• Ginny (5/5): It was ok for one night stay on a quick trip but I will go next door again next time - Bed was ok in comfort, was overall clean but nothing at all special, easy to get to the location. The loud banging and music most the night from either beside or above. The smell of marijuana reeking through the place. The bathroom was not dirty but tub stained, toilet seat very loose, just overall was not as good as others we have stayed at in the area on trips.
• Kimberly (3/5): Not sure why the place was rated so high - The location was nice. That's about it. The room was dirty. Looked like there was crumbled potato chips or something in the floor. Dead bugs, security latch was broken. Beds were hard as a rock. You can see where hand rails were removed in the bathroom, not sure why. Not very handicap friendly. Will not stay again.
• Ernest (8/5): Good value and a nice location to stay in Beeville. - It is very close to the highway and on a main street in Beeville making it very accessible to lots of things. It’s a little dated but you can see that the staf is working to make improvements.

Everything seemed "ok" but they advertise kitchenettes, which they have but no pots, pans, plates...anything to use. Its been half heartedly renovated but then i went to go to bed and foung nasty bloody looking stains on my sheets. Its now late so will definitely show pics to front desk in AM. Luckily i have another bed in the room to sleep in

• LarryGross2015 (2/5): Outstanding - So I decided to run from the Central Texas heat (107 F). I headed south toward the Gulf of Mexico (88 F.). I wound up driving through Beeville Tx. on the way to N. Padre Island. A nice little town that I decided to explore.. I checked into a Studio 6 (higher class motel 6). I was going to stay one night but enjoyed the stay so much that I stayed 3. Extremely nice large room with a king size bed, firm but comfortable, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The room was squeaky clean with all of the amenities. Bob the manager could not have been nicer or more helpful to this disabled Vet. Bob’s wife Anita assists with the daily chores. Then you have Shannon. She is the housekeeper and Jack of all trades. An unbelievable workhorse this lady is. Shannon is as nice as can be and always helpful. This lady has the most beautiful smile and disposition to match. The area and town has some excellent restaurants. If you like German food, the Gashaus can’t be beat, anywhere. The town is surrounded by a lot of cattle and horse ranches (the real cowboys are here). Rooms are well under $100.00. I paid $80 something a night. Do yourself a favor if you are in the area or take a trip and want experience how America use to be. Tell Bob or Shannon that Captain Larry sent ya. Captain Larry Gross

There was no furnishings like pans, dishes utensils, etc that I have had at other Studio 6's. I had to go get towels and shower curtain from front desk, laundry center was not working. I stayed till the end of my reservation, but I've moved across the street as I'm working in Beeville for an extended time.
• Laura (10/5): Overall good place to stay - Very clean, loved the kitchen features even though we didn’t use them. There was no breakfast so we may bring our own next time. Things were very clean though the carpet was worn. I was concerned that some of the longer term guests seemed inclined to stay up late and be noisy but that can happen anywhere. Will stay again if in the area.

The second problem was someone left gum stuck in the ice bucket which should have been done seeing if the room was properly cleaned other than that our overall experience was good. We have stayed in this hotel whenever we travel to Beeville TX to visit family
• Juan M. (10/5): - Courteous front desk staff, plenty parking, parking lot very well lit. Working washer and dryers. Quiet hotel, most that stay here seem to be working class people. Not noisy at night. Easy and fast access to expressway. Convenient store close by, sammys restaurant also close by. Plenty of parking. Have stayed here on business trips since early 2020 and will continue to come back for good nights rest.

• Joseph (8/5): One fix away from being good - Overall a good hotel for a good price my only complaint is the excessive use of polish on their faux wood pieces(computer table, tv stand, & night stands) that just gets on everything you put down them. Stop doing that and I would have no complaint.
