Reception has a little shop of essentials should one be caught short, drinks, toiletries, food... excellent . Cleaning staff are great, everyday, same time, in and out in 10 minutes.

• Dru (4/5): Made to feel uncomfortable by host . - Location away from everything and noisy , from cocks crowing from 2am And major highway traffic noise close by. Evening reception staff good. Large ,nice ,Reception outer area has microwave and hot water including for sale of instant noodle soup which was good. Older lady at desk in late morning , was quite l rude because 2 used glass bottles of water weren’t left in room , on checking out . They were eventually drunk on the property to her satisfaction. Lower room in older building had musty damp smell .

• Traveller (1/5): Stay away!!! - Nothing Everything..i have booked 2 family rooms supposin a 4 stars hotel for new years vacations for my family.... The disappointment stated with the old rooms...the beds were old ,the sheets were dirty with a hair from the previous guest... you could feel the springs coming out of the mattresses...the was no shower glass or curtains,so water everywhere.. We could literally hear other guest in their bathrooms!! ..The plumbing was bad,..The noise of the AC was unbearable in both rooms..And the safety deposit box you could literary carry it out of the rooms!! On top of that, they have charged us 500 baht for loosing an old towel at the beach!! In brief , his is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, but rather a 2 at most..so stay away.

• 王詮勝 (9/5): - 以這個價錢來說，房間的大小，電視可以播放YOUTUBE，住兩晚還會清潔，實在非常物超所值! 最喜歡的是超大的陽台，非常有芭達雅度假的放鬆感覺，雖然不在芭達雅海灘附近，但這邊叫車都非常快速便宜，也不是大問題，走路3分鐘就有BIGC也非常方便! 總體來說是非常良好的住宿體驗!
