- Sadeem (1/5): - There is Flies , bad smell , no ac conditioner and we couldn’t use the balcony due to the flies. We payed for 2 breakfast days and we couldn’t eat the next day (it wasn’t good at all) unfortunately this was our second stay the place have changed to the worse we were sad
- Lana (10/5): - L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, non lontano dal centro, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio. La camera era molto confortevole, pulita e con una splendida vista. Colazione eccellente. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e saremmo felici di tornarci.

Das Frühstück hätte zwar umfassender sein können es war aber dennoch alles da und es war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und alles war sauber. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt

- PAULO (9/5): - Gostei da cordialidade da recepção ao chegarmos no hotel. Os quartos não são novos mas estavam com boa conservação. O café da manhã estava ótimo. Não gostei da complexidade para colocar em funcionamento o chuveiro com todas as suas opções de ducha, embora o banho com o chuveiro convencional seja bom. Faltam penduradores de toalhas próximos ao boxe.
- Angelika (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht - Wir hatten HP und überrascht über die Qualität des Essens bei sehr aufmerksamen , unaufdringlichem freundlichem Service. Das absolute Highlight ist der Blick auf den See. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und gleichzeitig recht süßlastig , was mir persönlich entgegenkam. Die Eierspeisen bestellte man extra und waren köstlich. Vlt eine Spielecke , ein Tischfußball, ein Dartspiel oder ähnliches .

The highlight was the three course meal provided with the half board option of our accomodation. Very good for an overnight stay on our travels.

Goede badkamer met regen- en handdouche. Ze houden goed rekening met een glutenvrij dieet. Top eigen skibus service. Zou ook een goed 4-sterren hotel kunnen zijn. Geen privacy op je balkon, zo mooi als je naar buiten kijkt, zo open kijkt men op je balkon.

Cambio lenzuola una volta in una settimana, gli asciugamani quasi tutti i giorni. Posizione comoda vicino al lago e ai vari percorsi. La sala con buffet/colazione era separata dalla sala con i tavoli.

- Samia (7/5): الموقع والإطلاله أكثر شيئين أحببتهم - الموقع ممتاز جدا الإطلالة على البحيرة رائعه جدا جدا النظافه توفر مواقف للسيارات مجاناً العزل في الغرف ممتاز حجم الغرف صغيره جدا عدم توفر حاجز لسرير الطفل لسلامته عدم توفر كوايه ملابس وعدم وجود خدمة كوي الملابس لا يوجد أحد يساعد في حمل الشنط إقامة الطفل 40 يورو لليوم الواحد هذا كان مؤسفا يُفترض أنه مجاني وخاصة أنه تم توضيح ذلك حين الحجز أن الحجز لشخصين وطفل مُعظم أصناف وجبة الفطور حاليه ومليئة بالسكر عدم توفر حذاء خاص بالحمام والغرفة تحديد وقت الفطور والغداء والعشاء بساعات محدده وضيقه للغايه لم يكن جيد أبدا.. خاصة أننا أتينا إجازه و راحه نريد النوم إلى وقت متأخر قليلا الصباح وأحيانا نحتاج لوقت كافي للإستيقاظ وتبديل الملابس ثم الذهاب للفطور.. أتمنى إعاده النظر في ذلك الفطور والغدا والعشاء محدد بطاوله واحده فقط لا يمكنك تغييرها لم أفهم لماذا هذا التشديد وكأننا في نظام مدرسه وليست إجازه وفندق مريح !!

Cibo ottimo e staff super cordiale e simpatico Forse, ma ripeto forse , l’unica cosa da migliorare sarebbe offrire uno shampoo distinti dal bagnoschiuma.. ma è una piccolezza. Era tutto adeguato !

- Elisabeth (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns wohl und willkommen. - Die Tipps von Barbara an der Rezeption für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich. Das Angebot der Halbpension war sehr gut., das Menü am Abend war ausgezeichnet. Wasser in der Karaffe gab es kostenlos. Das Zimmer wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas klein.

- Tjeerd (6/5): Not to be repeated - The location at the lake. The restaurant was good thoug. It lacks soul. It must be that it’s hard to get qualified and motivated staff in this area. The staff was not motivated and helpful. In the restaurant the food was good and with soul, the lighting was too bright and cold. There was one waiter, who was really nice though. He played with our son and was really nicer All in all, not what Italy could or should be about.

- Galina (10/5): Прекрасно!!! - Райско място! Невероятна гледка към езерото! Много чисто, удобни легла, усмихнат и приветлив персонал! Отлична храна - блок маса на закуска и сет меню на вечеря. Всичко ни хареса. Само две предложения - да има музика в ресторанта и кана за топла вода в стаята.

- Helen (8/5): I’m now trying to figure out how to go back! - Fantastic location, with a stunning view down the lake. Friendly staff and excellent food. It was the perfect location for us while I was taking part in the Xterra World Championships. There were no incidents, but being a little paranoid about the security of my bikes, it would be more comforting if the bike storage area was a bit more secure!
