On ne s'attendait pas à un 5*. ça fait le job ! - L'emplacement était parfait moins de 15 minutes en voiture du centre, stationnement juste devant le logement, plusieurs possibilités de restaurations à proximité faisable à pied (Tim Hortons à 400m Pizza très bonne à 100m station essence à 100m) Environnement plutôt silencieux. Réactivité et adaptabilité du propriétaire. Literie correcte. Parc de jeux pour enfants juste devant. possibilité de faire un BBQ. Climatisation très bruyante on a du faire le choix de dormi sans et on a eu très chaud. Sèche cheveux brisé mais changé très rapidement par le propriétaire. Logement vieux quelques investissements seraient nécéssaire mais pour juste dormir c'est bien correct. Manque une machine à café.

The water pressure in shower was really bad and bathroom had no floor mets or anything. Due to which it was really slippery. I was near miss two times in bathroom.

Surprisingly or room was very clean so that was appreciated- compared to a few we've stayed in. Had a bad neighbor next door during our time there, party nice until 430 am. Le monsieur à la réception puait la cigarette et l'alcool et n'était pas des plus invitants. FUYEZ! Je voyage très souvent au Canada, États-Unis et Europe. C'est la place la plus dégoutante que j'ai faite de toute ma vie. Les images mises sur le site internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les murs sont sales avec des tâches, le rideau de douche avait des tâches de sang, le petit tapis mis près du lit était complètement souillé. Mon mari l'a déplacé et l'a mis sous le lit pour ne pas que nous déposions nos pieds dessus. Le coin cuisine était sale, le micro-onde n'était pas nettoyé à l'intérieur. Nous avons demandé à changer nos draps car il y avait des tâches et le monsieur de la réception s'est fâché même après lui avoir montré la grosse tâche. Il nous a répondu que c'était la machine à laver qui faisait des tâches! Nous avons payé pour 2 nuits au mois d'août presque 500$ pour un hôtel/motel absolument miteux qui ressemble plus à un hotel de passe ou de drug dealer. Hollywood n'aurait pas fait mieux.

We were stuck in traffic for over 2 hours and the staff kept in contact to see when our ETA would be. Great communication. Free parking right outside your room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very hard. We had multiple flies in our room which continued to wake us up during the night flying around us. Very outdated rooms, needs a deep clean / paint. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi, it would say unable to connect every time.

• Ian (6/5): Comfortable but noisy - Location, falls are only a few minutes away by car. The beds are comfortable. Room was clean. Walls are thin, you can hear what people say in the next room. Not a big deal if they go to bed, but our neighbours stayed up all night. A/C is also noisy, we used it to cover up the sound of the neighbours.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Family Inn was clean and fresh at scent upon arrival but the condition of our family Inn room was poor maybe compared to all other rooms there,. Bath room wasn't best at sight, but our stay was peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and wonderful to swim in. I don't know anything about having towels given or provided by the pool, but we had our own, and used them. There was a small play ground on-site for kids as well as a small basketball 🏀 court to play at. The Inn is in a good area with restaurants and shopping stores, however; parking is free, you need to drive to the falls/Clifton Hills 👍.

• chris (7/5): A great place to stay. Clean and comfortable - Room was clean and comfortable. Gentleman at front desk was pleasant and accomodating. The pool was very clean and had plenty of seating for lounging. Location was great. A 5 min drive to the falls attractions. Couldn't get the tv to unscramble, so only had one channel that was continuous infomercials. Kids had their tablets so downtime was still achievable and not a major issue

Also a fridge, a microwave and a dining table with 2 chairs in the room. The price was good for a saturday night, definitly comming back. Thanks to the boss for freezing the icepack even tho there was a mini freezer in our fridge.

• Nastaran (8/5): - Clean rooms, great room service Fridge is old. All our items inside fridge got frozen.
• Adolfo (10/5): - Nice place to have a family gathering. I enjoyed the stay. Front desk was fast and polite. Cleaning staff was great. I had a family gathering they were able to accommodate 5 families and use their bbq and chairs for a birthday. Thank you falcon inn from Adolfo Matus

• Karine (8/5): Needs a bit of love but Nice staff and quiet - Overall, we were satisfied with pour stay. Service was good and everyone was super friendly. The only negative points would be the lack of commodities and short supply of kitchen Ware. The bathroom coule have been cleaner and the Room showed a bit of age. The swinming pool was a nice addition. Clean and fun. The staff made it a nice stat and the beds were always done with New towels every day when we came back.

• Joanne V (2/5): - the place was terrible. The man in the front tried. The 1st section he showed us in the back had low celings and mold around the baseboard. and "available woman in the net room. The second buiding was regular ceilings but infested with ants. The third building was smelly.
