The atmosphere and seating were so inviting that we ended up coming back every night – and even popped in for a cheeky lunchtime sangria! There’s a fantastic selection of drinks to choose from, and the bar has a lovely, chilled vibe during the day, while being very popular in the evenings. Highly recommended! Thank you Lia and team.

• 651kerryj (8/5): Amazing staff - Me and my husband stayed for a week 30th August, On arrival the staff were lovely so friendly and helpful making you feel welcome and relaxed. Our room was infront of the taxi rank which was a noisy at night to be honest, but not a problem. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday although it is a bit on the small side with not enough space for clothes etc. The breakfast was good the fresh fruit was lovely and a nice chilled atmosphere. Outside the hotel on the terrace is a lovely place to sit and have some drinks (great for people watching) tye location is great just across the road from the beach. Overall its a lovely 4* hotel, the staff are a credit they go above and beyond to make sure you have a chilled holiday!

• Jennifer (9/5): All the staff were amazing, helpful and kind. - Good location although our room was on the front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy. The taxi rank was right outside the hotel which was good. The beach was just a short walk away. Right on the min road so not too peaceful to sit on the balcony

• Jean (10/5): 6 night stay - Hotel is very clean and smells really nice. Room bright and cleaned every day. No issues with beds by the pool always some available.Good variety for breakfast although the ‘hot’ food was only ever Lukewarm. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

• Paul (6/5): - luca was great at front desk. Rooms outdated and had a smell in the room on the first floor. When they moved us to a new room the front to clean it the next morning.
